    Did 3 day trial for $1. All info was outdated by 10 years. Some info isn't mine. Then I get 3 changes on same day #1. $29.95 #2. $59.95 #3. $1.00 totaling $90.90. emails are responding with we cancelled your membership. Well so did . Cancelled same day trial began die to the ridiculously outdated trash on their site. They refuse to acknowledge my refund request.

    SCAM!! DO NOT TRY THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL MAKE YOU REGRET IT. I tried a $1.00 3-day trial, which I canceled that same day after finding garbage info on myself & the 3 other people I searched. Ever since, I have been receiving email ads & offers, including allegations from them that there's new negative info about me. I can't unsubscribe from emails; their unsubscribe link sends me to a browser search page full of links to log in to their site, but no unsubscribe page. I've tried to login to cancel my account (which I had left open in case I ever wanted to try them again in the future), but they are not recognizing my login credentials. I have emailed them, demanding they unsubscribe me from all future emails and cancel my account. I just now happened upon a news article from June 2020, explaining why THEY WERE SUED by ***** on behalf of the ***, because they use unfair, misleading and illegal practices, INCLUDING acting in a manner that strongly discourages people from unsubscribing from their "services". I see they have not changed their practices at all in the five years since. I believe I am going to send all the info to the ************ with a request for them to shut this company down permanently. Enough is enough.

    I would give negative stars if it were an option. These people are crooks at best. Their website is trash and if you do a subscription, they won't respond to your cancel emails and even after sending 30 emails and filing disputes on my card, which I won, they will still try to charge you. Then they'll finally email back and say there won't be any more charges, then they'll try again. TWICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PILE OF GARBAGE THATS FLOATING AROUND THE ***** WORLD

    Did a trial and they continually tried to hit my bank account for 2 months straight. Luckily my bank would deny their charge and contact me. But now my bank has issued me a new card because of their continue attempts on my account

    This website is a scam. Looked up information and was charged a$1.00. Now they keep charging me $19.95 a month. Cant talk to anyone; they only deal with you through email. Then they say I dont have an account.

    Zero stars ! Did a $1 three day trial the same day they hit my account for ***** and then hit it for another *****, ***** and $1 all within 3 weeks time frame! I immediately cancelled the same day when they hit for ***** which was supposed to be a $1 for three days. Ive had to close out my account to stop them from charging me they no customer service phone number and apparently if u cancel by email they dont do it! Stay away from these people they rip u off and lie on the website ????cant believe the site is up and running with everything Ive read online you would think someone would have done something to stop these people by now

    This website is a total scam!! I did the $1, 3 day trial and they charged my account $60!! You cannot call anyone, their phone number says to email. Email sent an automated response and I have not heard back, I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges! This website needs to be shut down how have they been allowed to keep scamming people

    I recently looked up my name to just check on Internet info about myself. This MyLife company has me listed as an ASIAN AMERICAN!! MY family is Netherlands on Dad's side. German on Moms. This is ridiculous that these companies put anything they want out there with our name attached to it. Plus they list people I do not have as family or friends. How can they get away with this trash? Are they making that much money off of this site that they aren't held accountable? I want my name and ALL INFORMATION DELETED FROM THEIR BUSINESS. Sick of no privacy. This is how we get spam emails. Calls. And the misinformation put out there could be harmful. I don't know how they can just TAKE some information, then fill in other blanks with bs. I'd like to know if I can SUE them and put them out of business.

    Mylife is full of crap!!! I found myself a couple of years ago and edited the supposed background profile because it was all wrong. They only had the first 2 people I know right, the rest of the names I've never even heard of.Just checked again and they changed it again to a bs profile so that if anybody that may be important to me needs to find me, they can't, like long lost relatives. Thank God there's *********Imagine paying $30 to find me and coming to a road block because their information is NOT correct.

    I canceled the free trial the day I joined noticing the price of the membership. I emailed (the only option available by them) twice with zero response!!!Furious
