      Beard club doesnt allow me to cancel my subscription, once I get in the cancel page it just never loads , forcing me to get another package from them every month, this place is a scam, stay away, places that dont allow you to do a simple task like cancel anytime, I even cancelled my credit card and somehow they still managed to charge it !!!!

      This customer signed up for a monthly ********************** box subscription on December 21st, 2023. Customers are able to manage their subscriptions through their online portal. On March 31st, the customer logged into his account and elected to remove the derma roller replacement head from his subscription. He left the subscription active for the other 5 items in his box.
      The customer was sent an email on April 18th prior to the scheduled April renewal order to remind him of the upcoming charge. This email detailed all of the items he was scheduled to receive in his box. He made no additional changes to his account prior to that order.
      On May 25th, the customer again logged into his account and applied a promo code to his upcoming June order, redeemed a special offer for a body trimmer at a drastically reduced price, and skipped the renewal for 4 out of the 5 items on his subscription.  He was again sent an email on June 18th confirming the contents of his upcoming renewal order and the amount of the charge.
      On June 21st, the customer's June renewal order charged and processed as scheduled. He contacted customer support via email that day stating he would like to receive the order that was just placed, but he would like to cancel his subscription going forward. Our customer support team processed the subscription cancellation as requested and the customer has received no additional charges.

      I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent order I received from your company. Upon delivery, I noticed that the package containing the beard growth kit appeared to have been previously opened and the contents used.This is quite distressing, as it not only raises hygiene concerns but also suggests a lapse in the quality control process. As a customer, I expect to receive new, sealed, and unused products, especially when it pertains to personal grooming items.

      The photos provided by the customer clearly show the package was damaged in transit, causing one of the products to leak. The customer contacted our customer service department on June 27th reporting this damage and a replacement package was sent out the same day. We do not restock items that are returned to us for sanitary reasons. It is not possible this customer received used merchandise.

      I made a one-time purchase from Beard Club for my boyfriends birthday about a month ago. They just tried to charger my card $93.96, no where was I told that I would be paying a month subscription. And then they dont even have a number for customer service just an email. The site is set up like a scam when you try to figure out how to cancel it doesnt even let you go back. Why would anyone need to keep ordering some of these things?? Especially the derma roller. I am livid. I looked at reviews before I posted and didnt see anything bad but I wish I looked on here because I see others having the same issue. I hope they get shut down, this is not professional at all. I just want to cancel my subscription and not owe any extra.

      I made a purchase for beard care products in December through the website (order number TBC *******). At no point during the transaction was there any language or indication of an enrollment in a monthly subscription. I also did not agree to my payment method being stored for future use. Further, my order confirmation email had no subscription language in it only a simple outline of the items ordered as a one time purchase. One month later, a second charge appeared on my credit card statement, and I received an email stating that The Beard Club had processed an additional subscription order of products I had purchased the month prior. I did not place this order, nor did I consent to this transaction. I ordered the company to cancel the shipment and refund the fraudulent charges of $92.22 on January 11 and February 12. It is clear that the company blatantly operates with deceitful practices and is knowingly not forthright with customers.

      On December 11th, the customer placed an order and signed up for a monthly recurring subscription. He completed our standard sign up agreement and a separate agreement authorizing a monthly recurring charge through PayPal.Right after the order was placed, the customer received an email confirming his enrollment in the subscription. On January 8th and February 8th,he was sent emails reminding him of the scheduled renewal orders. We confirmed that he received these reminder emails and he confirmed with our customer support team that he had. The customer declined to make any changes before either order was placed.
      On January 11th, the customers first renewal order processed as scheduled. He received an order confirmation for this renewal order as well as a shipping confirmation email. The customer did not contact us to request for this order to be canceled. This order was delivered to the customer on January 22nd. No action was taken by the customer to return this order or cancel his subscription after he received the order.
      On February 11th, the customer second renewal order charged and processed as scheduled. He was again sent an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. The order was successfully delivered to him on February 17th. On February 19th, after receiving 7 subscription related emails and 2 shipments, he contacted our customer support team to cancel his subscription. His subscription was canceled and he was given return instructions for his February order. We were not able to authorize a return on the January order as it was no longer eligible for refund under our return policy. This policy is stated on our website and was available for the customer to view at the time of his initial purchase and after the January order was received.
      We will be happy to issue a refund on the customers February order, provided it is returned in accordance with the return instructions he was provided.

