I was supposed to get refunded $955 from cashapp on October 15 and I still have yet to receive my refund they promised . Everytime I look at the date it keeps changing to a different Wednesday. On November 11, I went to log into my Cash App account and I was informed that it was closed. They say I violated the terms of agreement. This is about the third time they have closed an account but I dont know what I violated. It makes it hard for me to be able to send and receive money. I use the application for what it was designed to do so I dont see why I keep getting my accounts closed. I can no longer use my email addresses or phone numbers to start new accounts due to them being associated with closed accounts. I would like all my accounts to be reopened. I am rejecting this response because: they didnt communicate with me about a resolution or even come up with a resolution. They refuse to tell me what I violated and continue to state that they sent my complaint to a speciality team but Ive never been contacted. They also keep stating that I can access my account to withdraw funds but everything else is permanently suspended. I feel that they do this to a lot of people but never tell them the reason or cause. I reject their resolution due to feeling they never seen it from my point of view. I feel someone reported my account for fraud when I didnt commit any such act. If you look at my transaction history, if someone needed a refund I would send it so where did I violate their terms .

a purchase was made against my account with this company, and I filed a complaint because the charge was fraudulent. They asked that I reach out to the company (tickets on sale.com) which i did and they denied the refund saying it wasn't fraud. If I say I didn't make the purchase, why is that not fraud. On March 31 2022 at 10:42pm someone named *********************** cashappname $manualduran**** sent me the first request one for ***** dollars and I quickly denied it On April 1 2022 he sent another request for 500 dollars again I denied it on the same day someone named ***************************** cashappname $Av2022**** at 4:41 pm sent a request for ***** at the time I was at the department of motor vehicles so I didn't see this until later and the same day at 4:43 sent a request for ***** dollars I was busy so I never seen the request and I never approved for the payment to be sent but some how both amounts was paid out when I noticed it I immediately contacted cashapp who gave me the run around for over a week to then be told I sent the transaction and they would not help me or reverse the charges or even refund any of my money I did file a police report and still cashapp refused to help me in any way to get my money back as I tell them over and over i don't know who they are and never sent the money and it was fraudulent obtained and stolen from my account I ask for cash app for any extra information on her and they refused to help with that then stop responding all together ***** dollar was a major blow and a financial set back to my family that was my pay check and my taxes that money was to finally buy a vehicle to help me transport my son who has special needs to Dr **** therapy **** and now we are still using public transportation and who ever she is got to rob us for over ***** with no help to even get it back and it no coincidence both account has **** in there name and ****** account was opened Mach 31 2022 and ******* account was opened on april 1,2022 I even said to the cash app rep this was stolen from my account these people already robbed me and by me looking into it I found 3 other of cashapp customer these same two people stole money from threw cashapp how can just do nothing his response was IT NOT CASHAPP FAULT IF CUSTOMERS IS USING THE *** TO ROB PEOPLEBusiness Response

On Monday NOV 7th at 9:14 pm I cashed out a $100 dollars instantly but I never received the money in my account. I have contacted them everyday multiple times a day trying to see what was going on. They have hung up on me, told me many different lies including in 90 min it would be on my card 3 different times! To find out they just put me off until they closed so they didnt have to talk to me. They refuse to let me talk to anyone with my case. Just says Ill be contacted by email they dont care about customers. They lie and put u off. Im tired of being lied to and out off I just want my $100. Its been 5 days and it was instant!!! I will push this case legal bc they are not just allowed to keep our money from us correct? Cash app has locked my account due to suspicious activity. I have done nothing suspicious to warrant these actions. I am sending and receiving the same as I have for years. I am unable to access or withdraw the money currently in my cash app balance. Their 24hr resolve time has passed and their customer support is unresponsive. I have been given no information nor update as to why my account was locked or how I may unlock it. I have offered all information to verify my identity and still no response. So just recently i had an email account hacked into with hundreds of stolen passwords i had to change they got information on just about everything about me from bank account and debit card info to all my personal information i havent been on the cash app in some time and when i went on to send a family member $80.00 usd like I have in the past and only use it for that reason i noticed some unfamiliar transactions i did not make and when i went through them i seen several hundreds of failed attempts in trying to gain money from a few bank accounts i owned at the time and only have one of the 3 now which i have never had an issue with in over 3 years i also seen they would transfer the stolen funds into crypto and then transfer it out that way . I immediately change my password, *** and contacted support to not long thereafter they had the edacity to blame me for it when i am telling them it wasn't and that hundreds of failed attempts and stolen funds along with crypto purchases was normal activity on my account when in fact i haven't had any crypto purchases until this issue began in over 3 years and several hundred failed attempts is anything but normal which i also again had to explain to them when i should of had to in the first place when its Already Clearly blatantly obvious they then sent me a link to "Better Secure My account" Which contradicts Everything they did and said without retrieving my stolen assets that put myself into hardship because of it . i was able to recoup thankfully some of it through one of the banks which is the one i still have opened but the other 2 that were closed recently they will not which totals over $2,000 in stolen funds. if needed i have screen shots of everything if needed for now i uploaded all the dates times and amounts of the unauthorized transactions and a summary of the ongoing issue that was explained to cash app supportBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: the issue was not resolved and none of the unauthorized transactions submitted were resolved I have informed them when this issue began back on September that then continued later into November when I already thought it was taken care of none of the unauthorized transactions were reimbursed and no action was taken to fix this on going issue they have known about for months I do not accept anything less than what was stolen from me returned for an answer and if you don't want to provide your customers with adequate service and assurance then I'm sure a lot more people will be hearing about this and from the looks of it I have researched this same matter and have found hundreds of thousands of others that have been dealing with the same issue some worse than others smells like a class action lawsuit if you ask me rather than just doing the right thing and retrieving people stolen money how hard do you have to make it and then when they do retrieve some of their stolen funds via there bank account you think it's adequate to then charge the person's account back into the negative to then retrieve unauthorized stolen money that you want to steal back rather than just assisting the CUSTOMER WHO IS ALWAYS RIGHT IN RETRIEVING THERE STOLEN FUNDS!!! I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME WITH CHILDISH PEOPLE AND IS EXACTLY WHY WERE HERE NOW . SO either do the right thing or don't just know millions of people will see it all for their selfs soon enough don't be surprised when something bigger arises from this all anything is possible

On Friday , November 11,2022 I made about 4 -5 transfers to my cash app account to pay for Bitcoins. The recipient instructed me to pay a total of monies in different installments. I do have proof of these transactions. They are totaling at least over $250-300.00 . I did inform cash app. They are refusing to accept responsibility and claimed this is a scam.These transactions happened through their platform. The denied it. They claim they will investigate this matter. I explained to to them that trading bitcoin is on their platform. Im not sure, but all I want to know if I got scammed or if this is a legit investment I put my money in to buy Bitcoin or if cash app took advantage of me as an illiterate,uneducated cryptocurrency consumer. I do no want to do business with cash app if this isnt a trustworthy money transaction platform/bitcoin platform. I also have another email where the original communication was sent from.
