  Where do I even start. This is the absolute worst company to do business with by far. They are beyond rude. They have sent me letters stating that I am late with payments that are not even due yet. They have previously threatened to repo my vehicle when my payment was only 10 days late. The b**** who is in charge of my account, *****, is the rudest person I've ever spoken too and should not work in customer service. I attempted to put in for a due date change since we had an issue with income loss and she claimed that I could put in for a change and then it got denied anyway after fighting with her about my payment that was only a couple days late. I had always been on time with my payments and even paid ahead of time until recently when we had some things come up unexpectedly. I have never been more then 30 days late yet they are always threatening to send me to collections. The vehicle in question is not even drivable at the moment. It's so frustrating. As soon as the payment is 1 day late they start calling and texting 2-3 times a day including harassing my references and telling them my business. I can't wait to get this loan paid off and give this company the finger. I don't recommend anyone using them for any loan. It's just not worth the headache.

  Blackfish is harassing me about payments they say I owe after my car was stolen. The police found my car and took it to the two yard for safety reasons and when i didn't have the money to pay the tow yard I asked the car dealer and black fish if they could get my car out of the impound they both Said there was no way for them to get my car which was insured at the time and the same day it was stolen I was suppose to trade in to get financed for a new car with no engine problems. I had made an agreement with Blackfish to trade in the vehicle and that's I had to trade in before I was 3 months behind. Two weeks go by and as I was on my way to the two yard to get my car blackfish calls me and ask me if I want my car back and that I had to pay them **** to get my car back. I told th how did you get my car and they said they had it for a week now not only did they take my car without my knowledge or notification that they was going to get it they also put a repo on my credit they offer to give it back if I pay them **** when I was only 800 behind on my payment I went online and consulates with a lawyer who told me that they are committing consumer auto fraud my car only cost ***** but my contract states two other prices other then thev*****. That's fraud as well upping the price by **** and changed my apr to 29percent. On top of that blackfish has been harassing me at least once or twice a week sometimes telling me that I owe them **** for the car now and then they don't even have my car anymore I said why would i pay you guys for a car I don't have that they basically stole from me and that they have obviously resold again. I also have a car that I cosigner for that they harass me and my daughter for payments as soon as she is a day late and they don't just harass us they call everyone that is on our referrals sheet. Those contacts are just referrals and should not be getting called when the payment is a day late this is crazy help me please somebody if you care to help

  Blackfish Capital has inaccurately reported my payment history and refuses to assume responsibility and correct accordingly. For example, its a 60 month car loan, currently, they report 19 payments are remaining. However, manually adding all payments paid equals 45 payments there are some months where I paid double and there are payments reversed on error and I actually paid the corresponding month they report they have reversed. I asked for a payment to be deferred, however, policy indicates you cannot be behind on your payments. However, the month deferred is actually deferred and the next month is reported late causing a downstream effect until October 9 where due date changed to the 23 but it appears they count October 9 as a payment and October 23 as a single payment causing a downstream effect. Ive been cheated ************************************************************************************************************* 3 months past due when if they actually correct their errors it reflects no late payments. They got a lien but from sol acceptance when they are Blackfish Capital actually a title loan. They vehicle I believe was a salvage manipulated by the original sale agent laautoexchange ***********. I was in a wreck in September my insurance is paying for the damages but they got

  I spoke to a supervisor (female; on 8/12/22 around 6:30 P.M.) who provided her name at the onset of the telephone call, however, at the end of the call, I asked for her name again and she refused. She interrupted me and continued to interrupt when I asked her not to. She was impertinent; this reflects poorly upon Blackfish Captial.

