      They sent me an email saying they have updated their terms of service and will be charging me $100 annual fee. I emailed them to OPT OUT and CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND CALLED THEM 100 TIMES however no one answers the phone. I have ALSO SENT MORE THAN 3 EMAILS AND SUPPORT TICKETS VIA THEIR SUPPORT LINK AND NO ONE EVER REPLIES !! I DO NOT AGREE TO THEIR NEW TERMS OF SERVICE AND WOULD LIKE TO OPT OUT AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY ! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR COSTUMERS!! THE BBB MUST CLOSE DOWN THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY THEY HAVE THE WORST RATING 1/5 STARS!

      I had my bank account connected to Grain for payments and my bank is no longer accepting the Plaid connection of accounts so I have to mail payments in. I just mailed in my last payment of $60, which was the minimum due and they reported to my credit bureau as no more than 120 days past due. This account needs to be updated to current on credit bureaus. This company is not providing accurate information on my credit bureau. When I call the phone number provided, they dont even answer the phone.

      I opened this account some time again and fell behind with my payments because of COVID. Recently, within the last few months, have been trying to pay the account off and clean up my credit. However, I am unable to access the account or get in contact with a PERSON for months now. I have sent numerous emails and they always respond with "I promise a person will contact you in a few days" but of course that never happens. I'm just trying get it off my credit.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      After reading all of the complaints, that are very similar to my original complaint, I am not comfortable with given my driver's license and/or social security card to this company because of possible identity fraud among other issues.  Is there any other way to make payments the company? Can an email with a link to pay or a text message for one-time payments be sent when it is due? Can a receipt of some sort be sent upon receiving payment?

      The link received was expired.  A payment cannot be made if the link is not readily available.  Furthermore, why is there not a number to speak with a PERSON instead of all the emails and having to wait weeks and months for a response? I am trying to clean my credit and this account is a major hinderance.  Please provide a number AND instructions on how to request an e payment.

      This company is trying to harm my credit and has frozen me out from making a payment for multiple months. Ive reached out to them multiple times to inform them that their system for payments does not work. They would not allow me to connect my bank or make payments. And theyve reported me late. When I read reviews on ****** I saw multiple people experienced the same issue. This is hurting my family that they are falsely reporting my account late when theyre having technical issues. I need this resolved completely because it is false information. But whenever I call I only get an automated system that doesnt solve anything for me.

      GRAIN TECHNOLOGY INCis reporting information about a late payment on my credit report without my consent. I never gave the permission to even have access to my social security information. Could you please assist me in removing this asap.

      I opened online credit with Grain had to pay a deposit first I was trying to establish more credit .. This has been the worst ******************************************************************************************* 245 days they have never been able to get my payment until I physically email them and a lady name ******* from grain sends me link to pay so every time they cant get a payment they take 50 or 60 points off my credit last month they tried to get a payment 3 time each time high numbers were taken off no option to pay more or less takes almost week to get the payment Ive paid before it says PayPal I dont even have a PayPal I feel its a complete waste I for sure cant gain no credit this way it messed me up for any chance of help .. a total of almost 80 points off my credit in 3 days one for 10 dollars other for 19 its truly sad the worst night mare and when I paid it off they and down they still never report that but quick to report anything else

      I originally opened an account with grain in hopes of improving my credit score. after the first couple months I changed banks and attempted to update the info on grains website. The website said i had to contact them via email or phone. i tried both over a span of 5 months and did not receive a reply until a week ago (then paid off account in full), and between the time of me trying to get in contact with them they put 5 late payments on my credit report. I feel the late payments were out of my control due to there lack or response.

      This account was closed on January 3rd, and credit reporting takes place on a monthly basis. Once an account and closed it can take up to 3 billing cycles before this is updated on your credit report.

      I am rejecting this response because: I understand it could take up to three months for the closed account status to update on my credit report but I payed the account in full on 12/24/21. The account updated on my credit report on 1/6/22 and it still says I am behind on payments which I am not. Whenever you guys would report a late payment it will only take 30days, and now that I want this taken care of it takes 3 months. This is not right nor fair. All of these late payments ETC are completely your conpanies fault and im the one taking the hit on it all. I hope people stop using your company and I will make sure to post all of your companies bad BBB complaints on all social media outlets if this doesn't get taken care of asap. Thanks for not taking care of your customers!

      Hello,I opened the account through an IOS device not knowing that they were not supported on anything else, and do not have pay options on their website. That being said, i have no idea when my date for pay is, how much, or how much i have left because i do not have a supported device. I sent emails and have tried to call multiple times and they have never answered my calls. Yesterday, they reported my to the credit bureau for 30day late and although i do not mind the late fee, i do mond the reported as i made every effort to obtain info to no avail. Even now that they answered my email with a link to pay (after they already reported me), they still dont **** me any additional info on my loan. I am a military member and i feel this might violate other military lending acts as well. I have since paid all unpaid fees and also late fees.That being said, i am only looking for them to 1. Allow me another method for paying my account monthly without having to email consistantly, and a method for looking up details of my loan.2.remove any negative points to my credit as i made all effort to pay on time.

      The statements are emailed every month to the email address we have on file. If you do not see them in our inbox, please check your spam folder. 

      As a one-time courtesy, Ive escalated this to our credit reporting team for consideration of a Goodwill deletion.
      You will not see this adjustment reflected on your account until January. Please note that going forward, without access to an IOS device, you will need to reach out each month, prior to your due date for a payment link. You can find your due date and minimum due on your monthly statement.

      I have Attempted to reach Grain since my credit report shows a late payment. I have not changed my banking information and i was on auto pay. They never reached out to advice my bank account was unlinked. IIve been trying to access the app to update and make payment but the App is extremely glitchy and doesnt allow. Please remove negative reportings! These people dont respond at all, and its affecting my good credit history!
