      I ordered 2 compression knee sleeves from this company on or about 7/3/2023, and they are trying to send me a fitness watch. I paid $66.93 for the compression sleeves. I don't need or want their watch. I received an email congratulating me on my watch purchase and a promise to update me on the shipping. I responded back saying I never ordered a watch, I ordered the compression knee sleeves. There has been no response to my efforts to correct this situation.

      Customer ordered 2 Knee Sleeves for and was shipped two knee sleeves delivered on the July 24th: **** tracking: 9400111206215581766465

      The email that customer is referring to was not a receipt or invoice. It was a promotional email thanking customers for their purchase. The emailer had sent the watch email by mistake - but again this is not a receipt or invoice this was a promotional email. No watch was sent. No watch was charged for.

      I paid for the Fitnus Smartwatch on 04/15/23. I paid $56.94 by credit card. The product arrived and I set it up. The only thing that is accurate is the heart rate and the temperature. The blood pressure has never been accurate ( not even close) The watch band is much too big and I have it in the last hole. Even the clock is off by 3 minutes. I would like a refund and I will gladly return your watch to you. Thank you, *********************************

      Called CX regarding watch she left a voice message threatening to
      report ** to BBB she told customer service she received an email offering 50% back
      and keep the watch - rather than returning it for a full refund. She accepted that... CS advise her to respond to
      the email so we can honor that.no more concerns////RM

      50% had been refunded per her request. 

      Complaint has still reported via BBB. We have gone ahead and refunded 100%. She has decided to keep the product.

      This is a purchase made over one year ago. You reached out and we also re shipped.

      We have refunded the order in full.

      I saw a Fitnus smart watch advertisement on an AARP e newsletter in January. I called AARP to see if they endorse Fitnus watches. A phone representative said they do. So I ordered 2 for a discounted price. They came in a reasonable time and I set mine up on the app required. When the billing came through on my credit card report, it was right. However, Ive checked the blood pressure readings against my doctors on recent visits and I dont believe the watch is accurate. Same issue with the sleep readings. I want a refund but they never sent me any receipt or order documentation. I will contact AARP about Bazaar Innovations, but I also wanted to let BBB know and see if you can help with a return and refund.

      The company advertises claims of accuracy in measuring biological functions including heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, sleep time and number of steps. In particular, ** and Heart rate are important for seniors (whom the target marketing to). The values displayed on the watch, and on the mobile App, are totally incorrect and inaccurate, and can lead to a dangerous health situation. I did read in the manual (after receiving the product) that these values are not accurate and basically "for entertainment purposes" only. I tried to contact the company for a refund but have not heard from them.

      Before Christmas, my son, ***************************, ordered two of the fitness watches so that we could keep an eye on my wifes blood pressure and my own blood pressure. We have since determined that her watch does not accurately record her blood pressure. When my son purchased this, he also purchased a lifetime warranty. We first called on January 9, 2023 and we were told that a replacement would be sent out. We also told them that we would be happy to return the original watch but that we were not going to do so until we received the first one, because the watch was still accurate with her pulse rate and her oxygen saturation level. We have since called back two other times because we did not receive a replacement watch each time as the company said they would do. The most recent time was February 7, 2023. When I spoke to the representative today. The replacement Fitnus watch has still not been sent out. He claims that we will receive a tracking number by tomorrow in an email, but he did not bother to take the email address. All we want is for for the company to honor its obligations and send a saddle replacement so that we can determine if that one works and if so continue to keep it. Of course we will return the original watch as stated above. Thank you.

      Do you have a customer order number? If so you can email us directly at support (at) fitnus.com. We don't see this name or email address in our system as making a purchase at fitnus(dot)com. It might be that you purchased from another company.
