  I ordered a new 2025 Forest River Rockwood 2608BS from Trailer Hitch RV. I live in Nevada and found a reasonable priced unit in Nipomo CA. I did everything correct. I provided Josh all my information, paid a deposit, and scheduled a 10:00 am walk through for 23 Nov 2024 for my new trailer a week in advance. When I arrived at the business at 0930 on the 23rd to pick up my new trailer, Josh the sales man greeted me but did not know who I was or why I was there. He asked me who I was working with and I showed him my point of contact at Trailer Hitch RV. My POC was him (Josh). He opened his computer and found my information and for some reason he did not ensure my trailer would be ready at the agreed upon time. He bought me and my wife breakfast while we waited. At 1100 Josh said our trailer would be ready for walkthrough around 2. We went out and did some exploring and returned at 2pm. Our trailer was not ready. If fact our trailer was the last one of the day to be prepared for a walk through. At 6pm our walk through started and we were hooked up and rolling by 7PM. The company did offer me a free battery, however a 8 hour delay for a trailer I paid good money is unacceptable. After the company found the mistake they made, they should have done everything possible to ready my trailer, but instead the put my walk through in the last place for the day. I would not recommend this company to anybody. The unprofessional behavior after the mistake was found is infuriating. The company did not respond to my needs but tossed us to the back of the line.

  Was searching online for a Grand Design 18BH travel trailer. Found what we were looking for about five hours away at Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo, Ca. We called the main number and spoke to their sales person Ralph Monroy who was on the pushy side and less than helpful but it was the travel trailer we wanted. We agreed to place a deposit to hold the RV and agreed to pick it up in a week. When we arrived to pick it up, Ralph greeted us and told us to meet him at the sales office to pick up the RV. After that, he disappeared without going over some of the benefits of buying from them as he had mentioned on the phone. We completed the purchase paperwork with Oscar. Oscar mentioned perks such as reimbursement for first nights of camping all which Ralph failed to go over. We also noticed the four bar stools from the RV were missing, the owner’s son supposedly contacted Grand Design who said they should come with the RV and therefore would be mailed to us. A month later we hadn’t received the stools. We left several messages for Ralph, Oscar, and their manager Kevin, to check the status, all without return calls. We learned they were much more responsive before we bought the RV and they could care less about customer service after they closed the deal. We contacted Grand Design customer service directly and they informed us Trailer Hitch RV never submitted the request. They mailed the stools to us right away. It’s unfortunate that a dealership like Trailer Hitch RV is giving Grand Design a bad name. It’s also unfortunate we were unable to take advantage of the perks they had mentioned before the sale.

  B**** ******* the service manager is a really great person to go to if you have any issues. His team of advisors and technicians are willing to solve any RV issues. We need our 5th wheel repaired due to a tire blow out. The tire took out the left rear side of the fender area along with some hydraulic lines. Between the insurance company and getting the parts it took about 3 months to get things back to as good as new. Thank you Trailer Hitch

  K**** ******* was our salesman at Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo. We drove from Washington State to deal with him and his company. They had the best deals and prices. K**** answered all of our questions and had everything waiting for us when we arrived. E**** was the tech that did our orientation and he was very patient with us first time RVers. All in all we had a great experience.

  We had originally bought a trailer back in 2021 from Trailer Hitch and received great service all around. We have recently upgraded to a 5th wheel and our sales representative was K**** *******. He was very attentive and professional and we are very happy with our purchase. Everyone from the sales team to the service department have been very helpful. I highly recommend K**** ******* and the staff at Trailer Hitch RV for your next RV purchase. Thanks again

  Poor customer service and will not return calls. We bought our coach in September still waiting to get all items repaired. There are recalls that could have been done before they sold the coach along with a long list of items. Now they have quit responding and appear to be ignoring us. I need my issues fixed as agreed. The salesman K**** won't respond and the service person Will send our calls to voice-mail and does not return calls. I just need my coached fixed as promised. I don't think that is too much to ask. So disappointed in this dealer. They talk a big game but so far haven't backed it up.
