My card was lost I got a new card sent out and it was charges on my account that I did not make credit sesame disputed the charges that happened on my debit card when it was lost but didn't put the money back in my account and said something about my pin being safeguarded when I never gave my pin to nobody or I never wrote it down I don't know how someone got my pin it is so much scamming stuff going on and I'm just out of my money I have bills to pay car note rent I can't afford to lose money like that and I ask that this be opened back up and looked more into and that my money be put back in my accountBusiness Response

We investigated the chargeback claim and the transactions were fully authenticated with a card present and successful chip and pin authorization. As a result, these transactions do not have chargeback rights. These transactions are also consistent with past purchases.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: of course the charges was made with the card because it was lost and the company miss heard what I said I said I never wrote my pin number down and I never gave nobody my pin some how somebody got it I don't know but I need my money back because I have stuff to pay and this company just don't care about if I get kicked out my house this is crazy and I will be contacting the news ********* things to let people know to stay away from this card and I will publicly post things about this company on the bbbb and everywhere.

Credit sesame dinged my SOFT SCORE, reduced by 127 points. When I click on the notifications it shows that it's from ***********. That account was written off, NOT CHARGED OFF due an automobile accident. I'll also be contacting the ***** to file fraudulent reporting on Credit sesame's behalf. Fix this, as this vehicle was written off due to insurance and no longer has a balance with Bridge Crest. If you do not I will be seeking legal action.Business Response

As a credit monitoring service, we inform consumers of the information that is reported on their credit report but we cannot verify the accuracy of the information or dispute inaccuracies that might appear on their credit report. The inaccurate information that the consumer is concerned about is from their TransUnion credit report. The consumer can dispute the accuracy of the information on their credit report by calling TransUnion at ************.Firstly, I have checked my FICO SCORE WITH TRANSUNION. Secondly, I don't appreciate y'all telling me that I am confusing credit sesame, which is a SOFT SCORE RESULT or REPORT. I am NOT CONFUSED, and do NOT appreciate being belittled. That being said, there is nothing with *********** on **********. That case was closed out last you. Thirdly, you reported that Transunion dinged me 127 points. I can include a copy of my Transunion report to show that Credit Sesame's information is WRONG!!! I AM not CONFUSED and know the difference, as I am repairing our credit report, so that we can obtain a mortgage after selling this house and move back home. Credit sesame has reported inaccurate information, from transunion before. You import the info and put it on your soft score. Here let me show you the defition of your company, because you CLEARLY do not understand how your OWN company works.

One of our representatives attempted to contact the customer by phone on 02/03/2025 to address their concerns directly. Unfortunately, the call went unanswered and a voicemail was left requesting a callback, along with a follow-up email. We have not yet received a response from the customer.

I contacted the business to cancel my account 2 years ago and request my deposit back. I sent all the info and never got an answer and meanwhile my account was still open and charging me monthly fees. They dont have a direct customer line and its very hard to reach out. On 9/19/2024 I attempted to withdraw $300 for a ALL POINT atm. The atm never dispensed the money. It was deducted from my account. I tried calling both atm and credit sesame but they were both closed. The next day I called the atm company. They reviewed the transaction while on the phone with me. They agreed the money was never dispensed. I call credit sesame. They email me the dispute forms. I fill them out and send them back. I asked about provisional credit. It took them 2 weeks to deny me that. I have called every week going on 7 weeks now. I haven't received an update on my dispute. The only response I get is there is no update.Business Response

Credit Sesame sent me an email at 5:30pm est on 10/17/24 and said they were closing my account. I called at 6:00pm est and ask for my funds to be released so I could take them out and they can have the account. They said it would take 15days to get my money. DO NOT USE SESAME CASH!!! Sesame Cash destroyed my credit. I started Sesame Cash with depositing $300 in July. I used the card daily and added $300 at the beginning of each month. In September I received a late payment on my report which dropped my credit score 271 points. I called Sesame Cash and was told there was nothing they could do about it and given another number which was nothing but a recording. I them add more money taking my account to $590 in September and made no purchases until last night. Today I received a notification indicating a late payment for Sesame Cash. It states that I missed a $512 payment even though I did not make one purchase in September or October. I currently have $554 in Sesame Cash. My credit score is in the 400s and I am trying to move this month. On September 12, 2024 I had a defibrillator put in and will be getting a cath put in on October 9th. I am a candidate for a heart transplant. Now I am about to be homeless in a couple weeks because of the inadequate information Sesame Cash is reporting to the credit bureau. Sesame Cash is destroying my life for no reason. Im just ready to die right now.Initial Complaint
