      Company fraudulently charged me for a product I did not want. Called company on December 3rd requesting information on a trial product. Was given a price that the product would be $33.??. There were two products in the trial. I did not order the second product and was charged $6.95 for the trial in the original order. While speaking to the 3rd party seller (the company does not have a website or customer service number to contact) I told them I did not order the second product and did not want it. On January 1, 2022, I was charged 2 separate transactions for $63.01 for 2 products. I called the number again to report that I did not order the second product as well as I was given a different price back on December 3rd. I asked to cancel the order as I was fraudulently charged. The representative would not give a refund but canceled my order. He said I could get 50% back. So to sum it up, the company overcharged me, gave false information, and would not refund me the money owed for a product order that was canceled. There is no website stating their policy, nor do customers get emails outlining how the trial period works, what the product would cost after the trial. I have emailed the company twice and have not received a response. I want the additional $63.01 that is owed to me. Thanks.

      Date of transaction: 12/4/2021 Supposedly a free trial where I paid for shipping only. Product arrived on 12/10/2021. They took $96.95 from my account on 12/22/2021; I reported it as fraudulent.They took another $96.95 from my account on 12/23/2021; I called my bank and got the phone number.I called the phone number at 9:23 a.m. on 12/24/2021 and spoke with "****". He refused to tell me the name of the company and said they have "several companies" under them with no way of knowing which one I needed. He looked up the initial transaction and told me I missed the two week window to cancel and that the trial date began on the date I ORDERED the product - not the date I RECEIVED the product. He said they could not refund the $192.90 because I was out of the 2-week window and it was my fault for not having read the fine print, even though there was no fine print.Their scam claims to be the first Shark Tank Keto diet - I'm guilty of being dumb enough to fall for it. How do I get my money back?

      Like other complaints against this company, I was hit with an ad about a supplement call Keto BHB that was exclusively endorsed by Shark Tank and that I could get sample for **** for shipping only. As I was inputting my information it also hardsells you other products and although I did not intend to order it, I was also sent a 2nd product of Keto Detox for another ****. If there was language about a continued subscription I certainly did not see it while on the website, but after ordering and getting an email confirmation for the sales, there was no information about continued subscription or any other obligation to cancel anything in that confirmation. Also, I was unable to go back and even find the original website as the company Pharmalabs does not have a website. You can find the product online, but it is sold by many different vendors. The charges that actually hit my credit card were from Ultimaterevivaltrueton and Ultimaterevivalrelease with no other information. When I got hit with two charges for $9**** each in a few weeks, I notified my credit card that it was an unauthorized charge and disputed it. I did not receive any additional product at that point either. The charges were reversed at first, but then a couple weeks later I was hit with two new charges for 9**** each, and the disputed charges were reposted without any explanation from by credit card company. I am going to follow up with them too on this, but I believe it is because this is indicated as being a recurring subscription charge. When I originally called the credit card company they indicated I would need to cancel it if it was a subscription, but I am unable to get hold of the company charging my card. I did get an address from the credit card company and it shows up as a just house in GA. So I have been charged $387.80 in addition to the original two $**** charges. In hindsight this is nothing more than a scam and I am embarrassed to say I fell for it.

      The company's response to my complaint is inadequate. The only only reason the charges are in dispute is because I had to resort to filing disputes and follow up on those disputes with my credit card company.  The company's boilerplate "furthermore" response is the exact same thing said to the other 8 complaints filed against them in the last four months by people with identical experiences to mine. Their forced auto subscription is a trap for the unwary consumer and they are intentionally obscure with little to no contact information available so that the customer has not way of contacting them to cancel the subscription.  These business practices are unethical and in my opinion downright fraudulent.  I do not want this situation to happen to anyone else.

      On 9-14-2021, we were scammed into a free offer for these Keto diet pills from PharmaLabs. Terms and conditions not clear that we would continue to be charged. We were initially charged twice in the amount of $6.95 on 9-14-2021. The charge was listed as supremepowercomplex and supremepowerquicktrim. We were then charged again on 9-30-2021 and 10-1-2021 for $96.95 on both days. After noticing we immediately called the company. We let them know we had no idea of future charges and did not agree to them. They canceled our account (where we agreed to set up an account with them is also not clear). However, they denied a refund. We closed our credit card. I again called the company and asked them to refund since this is clearly a scam. They refused. They were unable to show me exactly where we agreed to additional charges. They kept referring me to their website. I would like full refund for both of the $96.95 charges for a total refund of $193.90. Thank you. Please let me know if additional steps are needed on our end to bring this to resolution. As noted, the initial card is closed, but hopefully could still accept the refund. The initial order was placed under my wifes name *********.

