    Title: Unreliable and ********************* Stay Away I had a terrible experience with Invoice2go. I opened an account and diligently provided all the requested information to set up my business, including my bank statement, company EIN, passport, and even a selfie for verification. Everything seemed fine until I added customers and started charging them for completed jobs. Suddenly, the *** and credit payment options disappeared.I reached out to customer service, hoping to resolve the issue, but the process was a nightmare. Despite sending all requested documents, they repeatedly claimed some were missing or didnt receive my emails. After two days of back-and-forth, they abruptly closed my account without explanation or notice. To make matters worse, they didnt allow me to recover my invoices or customer data, leaving me in the dark about potential lost customers and payments.This experience has shown me that Invoice2go is unreliable and lacks proper communication or support. Losing vital business records due to their incompetence has had a significant impact on my operations. I strongly recommend staying away from this service if you value your businessanddata.

    This company is a FRAUD. They tack on fees that are not disclosed to the customer and refuse to work with you to get them cleared up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Worst customer service I have ever received after bank statements and photo ids were submitted they closed my account and now I have no access to any of the invoices I sent using their services and my clients payment are nowhere to be found DO NOT USE THEM WISH THERE WAS A NO STAR

    Same scam as others . I used them for years for invoices finally when my customer wanted to pay via credit card and I applied for payments , they blocked my account asking for all my personal info. ************ statements and proof of address after to shut my account down without any explanation nor reason !!! And theyre holding my money since last Friday . And you cant reach a person on the phone if youre not a premium member !!! What a scam !!! Dont use them they do not care about you nor your employees or clients . *********** and once again BAD

    Used this service for a couple of months with no issue. 2 weeks ago I received an email asking for tons of personal information to verify my identity. They asked for:- Copies of my company's bank statements for the past 3 months - Letter from the issuing bank that includes the bank account information - Signed copy of the articles of incorporation or articles of formation - Color copy of drivers license + ID, Passport, Employee ID or Utility Bill - A selfie I submitted everything to them as they were holding over $20,000 in payments from my customers. I reached out multiple times and they refused to release the funds. They finally stated they never received the email with the documents I submitted. I sent it again and magically they found the first email.I received another email asking for an alternative ID to verify who I was. Then all of the I received emails stating refunds had been issued to my customers. I tried to log in and was unable to do so. Reached out to customer service via their chat and they stated that someone in their organization decided to shut down my account and there was nothing they could do about it and their decision was final. They said they sent me an email to let me know which was BS. On Sunday I received and they are still charging me for their services. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM! Read the reviews everywhere else and you can see they are doing this to everyone. I am sure they just collect all this private information about businesses and sell it. DO NOT USE THEM! IT'S A SCAM!

    I wish I could give negative stars. Company is terrible. I paid 64 and have not been able to login to my account due to a problem on their end. There is no real customer service, only email correspondence. I have over 30 emails and no resolution. They charged me and won't let me login. Complete scam. Stay away.

    Been using this app for 8 plus years. It was perfect till the end of 2023. Currently they have "lost" $9500.00. Getting the constant run around. Bill.com now owns them and you get routed to a call center in ***** where the person was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to anyone. I am contacting the ******** A.G. I have given them almost 4 weeks to correct this issue. As I type I've been on hold 35 minutes with customer service. I have had at minimum 8 phone calls, multiple emails and online chats. My customers bank has sent me paperwork contradictory to everything I2G has been saying. I wish this was the company it used to be.

    Terrible customer service. Take your money and wont return it. Mangers do nothing about it. They try to pend fees on customers then when you call them out they tell you that youre liable for the fees etc. They are a complete SCAM!DO NOT USE THIS INVOICE APP

    We have been using this service for over 7 years. There has never been an issue receiving funds from invoices that our clients have paid, until now. They asked us to send them proof of who we are along with a bunch of other documents, which we did. Now, they have deactivated our account and are refusing to send us out money, which equals close to $8000.00. When I try to get in touch with anyone I get no response. Do not use these people, they a few criminals and crooks. They are refusing to give us the money we earned and that rightfully belongs to us. We are fighting them and taking them to court, in hopes to get our money that's ours. DO NOT USE INVOICE2GO!!! They will take your money and never give it to you!!

    On June 24th, 2023, one of my customer made an **************** credit card payment through my Invoice2go account of $990. The $990 should have been released no later than within two business days. So that means that I should have received my money into my linked bank account on June 26th. As of today, July the 5th, I have still not received my $990 from Invoice2go, which now makes this a federal crime. Invoice2go is withholding my funds from me. Basically, Invoice2go committed wire fraud and has stolen my money. I contacted Invoice2go on June 28th regarding this matter, and I was told that I didn't receive a payment on the 24th, which is a flat-out lie. Invoice2go sent me multiple responses with no answers in regards to what happened to my funds.The last response I received from Invoice2go made this a crime wherein they stated they never received my customer's payment; although it reads, 'Paid' in my Invoice2go account dashboard, and the customer sent me the receipt of the payment going through and being successfully completed. I've contacted by phone Invoice2go several times, and I've received no response. I will be reporting this to the *** and the ************* ************************* a sa cybercrime committed by Invoice2go, and I will be filing a federal civil lawsuit because my family and my kids rely on that money.
