I sent an email on Saturday regarding my bird feeder camera not working. The bird feeder camera was bought for a Christmas gift. It was not working so I called on Monday 1/27. Was told technicians support would call me. They never called. I called on Tuesday a spoke with technician. He was unable to get the camera to work. He told me he would have a senior technician call me. I spoke with the senior technician and he was unable to get camera to work. He said he was putting in for a refund. Wednesday I spoke to ******. He said he was putting in the refund request. Never got an email to print label to send back. Thursday I spoke to ***** again he assured me I would get email for label. Friday today spoke to **** and *****. I asked to speak to a supervisor ****** said his supervisor ****** was unable and he would have the email out to me. I want to have a supervisor call me. I can not understand a business treating a customer the way I have been treated. I was told you record phone calls I hope that is true, because I have been lied to multiple times by multiple people at this company. ******** PipitoneTallacksenFeit Electric

We are sorry the consumer had trouble with one of our smart products. We normally troubleshoot a malfunction to see if it can be resolved through communication with our customer service department. In this case, we could not make a determination and issued a call tag to pick the unit up at the consumer's address on January 31, 2025. This process takes 1-2 working days, so the consumer can expect to receive a copy of the carrier return label this week.Review fromAngela S

I give them ZERO stars. I purchased over $ 500 in one sync LED Solar Spotlights from ********** and after 5 months they all stop working. The box says Heavy Duty Construction with a 3 Year Warranty. I purchased and installed all new lithium batteries and they still do not work properly and sync as they are supposed to. After at least 6 phone calls and 10 emails to their useless Customer NON-************* there has been no resolution. ********** will not refund my money as it is 5 months after purchase, and told me to go to Feit Electric for a refund. This is the worst company I have every dealt with regarding a defective product. They are non-responsive in every way. I'm sure their response here will be total BS, similar to the responses below on all the other complaints against them. I seek a FULL REFUND as these units do not work and are sold with the Implied Warranty of 3 years. I will be taking additional action against the company as well.Feit Electric

Despite efforts by our customer service team to address the issues raised, we have been unable to resolve the consumer's problem with one of our products, so we have arranged to have it returned and will refund the requested amount. Purchased string light kit, The bulbs cannot be screwed into the socket, either the neck of the bulb is too short or the rubber bezel is too deep. **************** (call center) was terrible, took over a month to "investigate". Sent pictures and video but they just kept repeating the same thing and ignoring the facts. Wasted a couple hours without resolution. Return window closed for return so I will cut the bezels so the bulbs will seat. I will never purchase this manufacturer again. We have received the consumer complaint. We are sorry to hear they have had a problem with one of our products. We have not received this complaint for any of our string light sets in the past. However, it is possible there was an undetected defect in the manufacturing process. Our quality control department will want to examine this if this is the case. If the product has not been altered in any way, we will happily replace the string light set directly to the consumer if that is an acceptable resolution. Please have them contact our customer service department for instructions, and we will be pleased to help expedite a replacement set.

We bought 5 recessed lights and they stopped working called customer service and warranty departments and they have have spent at least 4 hours trouble shooting our issue with no resolution and they want me to spent another numerous hours doing everything again They are under warranty And they are resisting replacing them DO NOT BUY FEIT ELECTRIC LIGHTSFeit Electric

I was able to diagnose a faulty camera floodlight from ****. I have two of the same one works in both there locations, there other did not. After multiple attempts I was asked to start proving the same exact information all over again providing the same information, 11 attempts were made to resolve the issue. I did not have the ability to return the item where I purchased it as the store no longer carries **** items, I can now understand why if they were treated the way I was. Don't purchase **** items as they do not stand behind their products. **************** is terrible!!Feit Electric

While we understand the frustration it may cause, to remedy the problem, we need additional information to troubleshoot the issue they are experiencing and bring it to resolution. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The customer service is horrible. I contacted the customer service after I cut off the LED Strip lights at the markings that the instructions instructed me to however, the lights did not work. The customer service representative told me that I need to solder it or attach a connector. Tell me where in the instructions does it tell a customer to do that? Nowhere. I explained to the representative that there are no instructions about that or any sort of warning regarding the consequences or steps to take after you cut a strip light. The company is not even willing to compensate me for this even though it is their fault and I did not even ask them to compensate me in money because I know I cannot expect a half chopped off lights to be refunded, all I asked was a replacement but they cannot do that. I guess to whoever buying their products, make sure you are some electrical genius, or else the company will just s**** you up and your money.Feit Electric

We are sorry to hear that a consumer had a problem with one of our light fixtures. Our warranty allows for a replacement of damaged or defective products. In this case, the replacement would come directly through the retailer. The consumer advised they disposed of the fixture and could therefore not return it to the store for replacement, so we are unable to assist with a replacement.
