    I ordered a replacement 500W motor for my e-scooter on October 7th 2024. I received no communication about a tracking number or the status of my order for two weeks. I contacted them on October 20th and spoke with ******* via their online chat option on their website. I was told the part was out of stock and they would not receive another one until the end of November. This was not communicated on their website at the time of purchase. I just followed up again today on November 20th, almost 45 days after my order date. There was no outreach to me between Oct 7th and Nov 20th. I was just told the part would be received at their warehouse between December 4th and December 13th. In short, no out of stock information on their website, silence from their support team, and 60 days later I'm out $250 and still don't have a working scooter. I recommend avoiding this company.

    Order took 10 days to receive and arrived broken and appears to be used. I ordered directly through Voro and not something off Amazon because I was concerned about shipping and quality of EMOVE Touring Portable and ***************** Scooter for my son. I liked their high ratings and the claim that the scooter would be shipped within 1 business day. The scooter was not shipped right away, and took several days in transit. I would have paid for expedited shipping if it was available. I now have to wait for the shipping warranty company to contact me in order to process the claim, which was a hassle. We had to finish unpacking and turn on the display, upload several pics of the display, even though the damage was visible when opened of the rear fender. We just wanted a new scooter that was not trashed, and a company that stood behind their product. We now have to wait another ***** hours to be contacted by the shipping warranty company and no answers on when we will received a functional scooter. May want to reconsider if you are in a hurry or require dependability.

    Bought a refurbished GTR ona Saturday. Got it shipped Monday to arrive on Wednesday. Early morning I get a notification that its being returned as it was damaged. ***** said contents fell out of package. Called Voromotors as soon as they opened to report the issue. Youd think they have one ready to ship since their inventory stated they have 5. Come Friday the returned package was signed off at 1150am. Hoping they ship a new one at the end of the day. Nope! Come Monday its 4pm. No call, no email or any update so I called to see whats going on. They claim they didnt know that I wanted another one shipped. So the representative I spoke with said he will go ahead and put the order. Today Tuesday I called since no one called or emailed me any new information. Its 130pm. So I called and guess what the last guy too didnt do anything about it. Just like the last three, he said he will call me back.

    Voro Motors is the worse scooter company in mine opinion . They never answered my phone calls over a 8 week span. Their emails all say different instruction or information when they do response to me. I am under warranty for my Emove Cruiser battery that stop working which they honored, but I am still waiting 8 weeks later and been told it will be three weeks more until I get it, maybe. I contact the CA *********************** and filed I complaint you may want to do the same. Changing service agreement or not honoring them is against the law. Misleading customer about items or when you will received them is also against the law. They are willing to take your money fast, but service is almost non existing. I am disable and depend on my scooter, this also does not seem to matter to them. Check other customer reviews and you will be informed that my review is a consistent view. I wish that was not the case, because being in business my whole life I understand there can be issue, but they have no excuses, it just bad customer service period.********************* the *********** needs to pay attention to customers opinion, or ********************** will not be has successful has it could be .

    BUY FROM VOROMOTORS if you want to have more headaches than resolutions. If you have money to waste and dont expect a refund. If you pay for a new scooter but receive a refurbished. If you provide proof of everything and they blame it on shipping! Let me get this straight the new scooter rode itself during shipping with miles and trips displayed on the screen. Hmm, why does it have scrapes, dust and rust, worn tires and brake pads? Oh lets not forget a missing manual, controller, charger.. The list keeps on going! Lastly, buy from Voro Motors if you believe it wont happen to you! ! !If any of this has happened to you or more, file a claim with your bank or credit card company. Theyll get you your money back!!! 2 MIDDLE FINGERS UP TO VOROMOTORS who thought theyd get away with keeping my money! Voromotors are crooks! I would NOT BUY FROM VOROMOTORS again! Wish I could give ZERO STARS but it wont allow me to leave this review. #BOYCOTTVOROMOTORS

    Worst customer service for ordering parts . It takes them about a 2 week to get your stuff together not only that they sale you stuff that out of stock. Won't Notify you until you call them to tell you it's out of stock .

    It's a shame I didn't check here first. I ordered two scooters, one new and one refurbished. The new one has some small issues, but the refurbished one was absolutely unusable at first. The tire was flat, had balds spots, and would not hold air, and the ignition switch was completely destroyed. In addition, the thing is covered in scrapes)which it's refurbished, so i accept that) but this is clearly a return that has not been checked, and just dumped in a box. I have been going back and forth with VORO multiple times and their service is horrible and I have received various answers and none are consistent with part replacement. I would advise not to purchase from VORO they are not a reputable scooter company. I don't believe I am being unreasonable expecting a functioning scooter when it arrives, and adequate support if it does not. Buyer beware.

    I ordered a refurbished e-scooter. I received a used scooter in a used beat up box that wasn't usable and missing parts. These guys ignored me for weeks. Most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Steer clear of this company!!

    Zero stars....ordered their new scooter...showed up defective and damaged. Took them up on sending it back to them on their dime to fix some shipping damage issue....almost 3 months later....my battery had been corroded (because the battery was damaged already upon opening the box)... and they now want me to spend 1300+tax to repair something that showed up damaged in the first place....this company Is a scam.....avoid it like the plague, or at least your ex wife/husband/parnter...better use of your money is lighting it on fire...at least it'll keep ya warm for a few seconds...more value than I got from 4k on a useless piece of ****, and their customer service people are regurgitating toilets that just spit BS out of their lying noise makers...act like their giving you the world on a silver platter when in reality...not even getting a courtesy reachouraound when they stick it were the sun don't shine...currently looking into a lawsuit against these terrorists
