5 starsI like to take the time to pay a fantastic compliment to all of the workers and Salesforce at this particular store of Sky River. We simply bought a used travel trailer from them and they have treated us like we bought a $200,000 RV. From Angel the general manager, Nilton in finance, Conrad in service and finally Steven who initially sold us the travel trailer. We had initially gone in to buy a new one and he was absolutely transparent about everything and applied no pressure whatsoever. Answered every question that we had with absolute and total knowledge. And then when we went home to do our homework, we noticed that they had a used one just like the new one. We texted Steven and asked him that night that we would like to see the used one we had seen. He absolutely agreed. When we went back the next day he showed us the used one with as much enthusiasm as he did the new one. Which might I say was $18,000 cheaper. He showed us the used one just like it was a brand new one. The used one we bought from them was an excellent tip, top shape. And anything that we saw that needed to be done, they took care of. They completely detailed it. Took care of all of the little things that we felt needed to be done for our particular quirks! They did it without any question whatsoever. And even when I was unable to pick up the trailer because of scheduling issues, they stored it for us until we were able to pick it up. I cannot say enough good things about this business. It is a five-star business. Absolutely. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family anytime. And when we're tired of this used trailer in 2 or 3 years, we definitely will be going back there to buy a new one from this entire crew. Thank you so much to all of you over at Sky River Santa Maria.Review fromDavid A

1 starMy elderly mother bought a 2022 Keystone Springdale Series from this dealership and it has been a NIGHTMARE...First off, since my mother is elderly and speaks broken English, I had to finally intervene since nothing was getting done right. This trailer was missing parts, didnt have the original mattress it was supposed to come with, the handle too the refrgerator broke off after a month, and had a roof leak right off the bat. We took it in to get repaired, they did the minimalist job they could do with repairs. None of us had noticed all the different small parts missing from the trailer initially, they didnt either, but another 6 months or so later, the trailer was discovered to still be leaking, we're not sure yet from where, and during this inspection it was discovered that it was missing additional small pieces inside the bathroom. Anyhow, after the initial repair and being dissatisfied with the repairs, my mother tried complaning to the dealership but they told us we had to contact the manufactuer because they were allegedly manufacturer defects. After spending several months going back and forth with different employees from Keystone the manufactuer who had one really rude employee that was not interested in helping us, we finally got in touch with a manager from Keystone named Alisha. The manager was very sweet and understanding initially. We waited patiently for her to find a resolution with her higher-ups, we were hoping to just get an entire refund altogether, or a new trailer since this one was clearly a lemon. In the end, Alisha informed us that they had decided they could only offer us to repair the things that needed to get repair through the warranty which was borderline under The Lemon Law and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. §2301 et seq. (“MMWA”) She tried to find another service center near us to bring the trailer to. After calling around, she could not find any other service center, so she set-us up with Sky River in Santa Maria again...Review fromJustin M

5 starsThis review is all about Kyle, the manager in the service department. I purchased my trailer from the sky river in Paso Robles and as soon as I took it off the lot, they were absolutely horrible to work with. It seem like the service department in Paso Robles Wasn’t really trying to help me out as I was having a bunch of issues with my travel trailer. So I called the service department in Pismo and Kyle, told me to bring it in, so they can check it out. From that day forward, he helped me through every issue that I had and I even had some warranty issues that he had to write up to get approved from the warranty department, and he got all of that pushed through. He was always friendly, and even though his workload was extremely busy, Kyle took the time to really listen to me as the customer and find out exactly what was going on with my trailer and he fixed every single issue that I had. So, if the GM is reading this, please give Kyle and the service department a big pad on the back because they all were very friendly and they took care of my needs. Unfortunately, I had to lose out of town, but I’m hoping that , I can find another RV Service department as great as the one in Pismo Beach. THANK YOU, KYLE For actually caring for the customer and taking your job very serious. This is exactly what keeps customers aroundReview fromJessica C

1 starPurchased a trailer traveler from Sky River in Santa Maria Ca. After taking it out one time for use the AC gave out. Took it in to be looked at and they determined the whole unit had to be replaced. They did an amazing job fighting for the warranty to cover it. We had to wait for them to get it approved. But once it was they had us drop it off and were told they would call us when it was ready. They called a couple of weeks later. We picked it up and were told to try out the AC when we get home. After the trailer was parked and hooked up to turn the AC on we went through our compartment storage and found some items missing including a blackstone grill and a propane fire pit. We called store and were told there was nothing they could do since they have signs saying they aren't liable for stolen items. The compartment was locked when it was dropped off. They had the key and the lock wasn't broken. Be aware if you have to drop your trailer off for repair there.Review fromEva Tingley

1 starWHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT HAVE THESE GUYS WORK OR EVEN TOUCH YOUR RV. Although LeRoy was very nice, and Robin the service manager was very apologetic, their service technicians are a liability. They do not know what they are doing. FInd someone else. Here is my story. I brought my 2018 - 19' Pleasure Way Ascent into SkyRiver RV, Paso Robles because they are an authorized Pleasure Way Dealer. I had heard that they did a good job servicing. Well they might have at one time. But not now. My RV took 2 months to repair, cost me over $1000 and is now worse than it was. My fix-it list was not too long, maybe 8 items or so. Some rattles, some tightening up screws. I had them install a new Fire TV and sound bar, fix the Dometic 3-way refrigerator, service the Truma water heater and do an oil service on the Onan Generator. I understand that the supply chain issues are causing delays in parts delivery. It took 2 tries to get the correct Motherboard and nearly 4 weeks to get the refrigerator fixed. The new TV installation was so sloppy I think my 16-year old grandson could have done a better job. I wish I had pictures to show you so you could see just how messy and unprofessional the installation was. Wires were draped in everywhere. It looked like a rats nest. But the real concern was when they did an oil service on the generator, and the rookie that they assigned to the task actually broke my generator. It worked fine when I brought it in. However, It took SkyRiver another 4 weeks to find the right mechanic to fix my $6000 generator. The rookie mechanic, overfilled the oil, blew out a valve, blew the head gasket, and fouled the plugs. He broke the air cleaner and the generator did not run properly for another month. They had to take it across the street to get it fixed TWICE. FINALLY the RV was ready for pickup after 2-months in the shop. BUT HERE IS THE CLINCHER. Tonight I discovered that my propane has been leaking out since they worked on it.
