I'm not liable for the debt with states recovery systems I didn't enter any contract and I did not sign any paperwork with this company stating that I would pay them or owe them any money. Furthermore, this company has violated my consumer rights by not providing the requested original contract with my signature signed by me within in the time frame set by FCRA. I contacted the original company 01/01/2023 and declared that this account was opened without my authorization reported unauthorized transactions had occurred with account as week As a result, first tech Federal credit Union also violated my consumer rights by keeping the account open then knowingly sold verified identity theft debt to this company.

My name is *******************************, a federally protected consumer and I am filing this complaint against STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. for invading my individual privacy by committing abusive deceptive and unfair debt collection practices. I never contracted with STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. and they have no lawful reason to be committing fraud with my identifying information.STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. stated in Exhibit A on September 30, 2021, that Recently you advised us that you disputed the validity of this debt I never received any validation documents prior to this company fraudulently furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report. Pursuant 15 USC 1692g(c), I have not validated any alleged debt with STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. and my failure to dispute the validity of this alleged debt shall not be construed as an admission of liability.STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. stated in Exhibit A on September 30, 2021, that Accordingly, we suspended our collection efforts and asked our client to investigate your claim of dispute. I would like to note that if ******************* filled out a ****c form and is continuing any kind of collection activity as defined under 31 U.S. Code 3711(e) by performing any of the following conduct; administrative offset, tax refund offset, referral to private collection contractors, referral to agencies operating a debt collection center, or reporting delinquencies to the credit reporting agencies, STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. is aiding ******************* in committing tax fraud and shall be reported to the *** for a fraudulent financial gain.We need to protect the interests of our client STATES RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. is engaging in unlawful extortionate activities and is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692d(4). States Recovery Systems, Inc. has reviewed the details provided by the consumer.  Please be advised that our organization has continued to receive these notices since January 2020.  It is important for us to specifically alert the BBB as to the shear number of requests this consumer has sent to our organization that we have diligently investigated and responded to.  To date we have received 27 total disputes and/or complaints:
      4 ************************************ (****) complaints
      6 Direct Consumer Letters
4 ************************** Letters Disputing the Validation of Reported Information
      12 E-******************* Disputes
      1 BBB Complaint (current)
ALL of these requests have individually been investigated and we have provided validation of the assigned account on eight (8) separate instances to four (4) separate addresses over the course of the past 3 years now.  Two of the validation responses were provided direct to the **** through their online portal as part of the complaints filed by this consumer and validation was provided at his request.
The information remains the same.  The consumer has received numerous copies of the credit application which includes his signature and fingerprint dated December 8, 2017 where he agreed to the terms and conditions of the Revolving Charge Security Agreement and Disclosure Statement, the Disclosure Statement for Revolving Charge Accounts, and the Transaction History showing all charges and payments to support the amount assigned.  The current creditor still asserts the total amount assigned to States Recovery Systems, Inc. is outstanding and due.
****************** has even purported that States Recovery Systems,Inc. has obtained a copy of his consumer credit report without his authorization, therefore alleging a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****).  ****************** was provided numerous copies of the supporting documentation for the assigned account from the current creditor, *****************.  States Recovery Systems, Inc. therefore has a permissible purpose under the **** when accessing said data when it is related to the collection of a credit transaction authorized by the consumer.
As a result of the numerous credit bureau trade line disputes that have been received and investigated, this consumers file has been updated on his credit file to reflect **** dispute investigated consumer disagrees.
I would strongly encourage ****************** to contact our office direct at ************** to discuss any further questions he may have and to work through a voluntary resolution.  ***************** has placed our office on a cease and desist so unless we receive written permission to rescind this notice, he will be obligated to contact us direct.
Our position remains the same and our responses will not deviate.  The repeated number of attempts to dispute this matter with various different entities will only further delay resolution.
