      I want full refund ($80) plus postage and handling as was advertised in their 90 day money back guarantee!! I bought 1 bottle $40 I thought I had 90 days to try. They sent a second bottle 1/2 way through my first bottle. Another $40. I chose to cancel. Now they are trying to bargain on me keeping the faulty items and get 50% back of the $80 I spent and haven't even used!!! Scam! I want 100% of my money back which includes postage paid by them! What a joke! They should be out of business!! Placebo effect like so many. DEMANDING REFUND PLUS POSTAGE!

      So I ordered from this website and before I finalized my order a bunch of popups showed up offering different products to buy, like 10 different ones, then after i finally deferred all and finalized my order i get a text stating my order has been cancelled and that I needed to call to verify the payment and that if I didnt the order would be discharged after 2 days, shortly after I received a call and a voicemail was left stating the same! All these issues are clearly signs of a scam! DO NOT ORDER from this fake company. I locked my credit card so good luck trying to charge me :)

      We contacted ************** due to an issue with her order. When she submitted her order using our website, our fraud screening tool rejected her order for containing mismatched shipping and billing information. We use a sophisticated program to filter out fraudulent orders from being processed and shipped from our warehouse. We, as an e-commerce merchant, reserve the right to verifying orders for accuracy; in some industries, this is a requirement.

      Since ************** did not respond to our request to a phone verification, we canceled her order with our online store. ************** is more than welcome to purchase products on our amazon or walmart.com store, if she wishes to do so.

      Date of order according to company - Stonehenge Health - *********, ** 92120.Unfortunately, I did not make a copy of the packing slip they enclosed in the package. I could barely reseal the package.My complaint is akin to several reviews on the Web: Thought i would order, but each time I went to confirm the order, another screen popped up and kept popping up, so I removed my information, including credit card info. Apparently, they decided to send and bill me anyway. They proceeded to process the order even though I did not finish the order. I did call the ***** number on the invoice and the phone assistant said I should return the product and write on the package, Return to Sender, Refused, which I have done. The package was delivered today, and I will return to mailbox tomorrow. The product has a 90-day money back guarantee if customer is not satisfied. I'm uploading the package, as best as I can. It is so small its hard to get the whole label to scan. Thank you for your assistance.

      I bought this product from this company and they had a 90day money back guarantee. This company has refused to return my funds. I've emailed and called and they send me short responses. First it was 90 days, now it's additional 90 days. I've asked for them to call me and have heard nothing. There was fraud on my checking and they issued me a new card and stopped payment on that card. I've attached a letter from my bank on the amount I'm supposed to be refunded.

      I ordered 12 bottles of the Stonehenge Health Dynamic Brain and took it for the requisite three months and could tell no improvement in my memory. They did issue a partial refund to a now defunct credit card and that credit did show up through PayPal but that credit went away. I bought this product on June 25, 2021 before the credit card went out of existence. Unfortunately when the cc changed the credit went away so I still do not have my money back. My first phone call to them was on 10/1/21 and have been in touch thru emails and phone calls trying to explain the situation but they are not listening and at the age of 78 years old I am tired of dealing with them. I had to pay $13.74 to return the bottles (only returned 11 bottles because I forgot and threw one bottle away - so much for helping my memory)! I want a total refund of $362.69 on my new credit card (they will need to call for new card number at ************).
