    The issue that I have been dealing with is that I have sent my vehicle in for service at this location and the work hasn't been done on it. A little more backstory, this is now the fourth time I send in this particular vehicle to have work done on it. The previous time I sent it in they roughly took a whole month to fix it. I was told the problem was addressed and should no longer be an issue. After a few days of driving the vehicle the same issue began again. I took the vehicle in on January 27th, 2023, and yet have had my issue fixed. The advisor that is handling my request has told me that the person in charge of transmissions has called off several times. It has now been a month and they still haven't diagnosed my vehicle or begun to work on it. I was recently told that I will have to wait now until March 15th for the transmission person to come back to work.

    I went to Thrson Motors to have my rear window repaired on my 2004 Blazer I was told it could not be repaired and I would need a new regulator I agreed to the service. Later that afternoon I was called by the service department that my Blazer was ready I told them I would pick it up the following morning. they Agreed. when I got there my battery was done and my check engine light was on. when I questioned the condition of the car I was told that I would $180.00 dollars more to locate the issue. I explained when I left the car everything other than the rear window was working fine why would I need to pay for the problem checked. It took a call to the general Manager Ted Barnes who agreed not to charge later I was told that it was the battery so I agreed to purchase another battery even though when I left the car the battery was fine. I was told I would only be charged for the cost of the battery the business would absorb the labor. I agreed. the car was t the dealership all day and about 10 minutes be foreclosing the service manager claimed he had called early that morning and that my car was ready. I have paid for the parts and service, they did not give me the paperwork on the battery so I must trust it is a new battery. I feel they do not put their customers first and are only trying to make as much money as possible I'm a repeat customer of the business so I can imagine how they treat the first time customer .
