  I paid $129 for the Bloodline Edition of WWE 2k25 for the *** The preorder is supposed to include ******* ** that can be used for MyFaction mode. Upon loading the game it was not there and there was a message saying that the ** should be in our account on the release date. I thought ok that's fine, I can wait a week. Well, once that week was up I still didn't have my ** and neither did a plethora of other people. I messaged them countless times and sent multiple receipts and proofs of purchase and I am still waiting for a resolution and I have been messaging them for a week now. All they do is send canned responses and force you to jump through hoops to get what you actually paid for. This once great company has turned into a pile of steaming garbage.

  I had purchased the product 2 times after being banned from the online-matchmaking services. Both times I had been banned for interacting with the player-auction house market. 2K has essentially stolen money from me as my copies(s) of the game cannot interact with online players and they don't have any intention of reviewing my case for a real appeal (unbanned), or a refund which I alternatively requested. I purchased the product and rights to play the game online against other players. No solution provided for both of my banned copies of the game and I'm left without my money back in terms of a refund.

  I purchased *** 2k25 for playstation 5 to enjoy playing basketball gaming i bought the game november 5 2024 i paid ***** for the game and spent $130 on in game content each time i try to play 2k continues to lag and kick me out of online game play when i try to go back online 2k banneds me for anywhere to 30 mins to 120 mins so decided to contact 2k customer support while speaking with them they mentioned my connection several times and i told them my internet was just fine as i didnt have the issue playing anyother games online i asked if the situation could not be resolved could i get at least a in game prize or token for not allowing me to play at this point they hung up the phone and never contacted me back i call just about 5 times per week and its getting exhausting not being able to play online without them disrupting a $***** product that i purchased idk what to do and 2k will not be of any help in resolving this

  The game Kix you out for no reasaid. I was banned for until 9 ******** but it was 930 and it kicked me out of a wrecked game. These are the people that worked for the lefties. I would never bother game again. Wait until college comes outhis game is terrible. I wouldn't give it a 1/2 store. I wouldn't even let my dog work there. Thank you two k for running my day

  *************** committing illegal activity. You pay for *** that isnt there but registers as delivered. Funny how the bbb complaint filed on 9/11/24 got the same response, that the content was delivered. Highly doubt that. What a racket theyve got, advertise a product that isnt there then take peoples money. Go read the Reddit on these clowns, theyre really good at it. And 2ks customer service is nonexistent. Spent hours on the phone with **** trying to find a fix and you cant when 2k is selling a content that isnt there. **** had me contact ** who says its their policy that they cant do refunds for purchases on **** Americahmm, its almost like they know what theyre doing. Never buying another 2k product again. Cant wait for the next class action, greedy scumbags. Absolute trash.

  Greediest company ever making unfair games I can't win no matter how much I play practice or pay to have a fair game. So many flaws it would take a book to write them all. My character doesn't do the things I press on my controller, what game does this I press left they go right I pass they don't pass. I dribble they stand there I put my hands up with the anolog stuck my guy doesn't budge. You should be sued for all the money you stole to make a unfair game that only makes me mad and sad . Toxic community ever. Unfair matchmaking ever! I'll play so much better than other person and they still win. They get three shots everytime I get one. It's so fake I wanna punch my tv everytime I play. 2k is the worst company I have come across and how they abuse people. Why is this how video games are now they used to be fun and socialm what happened the technology should be better and they should be more fun. There's almost no options for a good video game. My brains full of things that makes your ideas obsolete. How is that possible who's getting paid millions of dollars to make trash. This world is so unfair makes me believe we are done making improvement on entertainment is at a decline and fast. How do you live with yourselves you greedy lazy business you can't even make the game fun. I used to have so much fun playing on a team. Looking for a team to play together and have fun in a fair game is a thing of the past thanks to you and the one other multiplayer game these systems have ...   Each update breaks the game further and they won't put any effort towards fixing anything other than modes that are pay to win. Not to mention having a monopoly over the *** and wwe video game making sure that nobody has any other decent options and as a result of that, they barely try when it comes to customer support. Each support ticket consists of a few messages back and forth just trying to "prove" to them that the problem isn't MY fault and then they just close the ticket without offering any help and without fixing the issue.

  They have totally monopolized the basketball videogame market to the point where there's is the only option on the market in turn allowing themself to charge the consumer any price they choose and they have complete control over every facet including match making as in pairing consumers with others who pay their overpriced charges in order to force people to have to pay to stay relevant. They make it almost impossible to contact customer service when something goes wrong on their end making it basically their way or no way.

  It's been over six years that I've actually invested both way too much time and money mainly because there's not a single alternative available because either the companies higher *** and or developers/programmers take the consumers advice on what would improve the product. They have basically turned it into a endless quest to raise their profit margin by adding an uncountable amount of micro transactions on top of us having to pay a hundred bucks just for the actual game meanwhile they won't even fix the tons of the exact same bugs and glitches that have been there annually since 2018. I suppose given the circumstances I'll continue to stay majorly unsatisfied along with millions of other users until another company comes out with an alternative.

  Spent $50 on vcto make a build that doesnt work due to a stat requirement that I was unaware of. I sent a request asking for 2k to delete the build and refund me the vc so that I could rebuild it the correct way. This would cost 2k nothing and solve my problem easily, but I was informed that 2k will never refund vc for any reason. Pay 2 play is already predatory behavior in itself, but taking my money for over 10 years and then refusing to help me the one time I make a mistake is egregious. All I want is the vc so that I can remake my build the correct way.
