      Receive a virtual card and I can not upload it to ****** Pay. I uploaded other cards to ****** pay with no problem. *** received virtual cards from this company before and did not have an issue. The biggest problem is getting someone on the phone. Once I did she worked with me but was not able to find an answer. ****** told me that they have to apply tokens to get these cards to work and this is probably the issue. No tokens being issued. Just gave up and used it to buy some clothes online. But that is not what I get these for.

      I went to a ****** grocery store and purchased a $300 giftcard. The giftcard was flagged for fraudulent charges which was not accurate. I called and they told me they would have to send a replacement card. 1 month later still no card. The customer support line keeps disconnecting. I am guessing I will never receive my new gift card. Terrible customer service and they are not making certain that customers receive the ******** they have purchased. They sell these giftcards at ************************************ grocery stores. Do not buy. ******.

      Claimed card online. Followed direction to add to Virtual Wallet (apple pay). It did not work. When I called service the automated system mentioned something about card being locked. I have never locked it, this was first time even accessing website to activate it. I have been on hold now for 45+ minutes. Upon calling it said estimated wait time for the next representative was 13 minutes, then about 10 minutes into the call it told me estimated wait time is 1 minute. Now it just keeps saying all representatives are currently busy. Their service is pretty poor and their estimated wait times are entirely inaccurate. Do they even have anyone that answers the phone? I am unsure at this point.

      Negative 1000 B E W A R E before using them for a card I received a card for a settlement and had no choice to receive the card via email. When offered an alternative payment method via link on their website to disburse funds from the card via Zelle I used. Its been over 5 weeks and havent received the funds. Its a painful process to call the customer service number and once you are able to speak to someone they arent great at communicating or listening how to resolve problem. I contacted them and they referred me to a website with no contact information and said they did their part. This is their vendor they are using and should have some liaison or reliable contact information to resolve this. Scam scam scam

      My daughter got a gift card for her birthday and didnt use it before the expiration date, when I look online on their website it says they will issue you a new one but when I call the number it just hangs up on me. I called the lost or stolen number and they told me that once expired the balance goes to zero and they cannot issue me a card. I used to buy these all the time for gifts and I will no longer do that. I cant believe they would give you less than a year to use a card or you loose your money.

      I received a prepaid card from this company. Tried to use it within the available balance and the transactions get declined. It is impossible to talk to someone in their phone support, just long prerecorded messages that are not helpful. When you get to the option to press "0" to talk to an agent, it disconnects the call.

      Gift cards arrived quickly as described. I have been unable to find the Arco Gift Cards anywhere in my area. Gift cards had them!! I'll I will definitely order again.