  I purchased a vehicle from ********** Motors in *********, Manager **** Admitted that they had place a tracker on the car then he refused to take my call when I asked who had place the tracker on the car. A month later I was aware of my 1st payment, payment was done sucessfully, 2nd payment is due and I called the bank 3 days in a roll trying to make payment and I was always place on hold for long periods of time by *******, I send an email on June 10th to updated contact information and payment information email was succesully send to ***** ******** for ********* Capital" she responded 10 days later and 3 days later my car get **** for being 10 days late. The payment amount is $508, now they are asking for $1500. I called ***** after the **** to negotiate on how to get my car back and very.Now even the towing company is asking for $300 just to get my belonging out of my car.

  They refuse to change my payment date since my 1st payment causing me to b late every month paying more harassing me daily when I'm days late now they call me 3 + daily I'm not even 2 months behind I'm 53 days behind but they're harassing me threatening to take my vehicle I ask for hardship do the covid-19 are they refuse to give it to me and they don't even offer you a hardship or deferment or anything they they just want their money right then and there they don't give you the option to pay with the check a checking account information they just very difficult to deal with in the guy that I dealt with tonight was so rude it was wasn't even believable is just rude rude rude his name was art I had to hang ** in his face because he wanted to argue with me this is not how a business it's supposed to conduct themselves or deal with their customers if a person is having a hardship then you need to have some kind of compassion for them and give them some time not harass them everyday calling them everyday day all day I get letters also I've never received a statement from them stating with my balance was for my car I've had my car for a year I don't even know how much is owed on my vehicle last time I asked what the balance was on my vehicle they said I still owed what I owed from the beginning which was a year ago and that's ridiculous that cannot be no way no how possible I've been making my payments are supposed to be $406 a month because they refused to change my payment date now with late fees i pay $441 and i wouldn't if they would have granted my request from the 1st month they don't know how to deal with people or willing to make changes so people can make their payments on time then why are they even in business I have had three deaths in my family this year alone and have to deal with harassment on a daily basis dealing with Blackfish they are hounds predators they need to ***** me a hardship stop harassing me until I'm a full two months late 60 days not 53

  blackfish capital is a company that finances I guess cars for people. I purchased a vehicle off one of their customers the vehicle had a lien that is held by a Blackfish Capital LLC after speaking to blackfish They gave us exactly what we needed to do in order for the lien to get paid off and for the vehicle to be transferred to me. I spoke to a employee there by the name of ********************** gave us directions to we need to do I had to get them a cashiers check for the amount owed which we did and the paperwork that I needed to be filled out which we did give ***** then said I will get the paperwork in a week, iit will be mailed to my house. I waited over a week I didnt get any paperwork so I quickly contacted blackfish capital, I spoke to ********************* denied saying such a thing and he further stated that the car title was going to go to the person that I purchased the car from, blatantly liedI did not want to argue over the phone I said thank you. Than I got the **** a sale from seller, The seller was present when ***** told me that I will get all the paperwork all is done on his part and he is my witnesses that say lio told me that I will get the title in my name within a week . Ive been ****** ***** capital and I spoke to call you again and I told him I have a witness that heard him say that and he quickly change his story that he never denied it . Now its a month later and ***************** supposed to call me back days ago and I still havent I have left voicemails and nobodys calling me back I pretty much based on their steps paid somebody elses car off for them. I was a finance major in college so for a finance company to do what they did is unethical illegal and I dont understand why nobody does something about it this company has a lot of complaints lots of bad teviews

  My car was stolen from me at the beginning of August. I have since then filed police reports, contacted my insurance company, gathered my information and evidence, and informed the finance company. Blackfish Capital refuses to answer my calls or turn on my cars tracker for the police to get the location. Every time I call my representative it goes straight to voice mail. They arent doing anything to help find the car. The **** is due today so, of course because they love to harass people, they called me. I informed them that I need them to turn the tracker on for the police so I could retrieve the car and proceed with my insurance company. They screamed at me calling me a liar, accused me of trying to commit fraud, and demanded payment. The agreement I signed stated the tracker could be turned on for theft. I have never made a late payment and always in full so I dont know why theyre falsely accusing me especially since I have the evidence to back it up.
