I used Western Dental for a Dental Procedure. After paying my bill on time every month, they sent me a letter to pay the final payment one month early and receive a bonus of a 10% discount amounting to $36.12 this changed my final payment by this amount. Which I payed early as they asked. Now I am being harrassed for the $36.12 and they are adding late charges to my bill.They call me all the time, asking for the money and are sending me late notices. I have called customer service many times, and written to them, sent copies of proof of payment and a copy of the letter telling me the new payment amount but they are ignoring everything. I believe this is a scam to get more money out of me. I will never use this dental company every again. Please beware !!!I can't even give them one star. There should be an option for a minus star.From = Very frustrated

Long waits, office not clean, unable to reach office, call center appointments never correct with office. Seriously overbooked. Dentist does not listen.Unable to schedule cleanings ( one in 4 years so far ) 3 years to complete 2 root canal/ crowns ( still waiting) assistants forget to put lead shield on me in x ray.Exterior of office is not well kept. Overflowing trash container, dirty windows inside & out. Thats all

I was denied care after a dental surgery. I informed the office that I have a serious ongoing infection after a procedure the previous week. I was denied care due to "Outstanding fees" which I was not aware I had to pay. I was spoken to about a monthly payment and ONLY agreed to that. I paid almost 170$ upfront and was told I would be making my next payment in February (NEVER that i had to pay any other fee) Just to recieve a call saying that I owed them 400$ and was not charged. I was NEVER informed or spoken to about this amount prior to my surgery. I informed the office and was still denied care and the amount went from 400$ all the way up to 500$. I am confused, feeling SCAMMED,relentlessly lied to, sick and fighting a terrible infection from their surprise surgery with no care and they know I am unable to pay this amount out of pocket. If i was told the actual amount or even shown a full graph for payments i would have NEVER agreed.. Asked to speak to a manager and was basically ignored, never called or contacted.. I had an appointment at Western Dental, and my experience was absolutely awful. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff set the tone for what turned out to be a completely unprofessional and unpleasant visit. The receptionist was shockingly rude, obnoxious, and completely lacking any sense of compassion for patients. Rather than greeting me or showing even the slightest courtesy, I was met with a dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome and ************** seemed like they were more interested in gossiping with their coworkers than helping patients. When I tried to ask questions about my appointment, I was interrupted and spoken to in an unprofessional tone. Instead of addressing my concerns, the receptionist acted annoyed, as though I was wasting their time.The lack of basic manners and empathy from the front office staff is appalling. They clearly have no understanding of what it means to provide good customer service in a healthcare setting. Patients come here trusting theyll receive care and respect, but that is not what I experienced at all.This is by far one of the worst dental offices Ive ever been to, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The management needs to seriously address the behavior of their front office staff, as its driving patients away. If youre looking for a place where youll be treated with respect and care, avoid Western Dental at all costs.

Horrible dental service. Dentist was not bad, but the office is incompetent. Changed my appointment twice and then wanted payment in full before they had done any work. I'll find another Dentist

The office on Central has the most prejudiced and racist receptionist, she is always trying to Hussle clients out of money but she has no sales skills whatsoever and she is exploiting people without American citizenship, but the Dentist was great but first you have to deal with the crooks at the receptionist desk.

Zero stars for Western Dentals negligent dental practices. My daughter had several fillings done and suffered for it. We just got a second opinion today and the new provider said that 8 fillings werent done correctly. The fillings werent filled all the way, are cracking, were not sealed and need to be redone. We went back to Western Dental on ****** and requested all of her dental records and they refused to give them to us. Unacceptable!

Ive been a patient at western dental for a long time . Everytime Ive gone for an appointment , I am delayed up to 2 hrs after my appointment . Ive even sat in the lobby up to an hr only to be told they dont have enough staff and that they need to reschedule .That its an hour procedure . Ive called three separate times to their 1800 number left messages and never have I heard a response .They also lack accountability for their lack of customer service to make follow up calls . Ive been approved for a crown since 2023 never received a call or notice in the mail. Ive had to chase them down to get work done . On one occasion their dentist was rude and even hurt my gums . Ive complained about her and nothing was done. At this point I am taking my business else where and wont be returning .

The only good thing about the ** CA clinic is a wonderful assistant named ****. She is the only one who was a constant in an ever changing office. She was loving, considerate, and God at her job. Other than ***** I was subjected to cancelations, long waits (hours), and most recently, having an appointment, only to find a lock on the door! THREE TIMES! While I was on the phone with Corporate trying to get answers, EIGHT other people came for their appointments or two of them wanted money back that was owed to them because they paid a deposit and the service was never done. Another gentleman had come OVER three times and they were closed. Corporate told me that the clinic would be closed for the whole month. Why wouldn't they put a sign on the door telling people that? Thankfully, a group from the clinic in ******* came up for one day (Veterans Day) just to get people their dentures or crowns that had been ready and waiting for over a month. They were a great, considerate, knowledgeable group and I'm grateful to them for coming on a holiday to do what they could to minimize harm and help at least some of us. Too bad we can have a great team like them here in ********************.

Western Dental & Orthodontics in *************, Ca located on *************************************** is terrible they are always understaffed they will schedule you for an appointment at a certain time and you will be waiting 3-4 hours in the lobby to be seen and then once you are called to the back they will tell you the doctor is busy and wont be able to see you because other people ahead of you are priority even though when you scheduled your appointment it was a high priority appointment. They will make a up any reason to get you to schedule another appointment and leave you sitting in the operating room for an additional hour just to be told you need to schedule another appointments for another day and the reason you came into do is to be seen for the same reason they are trying to get you to reschedule for. This is location is very unprofessional and you will never get anywhere and you will never get the proper dental care you are seeking its only 1 doctor in the whole entire facility and thats not okay. Its puts a lot of patients on hold because where are all waiting to be seen by the same person which can take up to 4-5 hours for simple procedures like teeth cleaning and even more serious procedures like root canals and extractions . I am not happy with the service that this location provides and Im and shocked that they are still in business.
