      Writing to formally file a complaint against 2K Sports and its parent company Take-Two Interactive for ongoing deceptive business practices and failure to deliver promised services in their annual *** 2K video game franchise, specifically *** 2K25. The game advertises multiple modes at full retail price, including the My*** "Start Today" featurea mode that allows players to begin a franchise from the current real-world date with accurate standings and rosters. However, despite this being a heavily marketed part of the My*** experience, the "Start Today" mode has been entirely inaccessible ("under maintenance") for over a month.This is not a one-time issue. The same mode has suffered from delayed rollouts and broken features in multiple past versions, but 2K continues to promote it annually as a functioning part of their full-price product, knowing it is non-operational for weeks or months at a time. This practice is misleading and exploits customer ******** contrast, modes that support microtransactions (such as MyTeam and MyCareer) receive constant support and prioritization, underscoring that the companys true focus is not on delivering a quality, well-rounded product, but on extracting as much revenue as possible through predatory in-game purchases. This shows a gross imbalance in resource allocation, and clear neglect of features that do not generate ongoing profits.I attempted to access the "Start Today" mode repeatedly across several weeks with no success.I searched official forums and customer service pages and found no transparency or timeline from 2K I urge the BBB to investigate the broader business practices of 2K Sports and Take-Two Interactive, specifically:Selling game features that do not work at launch with no clear communication or refund options.Prioritizing profit-generating features over fair consumer experience.Potentially engaging in deceptive marketing to inflate the perceived value of the product.

      Dear Support.I am filing a complaint due to an unjustified permanent ban without any warnings or evidence being supplied. I've contacted 2K support regarding the permanent suspension but met with little or no information exactly what I did wrong. The lack of any sort of warning or transparency is unacceptable for a loyal customer like myself.

      Im getting this glitch in *** 2k24 where when I try to play with my w character the screen is frozen and it wont let me in, Its frozen in the loading screen for the w, Im trying to get the she got game trophy I dont want VC I want my level 9 progression back, I have contacted 2k support and they refuse to give me the help that I need. I have put 25 hours into this game mode in order to get the final trophy I need for the platinum trophy. It is unacceptable to have this kind of game breaking issue and then have no one who can help fix it. I would appreciate someone who can help fix this problem as this is very important to me.

      The company Take Two interactive has denied my request to access what I purchased. In there response they have blatantly lied about the cause of this. The highlighted statement on the attachment is unequivocally false. No advantage is derived from the deletion and restoration of players, and none of the files that were restored were returned to a previous date or state. Specifically, a file deleted on January 1st would have been restored only to the exact date and time of its deletion, with no prior restoration or modification to an earlier state. Therefore, no advantage was gained, nor was there any restoration to an earlier condition or version of the file.

      On March 19. 2025 I was permanently banned from Steam gaming platform, specifically, ********************** Forum, for posting spam. On further inquiry, Steam support replied that I had posted a cartoon quote (***** **** "I'm hunting wabbits") and that was either redundant pr spam.The issue I have is the ban is permanent, meaning I am cut off from gaming resources rendering my $188 purchase severely handicapped (I haven't play since). Steam said they do not have control over their moderator's decisions and advised I contact 2K, the game ************ I contacted 2K and they reaffirmed the offending post was spam. Note that there are many less serious bans all the way down to one day bans but they chose permanent. I asked ** if they agreed with this decision of a permanent ban over a cartoon quote. They will not reply. They will not reply to another request I made asking for alternative resources for information since I no longer had access to the Steam forums. I am stuck with this game I cannot play without feeling remorse over the poor treatment I received from 2K games and disappointed Steam could not help. Neither will intervene in their moderators decisions, meaning they have total freedom to ban anyone for anything for life.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      2K or the forum moderator never explained what rules were violated. To my knowledge, I was issued a permanent ban because I included a quote from a cartoon character (***** ****) in a post. According to the moderator it was off topic. My question to 2K is, do I you think a permanent ban is an appropriate response? Yes or no? I will consider a yes or no answer from 2K to be a resolution for the BBB to close the case

      The reason this is important is because most in posts in the forum would receive permanent bans based on being off topic. This was the reason I was given by the moderator. If there was another reason then please share as I have a right to know. This is also a requirement to close the case with the BBB. in all honesty, I shouldn't have to go to such extremes to know why I was permanently banned.

      I'm a person with a disability, and I'm playing Borderlands 3. I went to my shift account, and it will not log on to or connect with my **** account. I reached out to customer service on the 2k website but it is very confusing and very hard to get help, and I just want the company to reach out so that I may get a little more customer service where I might be able to understand how to fix this problem.

      This is in regards the new game civilization 7 , ******** switch version I understand the mementos only being able to be leveled up online only What i dont understand is why the DownLoad Content , extra leaders, extra civilizations, extra gameplay features need to be online only as if it's behind a paywall when I in fact pre ordered and bought the founders edition. I my as well just get a refund and buy the basic game, I love the game but it shouldn't be locked when I play with my brother on local wireless in the same room together. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about this but it seems wrong to me. Thx for listening.

      i am contacting you guys today because when i got on the game i see i have a temporary ban and im confused on what for.       2k the games company has been deceiving their customers this year, no transparency about the usage of AI to upscale their logos, one of the only modes that worked when it pre released was the mode that allows for micro transactions, as a long time fan of *** and 2K games I feel as though they should at least take responsibility and reward the players they've gotten one over on

      Some of the errors in the game the player has pointed out have been shared with development teams and have since been addressed. In the most recent communication we asked for screenshots or videos of what the player is experiencing for us to do investigate further, we have not received anything back. I would take that message as confirmation that that happened. You did ask for photos and videos, but why should we as players go out of our way to prove that you guys messed up. You also offered us as players no compensation for wasting our time on this game.
