    Jerry markets itself as a helpful app for insurance, repairs, and driving perks, but in reality, its a data-harvesting machine wrapped in a misleading interface. Jerry claims to compare quotes from over 55 insurers, yet I only received results from a few like Progressive, Geico, ************, and National General. The rest? Hidden, unless those companies pay Jerry a percentage or offer backend access.They promote a rewards system for good driving, but the perks are laughable, like $10 off your first **** Eats order, which is widely available elsewhere. Its a gimmick used to justify tracking your every move. Even worse, Jerry sent me five false recall alerts. I confirmed with my dealership and the ***** that there were ZERO recalls. Support gave conflicting answers, then told me to ignore the alerts.Customer service was equally frustrating. Agents gave copy-paste replies, contradicted one another, and never resolved anything. After repeated follow-ups and conflicting information with their customer service, I contacted ********************* executive team. They admitted their system delays and agent misinformation caused the confusion. I was told I owed $10but actually owed over $300leading to a missed renewal. Jerry refunded $166.49, calling it a one-time corrective action, confirming the error was on our side, not yours. But lets be honest, the refund only covered fees their agents caused. They didnt fix the full issue or acknowledge the hours I spent trying to get clear answers.Jerry isnt a helpful tool, its a polished front for monetizing your personal data. Their promises are flashy. The results? ******. Consumers deserve better. Dont be fooled by gimmicks, trackers, or scripted agents.Heres some advice for Jerrys CEOS, Art ******** ******* ****, a shiny app cant hide a flawed, manipulative and deceptive system. It takes many good deeds to build a reputation, and only one bad one to lose it. ******** ********.

    Regarding your insurance billing experience, after a full internal review, we issued a one-time courtesy refund of $166.49, which covered an entire monthly premium and an associated fee. While this was not required, it was extended as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve the confusion you experienced during your renewal process. At the time the refund was issued, the matter appeared resolved and acknowledged.

    The additional refund request submitted later fell outside the scope of the original concern and involved charges that were neither miscommunicated nor disputed during the earlier interactions.

    We also want to clarify that Jerry takes customer privacy and data protection seriously. Our quoting tools, recall alerts, and driver programs are optional features intended to enhance the customer experiencenot monetize data. Nonetheless, we value your feedback and are sharing it with our product and support teams for further review.

    terrible. They trick you into buying a policy by giving you completely made up and false quote then after you enter your card info you are told about extra fees and the price more than doubles. Then you cannot get anyone on the phone not through the chat feature. I absolutely regret doing business with jerry

    I have tried calling your customer service number but never get to speak with anyone and the chat on your app is useless, everytime I tried it's the next day before anyone responds and they just close the chat because I don't respond back immediately.. I'm not sure what you're going to do because I'm stuck with the policy y'all tricked me into since when I tried to cancel it immediately I was not able to get a hold of anyone in anyway..

    Well I don't know what you're going to do cuz I'm already locked into the policy that I wouldn't have got had I known the $50 fee was going to be tacked on but you never mentioned until after the credit card information has been entered and then you let me know I'm going to be charged for it. I tried to cancel it immediately when I seen that but could not get a hold of anybody through chat or on the phone cuz nobody ever answers and you're left waiting on hold forever and chat you don't hear back from nobody until the next day or two days later.

    As someone who isn't a car insurance expert, it was super easy to see multiple carriers who are available in my city and get the quotes all from one process. I'm glad I can take care of everything in the app and not make any calls unless I need the support then I know they're available to call. I think if it wasn't' for Jerry I wouldn't re-shop for car insurance myself every time my policy expires because it can be a pain, so it's good to know they'll do it for me in case there's a better deal out there.

    I am very happy with Jerry. I ts apps is easy to use and convenient for comparing quotes. Their agents were helpful and responsive. I saved money with Jerry on auto insurance and definitely would use it to shop for renters insurance.

    Like the app but every time I get a quote it goes up the next day and up again I'm still trying to get a decent quote that I can afford .I'm on ss and can't pay 4000 for ins .They start off low to get your interest then notify you that the price went up again .I like the app and all it features but I ********* I'm getting the run around.

    Tired with State farm who increase my insurance from $98 to $180 now. I tried with Jerry who tell me my quote can be lower so I applied with Jerry After applied they ask me download their app see the quote or call them At this level, I start have doubt but I download their app and see $50 as quote and they ask me process to pay and I do but they said they send my info to progressive and wait for confirmation for the quote.I wait a day but surprise the finale quote is $371 by month.Does they think I am stupide to leave state farm for Full coverage 100k/300k for $180 per month to move to progressive for 30k/60k for $371 per month and pay more $191 per month?They waste my time for nothing and low coverage currently is a fake new I will never pay $371 for insurance
