Scam. Trying to find updated phone number for customer for a delivery. Paid for the profile access and then they suddenly bait and switch and demand $155 for a "premium membership" to get information that was ALREADY visible on their site. Terrible company. Scammers.

They post lies n tried to Steal my money w a sister site as soon as I hit the PayPal Button. Within 3sec. Over $300.00 in charges on my card n was Notified Emiditly. I never heard or visited that site until this Happened. BEWARE PEOPLE !!! I can't even get my profile R info.DELETED off this living site.

This company gets zero star. Completely garbage. They have my profile mixed with some other persons profile and have on their website posted without my permission. I am thinking of involving the media for this. This is very bad for any one. This website should be removed for customer safety reason. I have never provided nor do I have membership with them so they should not post my profile on their website without asking and also should not have the fake information posted regarding any one.

Have sent several emails to get profile removed due to privacy and yet no results. Alot of the said info is incorrect to begin with.

I was exploring your sight as a potential for an investigation I am doing into my familyhistory. I looked at your pricing page and may have accidentally hit a pay button. If I were to have decided to use your services, I would only have tried it for a month to see if it would suit my needs. My checking account shows you have the money, but the sight is not open to me. I don't want your service since you do not have a direct line of communication for your customers to use for issues like this. With this said, I would like my money returned "ASAP." You took it in a flash, and now I have a financial issue of my own since I am on SSI and money is tight. Please work with me on this, or I will have to report your website as a scam, and I don't think you would want that. I would appreciate an expedited response.

This company is a scam, giving out private info. without consent, Harassing me. I have tried several times to get off their site, but, No replies to my emails and continous emails. I don';t want!

My life has changed my whole profile and made multiple people with my name. It's accurude identity theft in my life and many nightmares as they have sold my information online. Criminal organization. Scammers!!! This company needs to be accountable for what they have done. No star rating from me

They charged me an extra $179 and ignore all requests to be refunded. Appears to be a common scam of theirs!!

I like many others am not able access my information at all. Trying to contact them is a joke. I have tried a number of times with no response. I was only signing up (first mistake) for the $1 report but ended up being charged $155.40 which I immediately tried to get cancelled 2/29/24 the same day right after to no avails. Have tried multiple times with zero response. You cant contact them via phone and talk to a live person. It just says to send an email which they do not respond to.l no matter how many emails you send. But they take your money. What recourse do we have to deal with this company? HELP I am very frustrated as everyone else is.

So this evening I had a email from this company I did not click anything in the email so did check it was legit so I went ahead and purchased the 1.00 . After it took my money slo hit the continue button, but got the confirmation so I called immediately I let know what had happened and they need to refund me the 1.00 back to the and to cancel and that they were a fraud he then started that a 3rd party does the billing. Then h3 thought was smarter smarter than me.. he as for last 4 numbers of the card, then the first 6 on the card he asked the name it was processed under gave name then he askk for my mailing address. I let know it didnt ask for whe I put in the in and would not be giving but inside I. Would give the confirmation number in stead that when he stated that oh I wasn't charged they seeing if money was on the cars but he was so kind to let me know they card was declined 6x and I let him know I know that causerbi kept hitting the continue button to go to next page and I let know I would be calling in morning to disput and that they was scam
