We went to this mechanic for an oil change on the vehicle. We got the car back and seen oil was leaking. We went back to get the oil pan changed. We paid to get it changed and the oil was still leaking so we took it back again. He then said he fixed it again and then we were driving around and the car shut down/ overheated. We then took the car back again confused as to why this happened. ****, the mechanic then told us that our engine was a goner and we needed to get a new engine. We didnt agree because we initially came for an oil change then to change oil pan due to a leak. So we then paid 2k to get the engine replaced, now a couple months later the car is still leaking and overheating. I drive a 2008 Cadillac DTS, and I took it to valvoline and they told me that he put an old ***** engine in my Cadillac instead of a Cadillac engine.

I have not done business with *********************** regarding the Cadillac DTS, that's her partners automobile. He came around August or September 2023. He came to my place of business for an oil change, which it was perform. He came back few days after saying his car had an oil leak.

We even replace the oil pan gasket wish it had an oil leak.

His car had a knocking noice, He was aware of the knocking in the engine, so I told the customer, his car was going to need to replace the engine, so he agreed. So I replaced it with a used engine with a 3-month warranty, what took them so long to make a complaint and not award their warranty. I can proof what type of engine was replace in their car. They are claiming something that is ***** about the type of engine. If that was the problem my labor is guaranteed and the engine as well.

I tried contacting *********************** to resolve the issue and I have not received any response on her behave.
