      On April 24, 2022 I ordered a Orleans 5 piece steel patio fire pit conversion set with cushions swivel glides and square fire pit Sahara sand my order were supposed to ship 3 to 7 days haven't received merchandise. They gave me an order #*****. When I go to their website put in order number the message say my order is being processed over two months later. The phone number provided no one ever answer it. They don't respond to emails either. This item was purchased through my PayPal account for $67.89 free shipping. The phone number is ************** the address they provided is **********************************************************************. Thank you

      I made a purchase on their website on 4/19/2022 and the status of the order still shows processing as of 6/20/22 after many attempts to contact them by email and phone I have received no response. I believe this company may be a fraud and I dont know what I can do to get my money back or this site closed so that other people dont fall victim.Thank you

      On may 7th I ordered a car seat for my granddaughter. It was suppose to be here on may 15th. I had tried to contact roling cart with email and phone. Phone just rings, email I had Elle write me back telling me that she will get me to the right person. I haven't heard a thing and I keep sending emails and calling. They took $62.89 out of my bank and I'm having a hard time getting it back. O and when it comes up on my bank statement it says Gillian ******

      I ordered from Rolingcart.com 1 month ago today on April 27th I havent received my package. Nor got a confirmation email from them Ive tried too call them their line is disconnected I emailed them about five times still no answer. Not only that their using another business address on their website.I paid $64.89 not a lot but they did steal my money.

The same day, I received the following response: Dear customer I'm helping you get in touch with the relevant people for details about your order. Due to the large number of recent orders and the epidemic, please wait for 3-5 days. If you do not hear back within 5 business days, please contact us again.       I bought a Hammer fat tire electric bike and roling cart took my money and its been over a month and I havent received anything and when I reach out they dont answer the phone or emails

      On May 9, 2022, I ordered a pair of zero gravity patio chairs from a site called rolingcart, with 1 L. I paid $52.98 through my PayPal, which was immediately taken out of my account. I only received the email from them acknowledging my order, and haven't heard from them since. The contact number is a disconnected number. When I try tracking, it claims my money is still pending, which is false. I have reported this to PayPal, who has also tried contacting them. This site is a complete scam. This needs to be shut down before these low life's do this to others. Please help. Thank you

      I ordered chlorine tablets from Roling Cart on 4/13/22. I never received the tablets. I call the number on the website and just rings. I've sent emails and they come back as unable to send.
