Kala messaged me through my Company to harass me and demand I list an instrument stating it is Used or B stock. They have no right to harass sellers who are vending their products. I have no agreements with **** and I am not a Kala dealer However as I am a dealer and collector of musical instruments I legitimately purchase through many sources. One source is bankruptcy and auction. When listing an item online that has been purchased through a bankruptcy as a knowledgeable seller I describe my merchandise as it should be described. I use NOS for stock never opened and sold as New through auction NOS is (New Old Stock) I make it quite clear that New Old Stock is not under warranty and that it is New never used but was purchased as NOS Here is Kalas demand sent to me in writing through a site I am a vendor on. New items are subject to manufacturer's warranty and should only be offered by Authorized ***********************. Please update the condition of your listing to "used" or "B stock" at your earliest convenience. Please let us know if you have any questions.Thank you, **** Brand Music Co Kala decided they wish to strogarm my business as by reselling NOS I can price items lower and demanded me to change my listings to USED or B stock As my items are not either B stock nor Used Kala has no right to do this. I also have full receipts of purchase with the descriptions of each item I vend. **** needs to be told they have no right to make demands like this and it is my right to sell advertise and distribute merchandise I rightfully own and purchase just because I did not purchase from Kala has nothing to do with my descriptions, pricing or the way I choose to sell. **** needs to cease and desist threatening and undermining actions to hurt businesses
