      On 03/17/2025, I used the IHOP iOS mobile app to place an order for pickup. However, the app unexpectedly consumed my entire 5GB cell phone data plan within approximately 15 minutes. As a result, I was forced to purchase a new plan to continue using my phone, leaving me unprepared for such an issue.I contacted the Customer Relations team on 03/24/2025 to request compensation. The representative informed me that the app should only consume around 5MB of data. Despite the evidence I provided, she did not acknowledge that the app was malfunctioning and eventually stopped responding. As a ************************************ Specialist, her lack of accountability and response is unacceptable.I have attached the email correspondence and supporting evidence (screenshots) for your review.

      I previously contacted Applebees on March ******* to ask for a refund for my order. I purchased two sides of tortilla soup and did not receive what I purchased. The cups were less than half way filled, which is not what I paid for. The order was a to go order so I did not noticed until I got home. I immediately contacted Applebees about the issue, but never received a response.

      Got charged twice for a dinner I bought there on March 19th 2025..talked to the manager 3 times now with no results..I emailed the corporate office and they told me this happened to a bunch of customers on March 19th and ********** me it would take 4 days to get straightened out..still as crooked as can be..

      So on 03/30/25 me and my fianc went to IHOP on *************************, ** and both ordered the Sirloin Tips Breakfast Meal. We have been terribly ill since eating that meal. Like quite literally having nausea and throwing up. Terrible bowel movements, and cramping and hurting in our abdomens. I just cant believe this has happened in no way shape or form would I have expected anything like this at allits unacceptable and in all our years of going to IHOP. Have never had this kind of experience. Had to actually go and see the doctor. The freaking doctor dude. Its crazy how this is. I need my money back. A FULL refund. As we shouldnt get terribly ill after eating the food Please make this right and just refund me on the meals as I frequent IHOP a ton. And dont want this to fully ruin my relationship with supporting you all in business. So refund to my original form of payment please.Check#: *********

      So on 03/27/2025 me and my fianc went to Applebees on *************************** and ordered food. I got a whisky Bacon Burger while she got some kind of pasta with chicken strips in it, and we shared some mozzarella sticks as well. Well I dont know what happened But we awoke to extreme abdominal pain and (not to be too graphic) but terrible diarrhea it was j bearable honestly. To the point where my fianc went to to the hospital. I couldnt tell you exactly what it was, but there was CLEAR food poisoning somewhere . As we both tried each others food and the mozzarella sticks, so it could have been anything. I called several times over the past week only to not get an answer from the establishment, as to see how we can rectify this situation. But to no avail. Honestly, all Im looking for is a refund, as our meals were tainted and lead to actual pain and suffering in the form of food poisoning to which is unacceptable. We eat at Applebees a lot, but will not return if this situation isnt rectified with a refund honestly. As thats all Im looking for.       We went to ihop this morning for breakfast as a family, only needs to be served half of our food. The server was extremely rude half of the food that we ordered. We only got half of the meal. Literally several orders did not even so much as get their pancakes when we asked to speak to a manager, we was approached by a guy that was still training, who stated that was the district manager cooking when we then asked to speak to them. My sister was then physically assaulted by one of your workers of your Restaurant named **** so at some point in time, someone from your corporate office may need to contact me because I am going to seek out attorney for the physical assault. It is at your location in ****** ******* located at **************************.

      I received someone elses order and tried calling the store to remedy but received no answer this was very inconvenient I will say, Id like a refund for this issue!

      I order $70 worth of food from applebees on March 8, 2025 at 10:26pm from Applebees on ********************************. (Check number 8199-2113312, Card ending in *****) The food was expected to be delivered at 11:10pm however it took longer than originally stated to be delivered and arrived around 12:45am. When the food was delivered, I was missing items and the food I did receive was cold and terrible. I put in a complaint on their site after unsuccessfully reaching them by phone that night and a manager contacted me and stated she will send me a gift card/store credit because she dont think i will be able to get refund. I was absolutely fine with the credit however it has been almost 3 weeks as today is March 29, 2025 and I have not received anything and after submitting another request on their website I have not heard back from them. I no longer want the store credit because I don't want to ever eat at applebees again. I'm asking for my full refund and I will not accept anything else.

      Hi I went to Applebees on 3-21-25 at **********************************************************************. It was a mobile order and I picked it up at curbside. The receipt is attached of my order details. The classic wings were a 20 count and 3 of the boneless wings were the size of a nickel. The chicken nachos were in a small container with mainly tortilla chips and about a teaspoon of chicken. I wish I had liked at my order before I pulled out. The amount of servings they provided was ridiculous. I would like either some coupons or a refund.

      I placed an online order for pick up for my family for dinner costing $67.31 which included 7 meals. I arrived at the location 3 minutes after pick up time to receive my order. After sitting for a few moments I was approached about my order (mind you, I was never called prior to arriving) and told more than half of my food was "out of stock" and couldnt be fulfilled. This store at the time was out of burgers, chicken fingers and as I was sitting there, biscuits. The waitress (manager was not around) that was there told me that I could not get a refund for my order in the store and that it had to be refunded online via email. It has been DAYS since this transaction and zero solution to my refund. I am not DoorDash, or a delivery service where I should have to request a refund via 3rd party. I think this is highly unacceptable that I cannot get a refund for the food I did not get. The entire order! I have never seen a company or business make it so hard to get my money back on their own mistake. The inconvenience this caused that night was a big one as I had to then go find somewhere else to get dinner for my family. (5 kids!) It has also really made us upset because all we wanted was IHOP and now the customer service/refund issue is setting a bad tone for our future visits. Please refund the entire amount of this order.
