      Where I reside I been here 20 yrs & 4 months and am in the process of purchasing a home. I enrolled in rent reporters in 2017, pay annually on auto draft and was told in 2019 that they will be reporting to EQUIFAX , as they only been reporting to TransUnion. Till this day it shows 20 yrs 4 months in TransUnion and never been reported to EQUIFAX ever, which is missing 40 points. So I contact them and the girl says oh we only able to back it 2 yrs from today as we would be enrolling you in since it wasn't included. I said Nah I'm gonna need it to reflect 20 yrs 4 months like it reflects on TransUnion, she said No. I asked to have a call back from on of the Executives who which pictures is on the site or the Director of Operations. ****** had her colleague call me back and I said no sir please send my request up as I felt like it was a cover up going on. ****** then calls me back I asserted I wanted to reflect my complaint with an executive she stated she was the highest in leadership and said No. I stated it again and she did a flip it and reverse it to do a defamation on my character as if I called her to be rude when I simply declined to complain to her or be redundant. So I released the call. I then sent her an email to let her know I was driving when she called and my family observed her rudeness and to not forget to have an Executive of the Company to call me. The next day I received an email stating I was canceled and ****** also blocked my number to the business. I will also be reporting this to the Attorney General Commissioners Office & FCRA & whomever else. So ****** got the Power to Destroy my Credit because I didn't want to complain to her. Somebody dropped the ball so it's my fault I want accountability. Ok ..... not to mention I didn't get the interest rate on my vehicle and other opportunities for my Character & Reputation to be portrayed in its TRUTH

      4/22/2022 I purchased a service from the provider. it was unfulfilled i asked provider for a refund and they denied me and said i would've had to call earlier.

      I signed up for rent reporters, the customer service has been horrible. I paid for their service and I have received nothing. They asked me to submit personal documents about myself, which I have and still I have not received any customer service support.

      Signed up and paid for 1 year. I moved 3 months later. I tried to log in and update my credentials, and they told me that I needed to pay more money. I already paid for a year. I do not recommend RentReporters because although they were paid for a year, they only provided services for 3 months. SCAM.

      The company charges $335.75 between my wife's account and my own account for a year of service. This company decided we did not qualify for their service but refused to refund the money. They have illegally taken money for a service that they are not providing a service for. They need to refund the money.

      On April 6th I was auto *************** for a year ahead. While in the midst of a dispute with them. They suppose to add a report of rent on my credit report. Do not see them. Consistent service interruptions. In my current dissatisfaction with them, the autopay was not disclosed. Even though I was in high touch with their support. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service before this charge but this takes to a new and disappointing low. Once charged I asked for a refund and cancel my subscription. The representative was beyond inconsiderate given the circumstances.  I don't want them on my credit report and I don't want that charge on my credit. Please help. Thank you. Kindly,  ***

      I contacted ***************** three days after I purchased the service to cancel my account. When I first called them to cancel I told them I did not need their service anymore and my refund was denied. So the next time I called them I told them what I am going through, which I feel is none of their business. I do not need the service because the house I was renting was foreclosed on due to back taxes and I was forced to move. I also paid an additional 95.00 for a year of rent reporting. Obviously, I don't need that now because I am homeless. I have also contacted the landlord that owned the house and she stated she has not received a call from this company. After doing some more research on this company they do not report to all three credit bureaus so there is no way for them to help me with my fico score anyway. I want my money refunded

      I paid rent reporters a monthly fee to verify my rental history to improve my credit. From September 2021 through February 2022 they charged me but never verified my rent. January 2022 I receive an email asking for rent receipts for September- January. I responded to the email with rental receipts attached. They confirmed receiving them. March 2022 I received an email asking for the same months of rental payment verification. When checking my account, it shows no update on the months of receipts that I've sent. They have no record but still taking money out of my account every month. When I asked for a refund, to cancel, or update my account they canceled my account with no warning or update on where the prior months verification is. If I'm paying you my hard earned money, i expect the service I'm paying for to be handled properly. They basically stole money from me. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible company.

      I cancelled my service over a year ago but was charged a day ago. CM Rent showed up as a pending debit and debited my account. The company confirmed that my account is closed but then told me that my property manager initiated the transaction. I don't have a property manager but when I did they didn't have any of my account information.
