1 starI took my car to big brand for new tires, I spend $750 on all new tires there wasn’t wrong with my car when I picked up my car the tire sensor light was on and never turned off went back a few times they were always busy finally they checked my car they said one of the sensors is bad or wrong the system was working fine, I had a couple flat tires and the system let me know about it .They wanted to charge me over $100 to fixed it,I asked the lady for corporate office number and she refused to give it to me told me to find it my self that’s not the way to treat the customers especially after spending so much money in your company .Review fromRichard S

Bought a set of tires from Robertson Tire. In the process, they had to replace the front right bearing on our ****** About 8K miles later, a noise started coming from the front end. It was time to have the tires rotated so I went to a "different" location from the one that performed the previous work. I was told that "it doesn't matter where you take the car to". I asked them to also check the front right bearing as there is a noise coming from the front of the car". I was told "can only do the rotation, you'll have to come back to have that check done". The noise was getting worse so went to a ***** dealership and paid to have the noise checked. It was the front right bearing. Rather than lose the $ for the diagnosis, I had it replaced. I drove to the location that did the work and pled my case. I assumed that "something" would be done to compensate for our extra expense. Nope. Was told "you should have brought it to us". I did.... a different location and was told "you have to come back". Nobody said "you have a warranty for that work. If you take it somewhere else, you can't get reimbursed". So, they have lost a lifelong customer for good. I will NEVER return and will share this story with anybody that is asking "where would you go for tires?" ****Big Brand Tire & Service

Hello! Our manager is trying to reach out to you to discuss this further. He was out of town during the incident. We do have warranty coverage, which this likely would fall under, but we can't warranty work done elsewhere so NAPA won't be able to reimburse us for the part. But we do want to try and come up with a fair resolution.Review fromJohn S

1 starBig Brands purchased a local tire and service business, Purcells Goodyear, in Phoenix. I did business with them for 30 years but decided to try the new owners. Since March 2023 to May of 2024 I've spend over $10,000 for tires and services. During this 14 months I started to see some major pricing that was a little out of control. June 6,2024, I took my sons explorer in for service and was told I needed $2,200 in repairs for a cracked radiator, rear brakes and rotors, and fluid changes. 1. they quoted me $610 for a new radiator plus labor. I checked the prices from AutoZone and O'reillys and that same radiator was $195 retail. My son replaced that radiator 7 years ago and realized it has a lifetime warranty. I asked the manager ro change out the defective one with the new one since it's covered. The answer was no we don't install customer's parts so they want me to buy theirs for $610. 2. Thay said I needed 2 rotors for $110 each but Zone retail price is $52 each. I found a mobil mechanic who just charge me labor and I can supply my parts, and thay will come to my house to do the repairs.I understand they must make a profit but that is price gauging. 1 starBig Brand on N Losee RD in Las Vegas Nevada is the worst place to head for repairs of any kind, they send you out with faulty equipment and falsely claim they fixed the issue. Then they argue with you and indirectly call you an idiot. 2,000 was paid to replace a fuel pump which failed, to which the one they replaced it with failed just several days later again.Review fromEdward M

1 starThis is about big brand tires at. 8545 N 7th Street, Phoenix Arizona. I went in for a transmission rebuild. All they did was replace some gaskets and put some additive in the transmission and said it was repaired. They never repaired it. After their second attempt to fix it. I was told not their problem , was repaired and I had done something to it.Review fromEdsel S

1 starAs much as I try to be understanding, recent experiences prompted me to put an honest review up here. It’s not my first time going to Big Brand Tire CA-27 branch. Most of the time it was pleasant. Last March 12 I got an oil change and full vehicle inspection. I paid $600 for everything including all fluid change and a filter. I was then told that I need to replace my front axles. They gave me a quotation and came back March 20. Signed the job order for confirmation, was told that the parts will be delivered in 10mins. After 5 hours, wrong part was delivered, mechanic went home and now I have to leave my car overnight. March 21 got a call from the service manager, saying they need a couple more hours. By 2pm my car was done, discussing that everything was done properly, new parts, not surplus, not welded as he mentioned that they would send the part for welding?! We are talking about new parts. Paid $1,671 left the shop believing that there wont be any problem. Now, March 24 I got my front tires replaced just to be informed that my CV axle on the driver side is leaking. You bring your car to the mechanic to get it fixed, not for them to break it. Also after the oil change, coolant warning went off, insufficient, srs airbag warning went off, but they wont reset it. None of these warnings were present before I brought my car in. No one would reach out, to try and resolve the issue. Now I need a before and after picture of the work done to make sure they are not doing a bogus job. I will be asking for the old and new part that they use. Though the next available schedule for a back job is on March 26, 2024. Imagine all the stress, wasted time, energy, and anxiety attacks I have to pay for due to a bad service. There’s so much more, but characters and limited, that’s why I did not name drop all the people I’ve talked to from corporate office. I hope they do a satisfying job on Tuesday.Review fromDean W

1 star01/20/24, 12:18pm Hello, For the past few years I have been getting oil changes, new tires and brake work at the Big Brand Tire store on Broadway in Santa Maria, CA. The last time I had brake work (@6 months ago), I was quoted over their website 125.00 an hour for labor -- I supplied the parts. After the work was completed, the front desk tech said their labor rate doubled. I was upset, but paid and left upset. Last week on 01-12-24, I called and spoke with M****** to get a labor rate for an oil change, tire rotation and front brake rotor and pad replacement (I am supplying the parts). Michael quoted me 95.00 for the oil change and tire rotation. He also told me their hourly rate is 125.00 and it would be one hour to change the front brake rotors and pads. I said OK and scheduled the work for this morning at 8am. I showed-up on time and asked the front desk tech to confirm pricing on the work. He said their labor rate was over 200.00 an hour, not 125.00 and would not honor my quote over the phone with M******. I left the store and will never go back to their "Bait and Switch" store again. I live 30 minutes away, so not happy about paying for the gas either. I got the feeling this morning that they may be going out of business at the Broadway store. The parking lot sign is gone, there are no tires in the display room and they just don't seem to care if they lie to you about fees. N******* ******** is their Customer Service Manager and will find a way to contact him. Thank you BBB for the assistance and letting me vent! D***-Review fromShannon F

1 starThis company is absolute trash. Don’t recommend. They “overhired” and then had to fire everyone. Just so they could put up “now hiring signs” I’ve dealt with a lot of angry customers but working for them was even worseReview fromNORMAN L

Jeep wont accelerate...Radio is out too! I go back, they check stuff out again and gave me some bullshit story that something is wrong with a sensor under the manifold. $700.00 to fix the problem. F...k this! Nothing was wrong when I came in! I'll never go there again!?? #beware #thiswasntthefirsttime #crooks
