    I get Daily emails suggesting people in my past who were abusive that I had restraining orders against, that is why they are no longer in my life. These people most likely are receiving my information in the same way, which means my personal safety. Mylife.com is giving out information of where I live and other personal data but not allowing me access to remove it, after years of trying to shut it down. I am a widow and I plead for your help in this matter.

    I searched my deceased daughters name tonight and found that myLife has a current address for her that followed her death. I want to report that somehow that it is not correct and that there must be some sort of scam going on using her identity. But there is no way to contact them to report that or to find out who submitted that information and no easy way to cancel the link I have now created to myself with my email. I want her records removed or updated with her death. They are responsible for the information they are providing wether they think so or not.

    This complaint regards MyLife.com, known as InsightBridge LCC, *********************************************. I had them do an online search for a former coworker as I wanted to let her know I had found a picture of her father from World War II. They found several possible addresses and informed me that they would keep them available for three days for $1.00. I authorized using my **** charge card on 01/08/25. When I received my **** bill MyLife charged mean additional charges of $59.85 also on 01/08/25 and $29.95 on 01/13/25 neither of which was authorized by myself. I had **** enter a dispute regarding these two charges and the dispute was denied because "cancellation of services was not completed prior to the billing of the disputed transaction".     Mylife.com has me listed, in all caps, as a "child molester." That is listed as my occupation.I have absolutely no criminal record. I'm certainly not a child molester.This company is giving public, false information on me that's obviously pretty negative. It shows an option to edit my profile. So I clicked on that and was given different plans I could PAY for to edit this craziness out, and demanded my credit card **************'s pretty obviously a scam in order to make people panic and pay anything it takes to remove very scary and false info from their profiles.     I requested that my family's information be removed from the MyLife.com website using their approved process. I received an email saying that it was removed, but when I went to their site to confirm, our names still showed up, and said that "negative court records" have been found under my name (I have NO court records!). I went through the process to look up my record, very dismayed since my info was supposed to be gone, then came to the end only to discover that they required payment to SEE my record. They offer a trial membership of $1 for three days, after which the rate is $29.95 per month. I paid for the trial, only to discover -- once beyond the paywall -- that my record had indeed been wiped, as had my husband's, and the whole thing was a bait-and-switch. I'd paid for nothing. I was glad it was only $1. I immediately requested that my membership be non-renewable and cancelled at the end of my trial. However, later that SAME DAY, I was charged not only the $1 trial rate, but $59.85 by MyLife.com. I emailed them to confirm my membership cancellation and request a refund. I got a confirmation of my membership cancellation, but have received no refund of the fraudulently charged $59.85, even though I've now emailed them twice. Their behavior has been absolutely fraudulent. -- If I go to mylife.com and search for my name, it comes up even though I requested that my info be removed. -- It shows that "court records have been found," even though I HAVE NO court records. -- If I click "this is me, show me my records," it goes through the full search and then requests money in order to then show that I HAVE NO PROFILE ON YOUR SITE. -- They promise a $1 trial period that's good for three days, then a monthly charge of $29.95. But they charged me DOUBLE THAT on the SAME DAY I signed up. I would like to have my and my husband's information *completely* removed from the website, and to have my money refunded.

    I had signed up for 3 day free trial and canceled membership literally 3 minutes after with MyLife.com. It was never a membership never had one..They had charged me $1 for the free trial and soon after charged $59. They didn't send confirmation email, they didn't send cancellation of account and I have tried numerous times to contact them. I only paid $1 for the FREE trial that was all and cancel immediately after. ************ which I didn't know before hand until I did more research. Plus they have my personal information on their site and I've contacted them about removing and they haven't

    MyLife.com retains a profile for myself containing both sensitive personal information and inaccurate details. The website has generated this profile without my consent, and it does not maintain a straightforward method to have ones profile removed. I am requesting the immediate removal of my profile/ability for the general public to search my name on their website. I have already reported the relevant URL to common search engines for elimination from search results.
