            10/30/2023

            Good morning,

Per your complaint this vehicle has structure/frame damage that was not disclosed.  When you purchased this vehicle on 7/1/2023 we provided you with the carfax report which confirms the vehicle does not have structural damage, we also have the auction invoice which confirms there were no structure damage announcements.  A few days after your purchase you reached out to us about not being content with your purchase and we offered you to bring the truck back to the dealership and we would void the sale.  At the time you stated that you actually liked the truck but wanted to repair some wear and tear items.  Our dealer warranty provides coverage for 1 month or ***** miles whatever happens first and covers engine, transmission and 4x4 transfer case if applicable. Despite the items you wanted repaired weren't part of our dealer warranty we offered you to bring it in to our dealership and we would have these items covered at no cost but since you lived far away and you trusted the shop you took the truck into we offered to help you cover the expense at 50% and mailed out a refund check to offset your cost.  Now you are claiming that the truck has frame damage we will be needing you to forward all the invoices you have to all the shops you have taken the truck to have it aligned and also include those of the shop that determined the frame of this truck is bent.

            10/16/2023

            Good afternoon,

I will be attaching my findings on this response.  I pulled all records for the vehicle you purchased on 5/04/2023 the vehicle had ******* at the time of sale.  Per the record I was able to pull off of the recent service contract claim, your vehicle currently has ******* which is ***** miles and a little over 5 months from the date of sale. Our standard dealer warranty provides a limited 50% labor and 50% parts coverage for the period of 30 days or ***** miles whichever happens first.  The components covered during our warranty period are engine, transmission, and 4x4 transfer case if applicable.  At the time of purchase you opted for one of our optional extended warranty plans that would provide mechanical coverage for the period of 36 months/36,000 miles whichever happens first with a $200 per covered repair deductible.  In your complaint you list repairs you had to repair and pay for which extend to the control arms and alignment.  I took the time to look at the claim history of your service contract and it seems as though you took your vehicle in to ********************* and a claim number ********* repair order 555 was submitted to Warranty solutions on 9/29/2023 with the current mileage listed as ******* and only 6 days later on 10/04/2023 this same shop submitted a claim number ********* repair order ******** listing the vehicle mileage as *******.  The information I gathered from my research shows that Warranty solutions authorized the claim for the components and was awaiting the repair order from the shop in order to disburse payment.  I'm left trying to figure out what exactly you want us to be liable for.

In addition to this you also mentioned that the catalytic converter needs to be replaced and I'm wondering how that repair is being presented to you since I am also attaching a copy of the recent smog certificate when we had the vehicle smogged on 05/02/2023 and the car passed that inspection.  We always stand by what we sell and if there is a wrong doing here we would like to know excactly what the wrong doing is.

            Best regards,

            *******************************
