Sounded good at first, but Ive been in the program for 6 months and none of my debts have been settled. They claim that a settlement should be reached in 6 months, but when I say that now its sometimes it does take longer. I also never hear from anyone and have to call for updates. Considering canceling and going with another debt settlement company that actually helps.

Received a text message saying that I opted into receiving to receive their marketing email when Ive never once inquired to them let alone gave them my information. They given my information to other consolidation company as well. Just another scam companyElevate Finance LLC

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FORTH OR ELEVATE FINANCIAL TO RESOLVE YOUR DEBT!!!! IT IS A SCAM!I just got off the phone with Ciera the law compliance manager and she pretty much threatened me stating by leaving their plan its going to **** * months before another company can negotiate with creditors and she wouldn't want that to effect me. My credit has already tanked after the 2 months of working with Forth/Elevate/whatever you arte calling yourself this month. Second the fees They are charging me twice for a Fresh Start Plan" The on i understood would be a monthly fee for being apart of the plan. But the second is not disclosed up front with the consumer until after you see it on the portal. So ******** who I was transfered to after talking with ***** told me this is the non refundable enrollment fee. There was no mention of a enrollment fee only the mention of the service fee of $54.99. And the custodial fee to hold my money. Which is a scam too to be honest. So basically I got scammed out of $498.12 of money I really can't afford to just give away. I am just glad I canceled it sooner then later. This is absolutely horrible!!!!!Elevate Finance LLC
