    I have my solar finance account with your *********************************************. I originally got the loan through ****************** and pay through the Spectrum Credit union site which looks like is owned by Chevron Credit union.The #1 reason I agreed to get solar, is that the loan was transferrable when I was to sell my home to the new owners of the ******** that I am selling my home and called to start the process, I am getting the answer that I can not transfer it to the seller.This is not what I agreed upon and I feel this is a bait and switch to sell me solar.I need a resolution. My house is on the market.

    I applied for a loan with my wife from Chevron Federal Credit Union and was APPROVED. They then asked me to open up a MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT which we did. They requested countless documentation to which I provided and provided additional documentation for THEIR convenience. One thing to note is that I am a US Citizen and my wife is a Permanent Resident. I provided them with my wife's W2, Social Security Card and Tax Returns to prove her identity but they then declined our MEMBERSHIP account because they could not verify her identity which does not make sense because we were APPROVED for the loan. I called in to find out the true reason of the MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT denial but they were unwilling to give me much information as to why it was declined. They also told me to just go into the branch and speak to someone to "OVERRIDE" the decision. I'm not too sure if it works that way. Additionally. the loan agent was actually encouraging me to NOT to do the loan because of my wife's status which I found extremely disrespectful. They also tried calling my wife asking her if I was forcing her to do this loan or if I was doing it without her knowledge, another highly disrespectful thing to do. I will admit that I was calling in frequently to check the status because this was a time sensitive matter. The seller of the item kept texting me everyday to ask me what the status was. Chevron also told me they would have an answer for me by a certain date which they did NOT. I was also told "not to worry" but after an entire week of providing with they documents THEY REQUESTED, they declined me.

    In January, I requested a Chevron credit card. After a few days, I hadn't received the card yet, so I asked to close the account and cancel the card. Since then, I haven't received any charges or the card. I thought this was resolved until I saw my credit score drop drastically due to delinquencies reported by this company. The initial amount is only $6, which is completely outrageous. I never received this charge, and the account was closed right after it was opened, without ever being used, since I never received the card. I haven't had any change of address. I demand that they remove this charge and eliminate the delinquencies from my credit report, as it is absurd. I do everything right to avoid these kinds of problems. This company needs to be held accountable for causing significant harm to consumers.---

    So basically I got courtesy pay on my account with ********************** & have been using it to its fullest advantage because I use it to pay bills that I dont control when their due. This courtesy pay has been revoked two times. But only one of those times was my fault due to being delinquent on my personal loan which I havent been since that second time it got revoked. The first time my courtesy pay for revoked was by the systems with Chevron & when I spoke to several other people about it no one was able to provide me with a reason on why their systems revoked it the same day they gave it to me because it was my first time ever having courtesy pay on my account. The second time regarding my being delinquent on my loan, I was never communicated to that the loan can affect my courtesy pay. So I became current & asked them to reinstate it. So once again I got my courtesy pay revoked on the 7th of this month and after speaking with a representative they informed me its because the same day I pay the money back is the same day I withdraw the money again because once I again. I CAN NOT control when my bills are due as Im sure no one can. Out of both the times I got my courtesy pay reinstated only one of them was truly my fault while the other time was completely the banks fault and no one could tell me why their systems even revoked it. So now I have to wait 6 months before even getting the possibility of it being reinstated & Im out $700 of my paycheck. When yet only one of those reinstatements were actually on me. So due to the mysterious error the first time around that no one could provide an answer too I have to wait 6 months?? This is a huge disadvantage to ******* financial situation and the only thing I was told was nothing we can do, youll have to wait 6 months like Im not out $700. So Im complaining about this because its utterly ridiculous & Im hoping to get my 700 credited back to me in my checking account. *** had this bank for years, not happy.
