      I paid **** to have a FREE bottle of Pharmalabs keto sent to me....On March 9th, the company charged my credit card $9**** and continued to do so for the next 3 months. My workload is extremely busy March thru June and I just now have had time to review all my purchases and this one popped out like a sore thumb because I ONLY ORDERED A FREE BOTTLE AND PAID $**** FOR SHIPPING. I think this is FRAUD and a scam BIG TIME and I want my money back....all of it....$9**** times 4 months = $387.80. There was never any mention of a trial period or cancellation of a subscription....I PAID FOR SHIPPING A FREE BOTTLE ONLY. Total B.S. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I just called and got the "subscription" cancelled but the gentleman on the phone would not discuss any refunds or anything. THIS IS FRAUD.

      On june 5th I placed an order...on this order it stated that I would be charged a $6.95 shipping charge for the product with a trial period.After calling the company on the 10th due to not receiving the product, their customer service informed me that the product just left a Stone Mountain shipping facility. I never rec'd the product but was charged an addition $96.95 on june 12th.1) There was no trial period....trial period implies to me that I can use the product to see if it works.2) I do not remember see anything about the $96.95 charge in the promotion...only the shipping cost of $6.95.3) I have contacted my bank but I have to wait 90 days for a solution....we were too late to stop the charge of $96.95.The business offered to stop any future charges and shipments and close the account, but refused to credit the $96.95.That customer service representative on the 12th asked me if the representative that I spoke to on the 10th "didn't tell me about the charge that was going occur on the 12th". I informed him that she did not. His only response was to end the conversation abruptly and repeat that the account would be closed.

      Please note that the $96.95 charge occurred after 7 days and not the formentioned 14 days trial period. I will be waiting for my $96.95 credit.
      However,
      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I bought the "trial" product on 3-7-2022 for $6.95x2=$13.90 I carefully read the ad ********** to make sure nothing was hidden in the fine print. I started taking the product exactly as instructed upon receipt. In April I was looking at my CC **** and saw 2 charges for $96.95 each (4-23/25) I then looked at the **** for the previous month and saw the same thing. Two charges for $96.95 each (3-23/24). I contacted the company in April and cancelled the auto ship(surprise, surprise) and asked for a refund of the money I had spent. I was told that I was within the 14 days to cancel the April shipment and the payment would be refunded. The March charges were too bad. I was too late and I would NOT be getting that money back. Then, on 5-16-2022 I see 2 more charges for $96.95 each and haven't a clue. I've not spoken to this outfit since April when I cancelled the auto ship. I've not received anything from Pharmalabs and can provide a copy of my CC statement showing that. At one point it looked like I got credit for 2 charges but that was turned around and given back to Pharmalabs.This company is a fraud and they are running a scam. I lost no weight at all and that was my reason for cancelling and asking for a refund. They've charged my card $581.70 and given nothing. It appears that I will have to cancel my card and get a new one so they can't do this again I was given a cancel code when I called....I believe this is it.KC021

      I ordered their product for a trial price at the beginning of March 2022 for $6.95 which took over two weeks to receive. On April 1st they charged my account for $96.95. I called on April 13, 2022 to cancel the subscription which they confirmed with a confirmation code (Cancellation code KC021). Once again they charged my account for another $96.95 on April 14, 2022. When I called again to dispute the charge they said due to the 14 day trial window they were not able to complete a refund. That this was stated in the "fine print" when I originally ordered the trial. I do not recall seeing anything about cancelling to prevent additional charges of the two bottles of pills that were received nor did they supply any documents with my order. I am extremely upset by this company pulling scams like this! I am asking for assistance in securing a full/partial refund from this company that is scamming people. Please shut this place down so that they can no longer take advantage of innocent people. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

      I ordered on their website for a trial price. 3-15-22 they double charged me. Then I saw that they charged my account twice for *****. I did not authorize that withdrawal on 3-28-22. When I called to dispute the withdrawal they said that they can only give me back half the money they took out. Afterward I look them up on the BBB web sight found out it's a scam. I am trying to get my money refunded to me which they refuse to do.

      My wife ordered a free trial of Keto pills on 03/10/22 for shipping cost of $6.95. To check out she was forced to click on a pop up for Cleansing Pills which added another $6.95 shipping cost. The pills arrived on March 20th. On March 28 we received two emails, each with a charge of $96.95 for a total of $193.90 for the same pills. See attachments. I contacted the company by calling the phone number on the bottle to dispute the charge. The woman said that we needed to cancel the trial within 14 days to not be charged the additional charges. I told her that I have only had the pills for 8 days and am cancelling within the 14 day window so please refund my $193.90 payment. She said that the 14 day trial starts from the date they were ORDERED. That is false advertising and a HUGE **** and she refused to complete a refund.She said that this information was in the fine print that my wife clicked through to place the order. My wife does not recall seeing anything about canceling an order to prevent additional charges or pills being shipped and is extremely upset by this rip off.The lady said that she will cancel future orders (Cancellation # KC021) but that they will not refund the $193.90 under any circumstances.I am requesting that BBB intercede on my behalf to secure a full refund for the **** this company is pulling on innocent people, and that ********** BANS this company from doing business in their state.Thank you for your assistance.*******************

      On Febuary 22, 2022 I ordered KETO BHB from PHARMALABS agreeing to pay only the S&H charge of $6.95. To my knowledge I did not enroll in anything that would be reoccurring. On March 11, 2022 my *** was charged $96.95 and then again on March 14, 2022 another $96.95 was charged by PHARMALABS. I had to call my bank and close the *** card associated with my checking account. I have never received anything but the single bottle of KETO BHB and do not want any other products from PHARMALABS. I want PHARMALABS to refund a total of $193.90 back to my checking account.

      Around January 24,2022 I looked at an ad on Instagram. They sent me a receipt thanking me for order for $6.95 30 day supply. days later these pills were delivered to my house. I was not charged anything or sign up for any subscription. On 2/9/22 I noticed a charge to my debit card of ***** from Ultimate Vibrance I canceled my debit card through my bank. I remembered the pills and called the number listed on the bottle. The woman proceeded to tell me that I signed up for a subscription. I told her I did not and to cancel IMMEDIATELY. Cancellation # kc021 and I want a refund. She told me no refund that she could do a 30% refund if I agree to take no further actions. I told her no that this was a scam and she hung up on me! And I immediately found other scams and contacted the BBB
