              An order was placed on DoorDash and the person at the window gave the wrong order to the delivery driver. We came in to the store to make them aware and asked for the delivery fee and tip to be refunded and instead the manager advised us to contact the 3rd party. I dont blame the delivery driver I blame the company itself and you cant reach anyone over the phone which is bad practice. The store is located on ******************************************************** **. That is unsatisfactory work on behalf the company itself.

              This location should be closed. We went with a family of 5 spent $60 and had no where to sit. The entire inside and outside was covered in trash and food and the inside of the store smelled. When we mentioned something to one of the employees they said to go eat somewhere else. I then contacted customer service and they offered to give me a beverage! Save your money and go to **********. Chipotle as a chain is no longer a nice place to eat.

On 7/12/24 the guest reached out via the live messaging channel, and a ******** Care agent apologized for the experience and shared feedback with local and regional management. On 7/12/24 the guest also reached out via e-mail, and a ******** Care agent replied to the guest via e-mail, apologized for the experience, shared feedback with local and regional management, and provided a free drink offer.