      I made an online one-time purchase for a holiday gift for my son. I did not subscribe for a membership. They charged my card over $90.00 this month for a product I NEVER requested. I never set up a subscription account so I cannot log in. There have no customer support number only email.

      I made a one time purchase during a Black Friday sale. To my surprise, the charlatans had enrolled me into a subscription for which I was just charged $60. I never agreed to any subscriptions and didn't even have an account with them. I had to make an account in order to cancel FOUR subscriptions I never asked for. This is extremely unethical behavior and I never want to do business with them again. Diabolical.

      We are a cancel at any time monthly subscription service.  On November 26th, this customer placed an order on our website and enrolled in a monthly recurring subscription for selected beard growth products.  The customer completed an agreement for this subscription at time of purchase.  Immediately after the purchase, the customer received an email confirm their enrollment in the subscription.  On December 23rd, 3 days prior to the schedule renewal, the customer received a reminder email with details of the upcoming order.  The customer declined to cancel or modify their subscription prior to this order.  On December 26th, once the renewal order had been placed, the customer contacted our customer support team and requested an order and subscription cancellation. The order was canceled and refunded and the subscription was canceled as they requested.

      We would be happy to assist the customer with this issue.  However, our records indicate he has not contacted our customer support. We request to have this complaint withdrawn as we were not even given the opportunity to help this customer resolve his issue as we were never notified of a problem.

      Im ******. April 17th I bought a beard growing start kit for my boyfriends birthday. This was a ONE TIME purchase and there was NO indication of a subscription. I woke up this morning May 18th to discover I had placer a second order from the beard club at 2:30am?! I did not place this order, I was asleep, and I dont have a beard! I planned on disputing this with my bank as it was an unauthorized use of my card and personal information, but as the purchase was still processing I tried to figure out what I could do in the meantime. Other complaints I bc the BBB told me many customers experienced unauthorized subscriptions. I went to cancel my subscription but I didnt even have an account! How can they subscribe me if I dont have an account with them?! I had to create an account to cancel not one, but FOUR subscriptions they had signed me up for without my pets mission. I cancelled the subscriptions but am still be charged. There is no where on the website to cancel an order and I have contacted them directly to cancel this current order. If they do not get back to me and refund me I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Do not use this company.

      The Beard Club is a cancel at any time subscription service. When a customer makes a purchase from our website, they agree to create a subscription that will renew each month as stated on the website including on the confirmation page at checkout.  We also send several emails to the customer confirming enrollment and reminding about upcoming charges before they are processed.  This particular customer received an email on April 16th confirming her enrollment in the monthly renewing subscription and an email on May 13th reminding her of the upcoming charge.
      Customer support received an email from the customer on May 16th requesting that the renewal order be canceled and refunded and that her subscription be canceled.  Both of the customers request were fulfilled.
      The account creation the customer is referring to is the one time registration that must be completed to log in to the online customer portal to manage the subscription.  This registration is necessary to just create a password to log in.  It did not create a subscription as the subscription was already created when the customer enrolled in the monthly subscription on April 16th.

      February 10th I paid $80 for a beard growth kit that was supposed to be a valentines day gift for me from my wife the original delivery date was valentines day, never came no updates with tracking in 6 days I would like a full refund. I'm not interested in any offers I will not use their product and I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer support the **** tracking number is as follows **********************************. The beard club Order No. ******* Please do not try to get me to use this company's product I shaved my beard the day before valentines day to start over and now I regret it.

      This customer placed an order with us on February 10th for an Advanced Beard Growth kit and the order shipped that same day.  The customer contacted us on February 15th regarding the status of his order.  He was informed that the estimated shipping time for our free economy shipping is **** business days and that the delivery date he had been provided by our shipping partner is only estimated and is subject to change.  His order was delivered on February 24th, which was within the estimated time frame.  As the customer has received his order, no refund is owed.
