      Through ************* April 8, 2024 I ordered from FITNUS WATCH a FitnusTrackerV2 watch for $69:95 + $9.88( tax & shipping)= $72.57, which shipping is not refundable.Tried emailing to two different places & both was invalid. Finally got a phone number for CUSTOMER SERVICE @ ***********.I was told watch was received and a refund would take 3-5 business days. After about a week I called ******** Services and got connected to a person and from the first person Vic,, few days later spoke to ******, few days later spoke to *****.inthe beginning it was the banks fault, then had to talk to Manager. I contacted bank and the form FITNUS sent was incomplete and I understand a new completed form was not resent, + Today ***** told me it was out of warranty.I really think FITNUS is scamming their customers.

      Hi, I have tried on numerous occasions to have text messages deleted that are sent to my cell phone from this company. I have an iPhone I would delete the text messages/advertisements and block the number ************** the number now shows up on Messager+ up 7 days a week at any time of the day. I've tried calling the number to get a message that says the number dialed is not in service. This is very annoying. I've called my provider which is ******* and they can't seem to trace the number either. I want all communication from this company to cease immediately. I have no business with them and want the text messages to stop. I appreciate your help in this matter and hope to get this resolved.

      We ordered a Fitnus Knee Sleeve on May 1, 2024..after several weeks of not receiving the product, we called the customer support number and was told it was at the **** in **********..called again and was told the same thing, and that wed receive the product plus a 25% refund..finally called the customer support number today, talked to a representative and told them we wanted our money back, that this was ridiculous..representative asked for order number..didnt have that available but gave them our name..supposedly they were looking it up..got put on hold and we were hung up on..we called the number again and got the answering machine..left them a threat for legal action

      Ordered 2 knee sleeves. Was charged $83.05. Got an email saying order confirmation. Tracking number to follow. No other emails have been sent to me. Send email to their support email listed and 5 calls to 800 number. Please refund my money.

      Received Fitnus tracker watch 3/1/24. Watch worked initially. I went out of town for three weeks and did not charge the watch. I tried unsuccessfully to charge watch. Called the company toll free number and was told to clean charger points and watch points with alcohol and charge three hours. Called company 5/10 told them problem still persisted and said I only had 30 days to return it. He gave me no options for a new charger or watch- waste of $60.

      31 March 2024, ordered 2 Fitnus Watches, for a total of $99.00 plus 8.95 shipping.Paid with Pay Pal. Order # **D19072MM93 2954G for a total of $108.85. I have received no confirmation of order or track8ng of shipment. PayPal paid $108.85 on 31 Ma4ch 2024 to Bazaar Innovations, LLC.

      I received the knee brace and understood from their advertising that it could be returned if it did not fit. I tried to get the information from them on how to return it by contacting the phone number provided and by using the website provided. Neither option was functional. There was no paperwork in with the knee brace when I received it.

      My friend purchased a fitnus smart watch for my birthday. I placed the order on 08/31/23. A label was created on 09/02/23. The post office hasn't received it yet. I called their number, and after ringing a few times, they hung up. When I went to the site, it said no order found. I'm sure it's a scam. It cost ***** plus 10 dollars for shipping. I want my friend to get his money back. I also am wondering if he should cancel his debit card. Thank you for your assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because: I refused the package directly to the mail carrier. I don't want it. I know you got that watch back. It doesn't take 3 weeks for mail to get anywhere in *******. I want my money back.

      I ordered 2 fitness knee braces from Bazaar Innovations and never received any kind of confirmation with a shipping order nor a tracking number. A payment was made by PayPal on Aug. 18. all I received from them was a Thank you for your order, will receive in 5 to 7 days and an ad to get 50% more off. Never received any other notice with a order confirmation, nor a tracking number either. I emailed them and still have not heard a reply. I feel this is a scam and misrepresentation. I want a full refund. I feel this is a scam.This is an email I sent to them on 8/21/2023 after reading the BBB report on them since I did not receive any notifications with a shipping order or any confirmation than above. ***************************** ********************************** I placed an order with you on the 18th of August and it is shown as paid by PayPal to BAZAAR INNOVATIONS, LLC, yet I have only received an e-mail stating, Thank you for your order and you should receive within 5 to 7 days and there was no order number on that e-mail, only another ad for the Fitnus brace, So how am I supposed to track my order when I have not even received an email with an order number or an e-mail with a shipping notice? I checked with BBB and see other people have had problems. I hope this is not going to be another one of those cases.Looking for a response and information from you about my order.*****************************