      I ordered a free bottle of some keto supplement. They said we will send you a "free" sample. My checking account was debited for $96.95 each on 11/6/21 and 11/7/21. I did not recognize these charges and called the number relating to this charge.They said it wasn't free, that I would be charged. I am currently unemployed and would never pay this amount of money for a product. I barely had enough money in my savings account to cover these unauthorized charges. The company said they would refund me 30%, which was $29.08 on 11/8/21.If there is such small print when offering a free sample, this is fraud to me. I do not have the funds to pay for something like this. In fact, this "free" product made my heart race and I threw it in the trash. I probably only used the supplement three times.As far as I was concerned, I was sent a free bottle (I paid for shipping) to try. That's what was relayed. Instead, I got charged $193.90 and refunded only $58.16. While I am happy to recoup some monies from this, it is not nearly enough.

      I have no knowledge of a trial. I ordered a free sample. Any fine print I did not see. 30% of such an enormous charge Id unacceptable. I am unemployed. I would never agree to charges such as these and I threw the product in the trash after three days which tells you I was unaware of this sham.

      false advertising. A free bottle means free, not strings attached. Only a limited amount of free bottles. Free is free. They got my bank information because I had to pay shipping costs on my free bottle. I did not authorize to purchase bottles that were free.

      At the beginning of September, an ad came up while I was playing a game on my smartphone, and I impulsively fell for it. It promised easy weight loss by taking a supplement once a day that the ** show Shark Tank and Dr. ** had endorsed. The add also said that it was the only product that 100% of the Shark Tank team invested in! That is not true! It said it was free, just pay $6.95 for shipping * handling. I provided my information * then a pop up came up saying for just the cost of shipping, get the special cleanse formula too. I pressed "no thanks" but before I knew it, I was being charged another $6.95 for the cleanse bottle that I did not order. When the 2 bottles arrived, in the "same" envelope, there was no invoice or packing slip for my records or to show how to contact this company at all. There was no evidence of what I signed up for. The bottles saying PharmaLabs are labeled ***** **** * ***** Detox", and are fulfilled in ************, **********. It wasn't until after I checked my bank statement, that I was able to get a phone number. This company came up on my bank statement as "Epic Complex Amplified" and "Epic Complex Body Builder" and charged me $96.95 for each bottle. It is not made clear that there is a charge of $96.95 at all just a S * H charge. The ***** Detox" for $96.95 is simply added onto the order without my permission. The first two charges were exactly 14 days after ordering the FREE TRIAL on-line. Then, without notification, exactly 30 days later, another two charges of $96.95 for a total of $387.80. They were on autoship which I wasn't aware of. I quickly called my bank and filed a dispute for the four $96.95 charges and one of the $6.95 S*H charges, because I agreed to a free trial only. I called the company, asked them to cancel any further shipments and for a complete refund. They cancelled future shipments, but refused me a refund. They would not allow me to send the unopened bottles back.

      1. Their 'contract' was not clear when I read through it to find out if they would automatically charge and how much it would be so I was not expecting a charge to come through my account. Called and emailed them for resolution and was told they would cancel from the current date forward but not the one already charged for product even though I asked for refund, they sent me what was supposedly in the 'contract' but I could not pull up what I actually read through that did not have that info. This was purchased as a free sample pay for shipping on Facebook.2. I want my money back since the product was never sent or received. (2x96,95) $193.90.

      9/12/21 purchased a trial of supplements for $6.95 x 2. Wasnt made aware that I needed to cancel within 14 days or I would be charged $96.95 x 2 for the bottles received. I tried calling the company today. They use a call center for multiple other companies with no way to reach their company directly & no way to recover the money they have taken out of my account. If no billing adjust is possible Id like others to be aware of their underhanded practices.Thank you,*********************

      I clicked on an ad offering a free bottle (pay only $6.95 s/h) of the weight loss supplement featured on Shark Tank and used successfully by celebrities. I provided credit card information and authorized only the $6.95 charge. I was charged $6.95 twice on Aug 25. I was subsequently charged $96.95 twice on Sep 10. One charge shows as QUICKREVOLVEBODYENERGY and one shows as QUICKBALANCEBODYINTENS. The supplement bottle states distributed by Pharmalabs, ****************** with phone number ************. I just ended an extremely frustrating call with a customer service agent, who insisted I had agreed to some unknown terms and conditions that were never shown to me and that she cannot now send me. She kept saying "as I said maam, there is only one terms and conditions here" as if that would clarify everything. I cannot find evidence of this company even existing and BBB says it is no longer operational. I would like a full refund and no one else to fall prey to this complete scam.
