1 starOur business utilized them for reputation management. We found their results lacking, but that was not the issue. We requested information on canceling the contract over two weeks ago. Eight emails later and five phone calls and every point of contact I have with the company is ignoring me. It has gotten to the point where I believe they are intentionally ignoring me, and we may have to take further action.Review frombruce l

1 starsame thing is occuring to me:shame on me for not picking up on their shady practices but now they still wont' get on phone or reply to my emails.. im filing complaint with the ************************. 5 starsBirdeye has done wonders for my clients! We see results within a day or two usually. Gaining reviews has never been so easy. The system is easy to use and rarely do we have any issues arise. I'd recommend this to anyone. There are a ton of additional features within the system as well.
