      I ordered 4 dresses and 3 of them are very cheap material and completely see through. They want me to pay to have the dresses sent to a different country to get my refund. They want to keep the dresses and give me $17 to spend on their website. Their return policy says the customer pays return fee of the problem was the customer fault (i.e. ordered wrong size)

      Business has not offered a reasonable solution. Package was sent to no such address. I tried correcting address before shipped. Company says it was my fault. Not true. Order was made end of may early June.

      My package was mailed to the wrong address. I provided the correct one upon ordering. They are refusing to remail the package to the correct address and will not refund, which I did not ask for. I just want my package

      Same problem as everyone else. Unsubscribing seems to do nothing other than verify that there's a real, active person attached to the email address.

      Dresslily.com has continued to send me emails on a persistent and regular basis even though I have unsubscribed and even spoke with a live representative telling them that I do not want to receive additional emails. The agent assured me that they would have me removed from the list, but I continue to receive emails. Since then, they have removed any ability to contact them directly outside of email. There is no phone number, they have disabled live chat and do not have an option to delete my account. This company is operating against multiple federal laws and needs to be investigated.

      I had bought 2 items a back in October, they took a while to get here, which was fine; but now I continue to receive emails despite having unsubscribed multiple occasions. I have even sent trouble tickets requesting help but have not been contacted further since then. I cannot even find an option to delete my account.

      I ordered a few dresses back in June of 2022. Since then, Ive unsubscribed multiple times from their emailing list but they continue to spam my inbox with weekly newsletters and promotions. At this point Ive had to block their address. I should never have to take measures like that with a business and Im very frustrated with their handling of their emailing list.

      I've never signed up for Dress Lily emails, and I have requested to be removed from ALL their emails over a dozen times in the last year. They keep spamming me and deserve to be called a SCAM COMPANY for violating the law.

      I have requested to unsubscribe and be removed from all email lists many times. I continue to receive emails from this company daily.

      I have requested to be removed from their email subscription multiple times by the email unsubscribe as well as contacting there support through the website and they continue to spam my email with more and more from dresslily!
