    Last year a bank indicated that I requested a change of social security ( a bold face lie) who does that. Anyway, i wrote Fairshake, and they handled this situation via arbitration. That certain admitted that I did not ask for a "change in social security number-( I mean who does that ? That would have to be vverified!) I had to pay a certain fee( which I gladly paid) but because I was not "suing" for money, I only asked that my small fee be refunded, wich a letter confirmation I did NOT request any such change ..

    I've used fair shake 3 times in all 3 times, they have got me my money back and I was waiting for money for a year. I kept getting denied within one or 2 weeks beer shake had my money back, so I don't know why people should be able to put false reviews on such a good company, cause it's not a scam, fair shake is legit 100 percent.

    Fairshake took ***** from me to resolve an issue with my complaint against my cell phone company,not only did they not complete the job,they never returned my money. They are liars and thieves. Total scam

    I used fair shake to pay off my ******** bill. When they claim they paid it off, ******** is still sending me a bill in the mail claiming that it wasn't paid off. I then told them that fair shake was covering but it didn't go through. Now ******** has sent me a collection of $75 claiming that I still owe them money. I paid fair shake their pay but they didn't help me at all. They are scammers. Plain and simple.

    Just reading these reviews. I had a great experience. I have to say the opposite of a lot of these bad reviews I used fair shake a couple of years ago they handled everything upfront for me, and the fee was so reasonable although I did not get a lot of money back, they still issued a big credit through the company I had to deal with. The company I was reporting were wrong for doing what they were doing and fair shake handled everything out of court. I just had to sign a couple of documents and pay the fee. They did later ask for the fee again but I had sent proof I already paid them maybe that was an error. The settlement was a small credit in a bill and their fee was small too! I recommend them!

    There are a lot of negative reviews here, but Fairshake really helped guide me through the legalities of my lawsuit. Pretty sure it would have very difficult to win without their guidance.
