CPO = Didn't mean a **** thing. I've purchased several cars from *** over the years and this will be my last. After purchasing a gorgeous S580 (2021 CPO used) I immediately noticed a road vibration on my drive home that I didn't notice on the test drive (didn't get up to speed long enough). The next day I took it in to get fixed...they pushed back some, but ultimately took the vehicle in. A week later, they let me know the problem was fixed and it's ready for me. It only took a mere 10 minutes of driving away to realize the problem wasn't fixed -- still vibrating at speed. I took it right back and told them to call me when it's properly fixed. After another 3 weeks, they finally said it was fixed, something to do with the rims and having them repaired. The car drove smooth on the way home. Two days later I noticed the tires weren't holding air. After two months of ownership I decided to sell the car. Another local dealer was interested and when they inspected the car they determined it was in an accident and had been repaired. After they showed me where and how they could tell, sure enough I could see the repair work (though done well). They used a 'paint coating thickness gauge' to confirm the area had been repainted. The dealership then rejected the car as not worthy.Purchasing a CPO from Fletcher Jones was in my mind a sign of quality I could trust. However, that couldn't be further from the truth. When I told my sales guy what happened, someone in the background huffed out; "it's a used car, we can't do anything about that."Well, I sure can...I can write reviews and share this terrible experience and the shady nature of Fletcher Jones Motors with others so they don't get duped.Don't get duped, get a Paint Thickness gauge and save yourself $8k (which is what I lost on this purchase). Fletcher Jones Motors CPO/used cars are just like any other shifty used car lot...buyer beware!Fletcher Jones Motorcars

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customers concerns. Prior to the dealership offering this vehicle for sale, we inspected it and reviewed available public records regarding its history. While we cannot know the precise accident and repaired damage histories of pre-owned vehicles, our inspection and investigation of the vehicle in-question did not reveal any known accident or repaired damage history. Regardless, bumper covers and scratches are often repaired by paint by our dealership during the refurbishment process as was the case with the vehicle in-question. Painting bumper covers and scratches does not disqualify a vehicle from being sold as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle under the ************* guidelines. With regard to the service history after the customer purchased the vehicle on 1/11/25, our records indicate that he returned on Saturday, 1/18/25, concerning a vibration when the vehicle was driven over 60 mph. The issue was addressed at no charge to the customer and the vehicle was returned to him on 1/24/25. When the customer returned on 1/27/25, we determined that one of the rear wheels was bent. The wheel was repaired which resulted in it operating as designed then the vehicle was returned to plaintiff on 2/3/25. While it is regrettable that there were issues with the vehicle after this customers purchase, his concerns were addressed promptly and at no charge to himReview fromVanessa S

1 starI recently visited this dealership with the intention of test driving a car. I reached out and made an appointment and the appointment was confirmed. The day of the appointment, a team member representing the original salesman I made the appointment with, calls and leaves a voicemail letting me know that he has the keys of the test drive vehicle in hand and was seeking confirmation. I wasnt able to answer the call but the voicemail was transcribed into a text so I texted back confirming the appointment. When I arrive, Im greeted by the **** and we walk out looking for the car I specifically requested to test drive. He looks for the car for about 5 minutes then tells me that the car is no longer there and it has been sold. I continue to become perplexed as to how the car got sold if he allegedly had a set of keys ready for me per his earlier phone call and why wouldnt he know it got sold since he had the keys. The longer Im discussing the situation the more I realize that I most likely got scammed into visiting the dealership with a fake ad. This was my first time looking into getting a luxury vehicle and its extremely disappointing that this was my first experience. Since then, no one has reached out with a sincere apology and I honestly wouldnt have thought ************* would allow their name to be tainted by fake ads/marketing scams. I sent the receipts to the MB team and I hope they dont continue to do this to other people.Review fromKarim B

I bought a 2020 ******** **** 300 GLC less than a year ago. Which comes with a factory warranty. My car had an issue that is covered by the factory warranty. Fletcher Jones of ************* refused to do the service form me and asked me to go to the dealer I bought the car from. ********************* was the service person I spoke with. He was rude and short tempered. By law any ******** dealer should accept work which is under factory warranty. Not Fletcher Jones. I am telling everyone I know not to buy a car at Fletcher Jones of *************.Fletcher Jones Motorcars

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customers complaints. We have interviewed service advisor, *********************, regarding his interactions with this customer and reviewed the records available to us regarding this customers vehicle. In fact, when this customers vehicle was towed to ********************** from an independent repair shop, the vehicles factory warranty had already expired. **************** advised the customer that the factory warranty had expired and proposed that the dealership repair the vehicle on a customer pay basis. When the customer was reluctant to authorize the repairs, in an effort to earn the customers business and as a gesture of goodwill, the dealership offered the customer a 30 percent discount on the repairs proposed. **************** denies that he was rude or short tempered to the customer. Unfortunately, the customer was simply unhappy with the news that **************** was required to deliver.Review fromLisa W

