      Ordered product 04/05/22. Was told it would process in 2-3 business days. They charged my card, and have not heard from them. I tried emailing them with no response. I've tried calling, but get no answer or recording. Tracking my order still says processing. Pretty sure this place is a scam. Credit cards don't usually get charged until the product is shipped. I am seeking a refund on my card, plus I can't get in touch with them. I did find another phone# **********, but again no answer. Also another email, ************************* but no reply.

      I work for the ***** **************************** and I believe that either Roling Cart or Stripe are using our business's name, phone number, and website when they should not be. We have not given permission to them to use our information and have no association with Roling Cart or Stripe. A customer made a purchase on 4/13/2022 from Roling Cart for a total of $135.96. The order number was *****. They contacted us and provided a copy of the receipt showing the purchase. I am attaching both forms. I'm not sure if it is Roling Cart or another business that is using our information.

      Hola!En Marzo 26,2022 Yo compre 2 tankes 30 lbs de R134a AC refrigerant en el website RolingCart.com Order # ***** pagando $109.84 a travez de mi cuenta de PayPal, cuando finalice la compra no recibi ningun correo electronico comprabando mi compra y tampoco no recibi ningun tracking number, lo cual se me hizo sospechoso, revise mi cuenta de paypal y solo habian cobrado la cantidad de $99.00, lo cual aumento aun mas mis sospechas, despues de unos **** intente llamar al numero de telefono del website y no hubo respuesta, intente mandar correo electronico a ******************************** y recibi una respuesta diciendo que mi mensaje no habia sido entregado porque el recibidor reuso aceptar una coneccion desde my correo electronico, despues abri un reclamo a travez de PayPay y ellos se pusieron en contacto con RolingCart y les proporcionaron un numero ******* del paquete que fue ********************** el cual decia que mi paquete ya habia sido entregado, lo cual no es cierto porque a mi domicilio no se entrego dicho paquete ademas dice que el paquete fue dejado dentro *********, como puede **** meter 2 tanques de 30lbs en un buzon?, PayPay cerro mi caso solo porque ellos les proporcionaron el numero *******, tambien PayPal me proporciono un correo electronico para comunicarme con ellos e intente comunicarme pero mi mensaje fue devuelto porque *** cuenta no existe, hasta ahora en el website de RolingCart.com dice que mi orden sigue siendo proc***da pero quisiera que me ayudaran a recibir un rembolso o que se me entregue mi compra.Gracias!

      I purchased an outdoor seating set and fire pit on 3/30/22. The order has been processing for over 10days. I emailed the company, any my email was kicked back for being inactive. I called the company twice-no answer, no voicemail. The phone rang and rang. I sent a message through the company website twice, with no response. I think this is a scam.

      On Feb 26th, I ordered an inversion machine online from Roling Cart. I received an email confirming my purchase, no other emails. I've called them many-many times, (answering machine) with no replies! I've sent them many-many emails, again no reply. Please take action against this company.       Online company based in CA:Placed order on 2/24/22.Total: $22.78- received order confirmation same day order placed.Received tracking order ****- does not work. Tracking screen does nothing.Tried to email ********************************* comes back as invalid email address.Tried to call- just rings then goes to busy signal- during their business hours.Emailed address: ****************************** no response. No response from company - it's a scam company with website that needs to be taken down.
