      On **** 11th 2020 I opened an account with Grain Technology through the Apple App store and was approved for a $400 line of credit. I was super excited to get the opportunity to start building my credit again . On or around December 2020 I changed bank accounts and as such grain was not able to take my monthly payment. When i logged into the app on my iphone to update the bank account , it kept giving me an error so I contacted support . Eventually the issue was semi resolved . This is not the reason for my complaint today though. Now , fast forward 8 months later and I am having the same issue again. Except this time , they have reported a 30 day late for **** and a 60 day late for July. This is preventing me from finding a new apartment now and Grain Technology has no one I can call . When I try to go on the app to put a new payment method , it says that my bank is not supported. So i tried a seperate account but it said that my navy federal account is being used for another account.

      Im sorry you can't find your bank as an option on the app. Unfortunately, our third-party bank connectivity partner, Plaid, does not support your bank, which is why it isn't listed. We see you we're able to make a payment via a payment link provided and you can reach out to us to get payment links in the future to make a payment on your account.

      I made an account with Grain 'Technology,' but I had to get a new bank account due to fraud. I was locked out of my account with no way of getting back in and received late payments on my credit report. Since 7/23/21 I tried emailing Grain, calling their customer service line, trying to reach them any way I can but they aren't responsive and their customer service line is SOMEHOW there are no support agents available and the phone hangs up immediately. I cannot have late payments on my credit.

      We unable to locate any other tickets related to this issue under your email associated with your Grain account except for very recently. We did however recent your bank account and provide you a payment link to make an immediate payment on your account.

      Someone used my name and filed for a credit card with this company. I have never even heard of this company before at all. I tried to dispute the negative remarks on my credit, but they are combating it. I would like for this to be removed from my credit. All my credit cards are paid on time. I am a victim of fraud and this isnt right. I am trying to buy a house. This company is messing with my life.

      We filed an AUD via e-***** to update the users credit reporting to delete this account as a fraud via identity theft. The account has been flagged and frozen, in the event of further attempts, no account will be opened. We advised the user their personal information may have been compromised and that it should updated  accordingly.


      Issue has been resolved  no further communication is planned.

      I opened a loan with the company and paid off my loan. They are reporting missed payments to the credit bureaus. I am requesting that all late payment be removed.

      as a one-time courtesy, we have granted your request for an update to credit reporting since your account is now current. This request can only be granted once and we are unable to waive any late fees incurred however your account is now reflected as current for the (5) billing cycles that we're previously reported as late

      Hello, I applied for a Grain account. I submitted all my documents, was approved for $1,000. Days later, it stated I was unapproved as they could not verify my identity although I submitted the required documents. They have all my personal information. I have received notice from the bureaus that my Grain account has been reported as open. I have not been able to access my Grain account nor have I been able to access funds. I have emailed them numerous times and tried calling their number but I have not been able to reach anyone nor does anyone reply to my emails.

      I have contacted grain multiple times about there app continue to crash and will not allow payment . I have called and it say no agent available. They have now been reporting negative on my credit .. they have not responded to any calls or emails.

      Your linked checking account connection was reestablished and as an accommodation we have filed an update the users credit reporting to reflect as current during the period in which the *** functionality was not available, which you will see reflected the next time we report.  In certain circumstances a linked checking account to the system may become severed, this can occur for a number of reason including a changed username, password, closing an account or the result of an update to their banking institutions system that maintains the connection. Please note, that you can make payments otherwise (via check or request of e-payment) a linked bank account facilitates payment via ***. You receive a monthly statement to your email address on file with their minimum payment due and specific instructions on how to pay by check.

      Grain should be shut down! They are LIARS and remain unreachable no matter how much you contact them, no matter how much you email, post, call, tweet, use snail mail, they never answer. SO they make you jump through hoops trying to prove your own identity with real legal documents, and then take your bank account info and simply start charging you late feel and interest. You try to reach them and you cannot! Your account goes into the red and still no contact. Now they have affected your credit and still you are out of luck. The bank cannot help and they will not respond. Grain was supposed to help and instead I am worse off. I got totally screwed over. And I am not the first or last. Beware!

      This company is a scam and commits criminal activity. It has requested sensitive and personal information from me and many others, which you can see from a simple websearch, then links your bank account to the grain app, claims they sent money when they did not and then charge you late fees and penalties when trying to reach them to dispute this. They use my info to commit identity fraud and theft and refuse to get in contact. They have my money and my personal information and have ruined my credit. They need to be reported immediately to any and all authorities.
