Persolve Legal Group are harassing me and bullying me about an alleged auto debt. I have never signed a legal binding contract with this debt agency nor do they have a valid ID witnessing I have a loan with their entity, This has been inserted on my reports, I am not reliable for the debt . Pursuant to the ****** Persolve Legal Group is required to cease all collection efforts until requested information is provided. I also request that Persolve Legal Group cease any and all communication with me except in writing, as I dispute the debt and wish to have a clear record of our correspondence. Persolve Legal Group is prohibited from reporting this debt to the credit agencies until you have provided the requested verification. Failure to comply with these requests will provoke in legal counsel against Persolve Legal Group, as I am literate of my rights under federal and state law. I expect Persolve Legal Group prompt attention to this matter. This fraudulent activity has significantly impacted my credit report and financial standing, causing me undue stress and concern

I am not liable for this debt, I had identity theft and fraud. I do not have a contract with Persolve Legal and I have not been provided with the original contract from original company , ************* I asked and was not supplied with original contract . I also thought all debt was paid through a company in 2021.

This business has lied to You when it replied to the request for the original contract that was supposed to be with me and the credit card . They never proved me anything but a statement from a business with my name and address. They also lied about having an attorney in ******* . Totally fraudulent company .