******* in service is lazy and does not want to assist customers. After you convey to her your personal information and the vehicle that you are requesting information about she will re- ask you for that same information that you just provided her. ******* makes you verify that you have purchased the vehicle from that dealership which seems absurd though I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership and again I had already conveyed this to *******. After all this she does not assist you. When I asked her why she was unable to assist me she stated she was not familiar with or had knowledge about the 2024 C300 Really and she is in service wow **************** should be a priority and if you can't assist do not answer the phone let someone who has the knowledge answer the phone.Fletcher Jones Motorcars

I reached out to this guest and apologized that she felt this way. I explained *******'s role and why she needed all of the info in order to get her to the right person to assist and also that she does not have the knowledge in order to answer technical questions on the vehicle. ******* did reach out to one of our delivery specialists who contacted the guest and was able to assist. The guest was very happy with him and appreciated my call.Review fromShadi A

1 starAlthough our experience with FJ started well during the leasing phase, it's what happened afterward that absolutely ruined the experience and put a sour taste in our mouths. After we turned in our previous lease to FJ a month early, we were assured there would be no additional charges. A month after we receive a bill from ****************** for over $1,100 for "damages", things that we could have fixed at a local body shop for $200-300 **** When we contacted our sales person that helped us with the new lease and turning in the old lease, he said that they meant there are no charges for payments, but obviously they did not mean damages. This is something that they did not specify at all during the process, and as a consumer there's no way for us to know these things are different...when you're told there will be no more charges there's no way for us to know there's a difference. After a month of going back and forth, they basically said there's nothing they can do and we are responsible for those charges. We then receive a notice from the *** to renew the registration for the old lease a couple weeks ago, when we contacted FJ they mentioned that happened because the car hasn't been sold yet so title hasn't been transferred. We then had to release liability with the *** to attempt to remove this car from our records. You'd think when you're going to the #1 MBZ dealer in the country that the level of service would be as expected but this has honestly been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with car dealers. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTINGReview fromStephanie R

1 starI found my Glc ******** on online I called the dealer went in to test drive car and decided to get it the car had 30K so I figured I should have warranty up to 50K mind you I ask over the phone all these questions before deciding to get the car, I feel like these people are not honest people, they came back to me and told me 3 banks approved me and told me ********** was the one with the lowest car notes Come to find out I did have other banks that did approve me but I guess they came back with a piece of paper showing me only 3 banks they wanted I feel they picked those 3 banks because the notes was higher which means more money for them ! Anyways after moving to Financing to sign my docs I found out towards the end that the car had no warranty, so I purchased warranty then after I purchased warranty they then told me my car is sold as is ! I feel so upset because after having the car for one month I started hearing a metal sound when I would brake and then discovered the button from the trunk does not work I called them and they set appointment with sister store in *******, Now they called me with bad News telling me they found a nail in my rear tire and both of the rear tire one is on 5mm and the nail one is at 3mm Im so upset I wish I never got this car or did this deal , Ive had better deals than this Im paying close to $1000 on car notes and still have to get tires after one month Im not happy and will be looking into getting out of this deal fast Ive had better and I feel they are sneaky and tell lies to get people in I hate when people do things like this to me because I dont deserve it I have never purchased a sold as is car before in my Life Im soooo not happy With the amount Im paying in notes I couldve gotten a brand new car with warranty!Review fromDominic T.

Be careful with this dealership. I went through a nightmare when I decided to purchase my lease with my own bank (lender). I've been working with the salesperson named Jeremic. First, he said of course I can go with any bank I prefer, they just help me with the *** and transferring process. Then he faked the loan application with my bank with the very high interest rate. Until I called to verify with my bank they never submitted the application. They lied. Then they sent someone else to talk to me and said they don't accept 3rd party check... all unbelievable BS! They tried every possible ways to lure customers and refused to give me the lease buy out package. They forced me to sign the doc with hight interest rate and told me it's the *** doc, it's NOT the *** doc!! The car hasn't been paid off yet. These people are little snakes!! Their keep lying to customers to sign wrong documents and bully them. This should be reported. I have the 2020 CLA 250 and I already have 2 recalls. The service department is ok. But the selling department you should be aware. Keep shopping somewhere else!Fletcher Jones Motorcars

Respectfully this follow up post fails to accurately relate information that was provided to the customer. Both of our managers that tried to assist the customer explained to the customer that the dealership does not have access to ************* financial (MBFS) "lease buy-out paperwork". The customer was advised that he should contact MBFS and they can provide the customer with the necessary paperwork he was seeking. The customer was offered an "option purchase contract" with the best rate the dealership could obtain for the customer based on his situation. In addition, we offered the customer the option of obtaining financing for the purchase from the customers credit union if a better rate could be obtained through that source. To assist the customer, we provided the customer with a purchase order to present to his credit union. The Purchase order was provided so the credit union could issue a cashiers check to him to purchase the vehicle. We explained that any of the 3 options we explained to the customer and again explained in this reply would be acceptable to the dealership. The customer simply needed to decide which option was best for him. The only reason the option purchase contract needed to be completed was in the event the customers credit union was unable to provide him with a cashier's check. In that circumstance the dealership would still need to be paid for the vehicle. Despite explaining these options repeatedly to the customer it seems he has decided to advance an incorrect narrative.Review fromMonica M

1 starThe service was terrible! & very unprofessional!! shortly after purchasing my brand new 2020 350 GLA the seats started cracking!
