THIS REVIEW IS FOR **. ****** *********** FORMAL COMPLAINT FILING NOTIFICATION : ************** took time off from work today after already helping ******************* this week. On top of that *************** He also has *********************** He arrived to this appointment punctually and ***** denied the **** Test he needed ONLY because the Office Staff did not obtain pre authorization prior to his appointment. He was forced to drive a long distance to arrive at Dr.'s Office just to be turned away unseen. This is a confirmed pattern at this Office supported by his previous experiences. He originally called and had to wait more than three months to be scheduled to see the Dr. Once his appointment was scheduled an Employee by the name of ***** called from the Dr.'s Office and cancelled the appointment stating that he must have an **** first. When ********* asked why this was not stated to him sooner the employee immediately dismissed ********* abruptly cancelling his appointment and forcing him to schedule today's ***** ******* is not patient ******* referring ********* online or onto the patient portal to file a Complaint. I guess they weren't aware ************************************************************ Does that even really matter? This could be you********* PLEASE BE WARNED. Thank you.
