  I purchased an F150 ****** from this dealership for mid 70k. During the purchase of the car they were extremely helpful but after the purchase of the vehicle it has been very difficult to get assistance regarding the car I bought. The car has a console safe that I cannot access and their solution is to take it to ****. I'd be cautious buying a car from here, ensure everything is accessible because once they receive your money you won't hear from them again. I wouldn't recommend doing business here as the owner is very pushy with using their financing with *********** because they didn't want to "deal" with other companies because it "takes longer for them to get paid". He ensured I would get 5%apr and after running credit it came back to 8.99%.-Edit--After ***** from Vista Motors seen my review she called me angrily notifying that the owner is no longer willing to help with the center console safe because of my "negative review".My review was nothing but honest, if that makes them not want to help me moving forward it shows what kind of dealership this is. I would stay far away from this place. She also was trying to defend the sales manager as to him never enticing me with a 4.99%, I told her this in fact did happen and she was not present to say whether this happened or not. I will be filing a complaint with the proper authorities as to how this dealership promises interest rates and then does not deliver.

  Customer viewed truck knew about us not having a code for a safe that was installed from prior owner, we recommended customer to contact **** maybe they can help with that, we never advised him we would take care of that. He still purchased the truck. He became furious when we told him we could not take care of that issue. Threatened to keep possession of second key of his trade in if we did not take care of it. He advised he kept key on purpose to manipulate us to address safe code. He signed the contract knowing the *** we have no control over credit nor the ******** offer. Nor we have control which ************ or banks work with NON FRANCHISE DEALERS. He has threatened me nonstop cursed and disrespected me as well as threatened to post reviews regarding the safe and us not taking care of it. I have a signed due bill from customer and us where we did not promise this. Not one employee forced him or his wife to purchase sign nor commit to purchase. They could have walked out if APR was not what they were happy with. 

  He stated he worked with the owner this was false.

  Stay far away from this dealership!!! I was scammed on a used vehicle. They sold me a defective engine and they denied fixing it. They told me "SOLD AS IS" . I have reported them to the *** and to the California DMV Dealership Fraud Team . They also scammed me for $3,400 on a faulty Extended Warranty. They did not pay back my bank for that cancelled warranty. They are a bunch of liars and crooks that give you the runaround!!! The owner is a crooks, the salesmen are crooks and con artists. The managers is a ***** and a liar!!! I have all of their names on emails and they all have been documented in notes and email with the agencies I mentioned and with my bank. If you are planning to buy and car or truck.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

  This has been sent to *********** auto finance  I have check and all information proving so nobody is scamming anyone. He cancelled service contract and refund goes to bank not him he was trying to use for a down payment when he has an open loan this goes to bank not him

  I bought a vehicle from them. They offered attractive prices on the website. However, they sneakingly put ads on for the antitheft device which costs over 4k dollars without any explanation to me. What I want to address the most is they don't obey the Car Buyer's Bill of Rights. According to this, a dealer must give cancellation options to buyers. But, my sales consultant there explained, "You can't return the vehicle you're purchasing after leaving our site." I thought that was so. But, later, it was figured out that this right is protected after I signed the decline of choosing the cancellation option. Furthermore, I am still waiting for a new registration tag in despite of three months after I purchased their vehicle. Unfortunately, a new title is also not in my hands yet. For this documentary process, I paid over $350 already to this dealer. Please see any one-star rating comments from any business reviewers. You can find a lot of precise terrible customer experiences and stories with them hidden among the spooky shining five-star reviews comments. It can't happen. This is the worst experience in my life.

  They WILL sell you a car that will either stop running soon or not be safe. My truck has been at FORD for 2 weeks now, not even 1,500 miles after buying from Vista. My whole system is fried, FORD themselves told me any inspectors or dealerships would have known about an electronic issue before selling. I paid $50,000 for this truck January 16, 2023. No customer care or good faith at all. You will be forced to buy a security system. Steven (manager) has confirmed multiple times opting out is NOT an option on any of their vehicles. I told Steven I will be suing and making sure their inspectors have been licensed since they inspected my truck. (He said he doesnt care and to go ahead) This is currently 5th vehicle and I have had better experiences in Santa ***. I dont want any future customer to get scammed and have to go through this.
