I did a mobile deposit yesterday morning 5/31 an half of its on hold as of 06/01 7:53 pm . Now I spoke with a team member this morning about the issue an I was told at 7pm it would be on my account . I'm very frustrated that I do not have access to funds that are mine I am on someone else's time which is not rite at all . An now I can not get ahold of anyone that can help me I was told she did not have access. Thank God it's not an emergency with my autistic son or anything of that sort . !! Bad enough I wasn't told the terms an conditions for the sign on bonus an didn't receive that cause I didn't deposit 100 at the opening of the account I would have if I had known . I cant even get coins being a collector but ***** im not a member of help me like ur sister bank alaska . Do better frontwave .

I've been charge fees for ach overdrafts. You would think frontwave would cover these overdrafts. 35 dollars for each time a merchant resumits an ach. Frontwave customer service lied to me saying all banks charge overdraft fees. In fact discover and capitol one doesn't charge overdraft fees they simply decline the transactions. Last straw came a month ago when someone made a fake card and was able to withdraw 800 from a ***** Fargo Atm. I no longer want to do business with frontwave
