WORKDAY and MSTeams, Blacklaud, Adobe, Progressive ************************** TEK Systems and its Cybernautics, META and "3rd party" partners and clients (State Farm, TEK ********************** NTT Data, LexisNexis and others are using my data (all types) in test, cloud, datalake, prod and environment (This includes Pii, SPI, Images/Artifacts, Voice capture, ************************ (being integrated into Meta and others), financial, family, IP addresses, facial, IP addresses and other).As a, Illinois domestic violence and workplace harassment/stalking victim I want this stopped and all data deleted, removed and stopped being used, replicated, shared and exploited. Please confirm what is needed. I have contacted these entities MULTIPLE times in the forum they say on their "Privacy" notice and it is a huge RUNAROUND.Initial Complaint

The Workday and MyWorkday client/employer integrations are using 3rd party API integrations, data stores and algorithmic rules engines and both breach, discriminate and use "triggers" and AI to generate denial emails and "profiling" which is a bad recruiting, HR Information System and job search/client management platform.I (and other employees and job applicants) and consumers can give many example of the shady contract/partnerships and methods and client and job applicant exploits.Many hours are spent on these so called JOB openings which are test or ghost jobs or just lures to grab both data and "train" their silly AI decision tools.This should be illegal in ******** and the integrators need addressed as well (foreign and domestically)Any client that uses this platform, ADP, Workday, Kronos, Accenture, State Farm - and other clients- and other platforms are abusing unemployed, data and the clients they are integrating and charging. I started with ScribeAmerica in 12/2023, despite multiple requests on behalf of my superviors, *************************** and ************************* to change my status from part time (was part-time only for training) to full-time Workday has failed to change my status. As a result, I have not been given insurance benefits which were assured to me when I started with the company. Therefore, I have not been able to obtain a complete physical with blood work which my provider, ***********************************, needs in order to refill my antihypertensive and other medications. This is negatively impacting my heatlh. I do not blame ************************, since if he is audited he would face penalties for prescribing medication without a physical for the past 2 years. I do not blame ScribeAmerica, because they had done everything they can to change my status. This is the sole responsiblity of Workday. Thus my report today. They simply are not doing there job.Customer response

Workday is a 3rd party entity that must approve my remit to address. I have over 40 messages to them in email about this situation. I have made countless attempts to contact them via phone. they have yet to give me any valid response to any questions I have. they are currently blocking me from receiving approved paymentsInitial Complaint

Workday staff, to state my complaint with brevity and bullets:Deep frustration due to consistent login issues on Workday's platform for job applications over a year.Despite numerous attempts to reset the password, new passwords generated do not ***** access.Occasional access achieved after resets using the initially problematic login credentials, causing inconsistency in accessibility.Current inability to access Workday platform despite diligent attempts to reset the password, no response received even after checking spam folder thoroughly.Feeling discriminated against by the algorithms of the website, suspecting an issue with the system's handling of applications.Urging Workday to contact me promptly to rectify the issue regarding posting job opportunities, as their system cannot seamlessly support applicants. It is unfair to post jobs without a reliable means to apply.Significant disadvantage as an applicant due to recurrent login problems, hindering effective pursuit of job opportunities.Kindly requesting immediate action to address recurring login issues within Workday's system for seamless platform navigation.Hoping for prompt attention and resolution to this matter, offering contact information for further communication.Profound frustration about the lack of avenues on the website for gaining insightful data and feedback from users of Workday's services.Your lack of help and extreme apathy towards the applicants is also beyond frustrating. If you cared, then you would have a system built into your business model to help those who keep you in business. Can't login of which I need to do, I need to obtain my pay slip as there's places I need to provide it too. This isn't the first time this has occurred and let me just say it's uncalled for, unreasonable, and flat out not right. With it not being right I will be taking the next best step of which I assume be helpful and that's contacting the ******************** No way at all should this HR system be telling me that my password and security question answers are incorrect. They are correct and I am by far not the only one this happens to, there's plenty others. I on the other hand may be the only one that's not going to stand for, nor put up with it, I have already notified the ** of my work place of which I will talk to management again tomorrow. As I am getting frustrated because this again is unreasonable nonsense that I will not be tolerating. With that stated I highly suggest the highest member of leadership of workday reach out to PFCHANGS and/or me to get this resolved because I should not have to be the one to connect with HR it should be you workday doing so as you and HR of my work place are the ones conducting business together and they are the ones using your horrific system. I as an employee of theirs ultize it, well when I can! This makes for them not to be any better because let me tell you if I was the business using this system and my employees had these types of issues when their information provided is correct but the system picks up that it's not, I'd say so long and get another HR system provider. It may not seem as a big deal but it is and is legally not right so again you need to not only to connect with Pfchangs corporate office & get this resolved within the next 24 hours so that before I leave work tomorrow I can log in, other wise I pursue things with the appropriate places to be sure it's resolved. Now, keep in mind unlike the BBB there are places I can go to that can enforce things and I will do it, so get it together right away!!Customer response

Please be advised the issue pertaining to this complaint has partially been resolved. What I mean by partial is that thanks to the assistance of my work place (*******************) general manager. My workday password been reset and I can log into my account. As per the horrific app/site crashing and mulfuctioning that still exist. Having said that it'll only be a matter of time before the issue happens again.
However, I am satisfied at this time as my password was reset and I am able to login again. Thus, at this time if capable of doing do, I wish for this complaint to be closed. If they don't improve their site/app and this happens yet again. I at that time will reach out to the BBB to file an new complaint if need be, again please as per my request close this case/complaint. Any questions or comments please contact me.
