    If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Negative, if possible. They charged me twice for an order I placed. I asked them about it and they have not responded. I'm now out $200. They gave me a phony tracking number when I first ordered. No package has arrived, and it has now been 38 days since the money was taken out of my account. I've contacted the company several times and have had no responses. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

    Do not order from *****. Their service horrible and cannot keep their commitment of shipping on time. The product is nothing like it was on their website. They don't respond to emails or messages you send them. Worst customer service ever. If I could I would leave a -5 star review not a 1 star.

    ********** of a company. Still waiting for an ordered that states unfulfilled on website and hasn't changed in over a week. Number is not in service. Disputing with bank. Website should be taken down!!

    SCAM!! Ordered a corset that never came and you cannot get in contact with them. Phone number on the website isnt valid. $50 gone I will be trying to do a chargeback onto the card in good hopes to get my money back.

    COMPLETE SCAM! I originally reached out to them via email because i hadnt gotten any order details, they replied immediately so I thought I was in good hands but that is the set up because i had to email them about 8 more times to check on my order status or to receive a tracking number and i never heard a thing after that. I ordered expedited shipping so the piece could be here in time for my birthday but unfortunately I have no information, Im getting no responses so i finally just decided to dispute the matter to my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    Beyond horrible. The return address on THEIR return form does not exist. Phone number gets you a user busy. Contacting my credit card company next. This is organized theft not a business.

    Less than one star. The wrong item was sent. I requested a replacement and customer service argued with me, stating they sent the correct item. I provided them with my original invoice, clearly showing the item I ordered vs what I actually received, and they continued to dispute me. I then asked for a refund to which they offered a 10% refund. I then demanded a refund in accordance to their listed return policy and was denied multiple times. The representative argued with me further, stating they sent the correct item. Simply put, this business is about as dishonest as it gets. I'm honestly surprised they haven't been shut down yet. I just want my money back.
