      Hello,I feel raped by this website showing my baby girls picture to the whole world on a stalker a** website that I didnt even give permission for.Please have them take my information down.I feel exposed and violated and I need help.They do not answer emails.Please help me before I am violated mentally some more.

      I wanted to only purchase the yearly subscription at $12.95 a month nowhere did it tell me that it was going to charge me for the full year upfront. It just said $12.95 a month, however, you charged my card $155.40 and Im ****** Im angry. Ive sent several emails. I called your customer support phone number and all it is is a recording saying if you need to speak to one of our agents at our customer care department please email support@***.com. Well guess what Ive done that and no response. I want a full refund of my $155.40. Extremely poor customer service very very poor.

      I misread the charges schedule, which was presented in a way that made it appear that they would be taken out monthly, and that I could cancel anytime. Instead, they withdrew a full years subscription from my bank account, along with an additional charge for my membership. They dont have a phone number, so I have sent emails requesting help canceling and obtaining a refund less the amount of the one search I completed. I have received no response.

      I have been receiving emails from Mylife.com for a little over a month asking me if I want to know what people have searched for me and also names of some of my relatives are listed. I have not accepted anything from them, nor have I paid them any money. I have been desperately trying to unsubscribe, but the emails keep showing up. I tried calling them, but I was directed to leave an email by an automated system. While searching I discovered that this company wants you to sign on and get an account with them. I also saw that there have been complaints of fraud and that they may have information that they are using to make untrue statements about individuals. I am hoping that you will be able to assist me in retrieving my information from this fraudulent group. I don't know where else to turn. I am frightened of these scammers and what they will do with mine and my families information. Thank you. *****************************

      I requested one background check and I agreed to pay $1. Instead, I was charged for an annual membership twice. I cannot get in touch with MyLife by phone or email; the phone number cannot be reached, and the email message gets no response.I'd like to know how I can sue *********************** because it seems I have no other options

      On May 3rd 2024 I starting receiving email from MyLife stating that they have information about my Ex Daughterinlaw my Son 2 ********'s and *********. I didn't click into this information because I thought it may be a scam I did try to unsubscibe but that has not worked I checked the BBB ratings on this company and found that BBB has taken away their rating I don't know how they got my email address I just want this to stop and I am writing to the BBB to see if you can find out why and maybe get this to stop I don't want any information about any of these people but I don't know what else to do thanking you in advance ********* **************************

      My personal information is public through this site. I have sent them the following ( in a letter) and emails daily for three weeks, and it has not been removed:"Please remove any/all information from this site and all affiliates. Confirmation of receipt/completion requested. Thank you. **************************** ************************************************************ "I want any/all information removed from this site and all affiliates. I have been sending emails, (********************************, ***************************************** *************************************************** *************************************** daily to every customer service address I could find online for the past three weeks. The phone numbers for customer service does not offer to speak with a representative and I have sent a letter (snail mail) to the address on their website. It has been two weeks, and my information is still there. ***The only resolution is for them to take responsibility for my desire for a lesser internet footprint for safety reasons.

      I'm filing a complaint of violation of private and personal information I have asked numerous times and contacted them numerous times the my life.com site and ask them to remove any and all information that involves **** spelled as follows ************************* however I get countless email stating that somebody has posted something in reference to my name and I think it is absurd that I have to pay to see what has been said that is my personal private information and it should not be aired for others to see especially after asking my life to remove my personal information anything that involves **** ***************************** and any other variations of that such I do believe that they owe me that report and also $1,500 in reference to violating my personal private information that does not belong aired on there web site my express permission was pulled from them to use my name on their website at least 3 years ago

      Trying unsuccessfully to drop my membership, was charged with a ****** renewal. Can't get any replies from emails or phone calls. On 01/08/2024 was not aware it would be a continuos charge thought I had a one-time payment.
