Dresslily.com has continued to send me emails on a persistent and regular basis even though I have unsubscribed and even spoke with a live representative telling them that I do not want to receive additional emails. The agent assured me that they would have me removed from the list, but I continue to receive emails. Since then, they have removed any ability to contact them directly outside of email. There is no phone number, they have disabled live chat and do not have an option to delete my account. This company is operating against multiple federal laws and needs to be investigated.Initial Complaint

I had bought 2 items a back in October, they took a while to get here, which was fine; but now I continue to receive emails despite having unsubscribed multiple occasions. I ordered a few dresses back in June of 2022. Since then, Ive unsubscribed multiple times from their emailing list but they continue to spam my inbox with weekly newsletters and promotions. At this point Ive had to block their address. I should never have to take measures like that with a business and Im very frustrated with their handling of their emailing list.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 items on March 23. When they arrived, I tried them on but 3 things didn't fit. So I started a ticket for a return/refund. Now they're telling me those items don't actually cost as much as I paid for them, regardless of my screenshotting and providing them with my direct receipt. They either scammed/overcharged me when I purchased or they are trying to scam me now by trying to gaslight what they say their prices are versus what my receipt says I paid for. I am just looking for a refund on the 3 things that didn't fit me and they are fighting tooth and nail despite their "easy returns" that they advertise.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress from Promlily and received it by mail about a month later. It was a different color and looked completely different than the picture their website used. I have called and emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. They refuse to pay for the shipping to or from their office to return it even though this was their screw up, not mine. They offered to give me a coupon for something different but from the product I received, their inventory is not what their pictures show. I am unable to speak with an English speaking person when I call and instead of answering my questions on my emails, they continue to say the same things over and over again like they are not even reading the emails that I sent. I am seeking 100% refund on the product as well as the tax and shipping.
