      I purchased 4 items on March 23. When they arrived, I tried them on but 3 things didn't fit. So I started a ticket for a return/refund. Now they're telling me those items don't actually cost as much as I paid for them, regardless of my screenshotting and providing them with my direct receipt. They either scammed/overcharged me when I purchased or they are trying to scam me now by trying to gaslight what they say their prices are versus what my receipt says I paid for. I am just looking for a refund on the 3 things that didn't fit me and they are fighting tooth and nail despite their "easy returns" that they advertise.

      I ordered a dress from Promlily and received it by mail about a month later. It was a different color and looked completely different than the picture their website used. I have called and emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. They refuse to pay for the shipping to or from their office to return it even though this was their screw up, not mine. They offered to give me a coupon for something different but from the product I received, their inventory is not what their pictures show. I am unable to speak with an English speaking person when I call and instead of answering my questions on my emails, they continue to say the same things over and over again like they are not even reading the emails that I sent. I am seeking 100% refund on the product as well as the tax and shipping.

      i placed a order at the end of october and followed the tracking number it ended in st .louis i have contacted everyone possible about this order dresslily support is horrible they just keep giving you the run around and will not refund my order. so now here we are 12/15/2022 and still no refund no package nor has it moved from st. louis im a single mom and this was a gife to my kid i dont have a bunch of money to just go reordering. i need my money back. thank you

      I recently placed two separate orders on November 18th 2022 and November 22 2022, and both were tracked as delivered, but they never reached me. I was charged for both orders and have yet to hear back from this dress lily company as to where my merchandise ended up.

      I placed an order in April 2022. The order was never received. I reached out to Dresslily, Dresslily said they would provide refund in May 2022 for order not being received. Refund has still not went through, Dresslily will not reply to my conversation and I still have not received my items. I have been working to resolve this for several months. I have all documentation of my exchanges and am growing increasingly frustrated with their customer service and lack of shipment.

      I purchased $119.47 worth of clothing items, including $4.00 "insurance" for shipping, from dresslily.com, on 6 June 2022. This purchase was a large purchase, including 8 Dresses, and was purchased on a sale, with original pricing at $149.93. I watched the delivery tracking number and checked the mail on the date delivered, 22 June, to find nothing (about 2 hours after labeled delivered). I watched my mailbox for a few days before contacting the post office and on or around 28 June I was notified that my package was declared "stolen," by the post office. At this point, I reached out to Dress Lily for resolution, knowing I had purchased the shipping insurance. I provided the requested information, then was informed, "Since the package was sent to the correct address, and shipping company has reported us that the package was delivered in the right address, according to our terms and conditions, there should be no compensation." I was offered a partial refund of less than half of the reduced delivery price. I escalated the issue to their customer service manager, and was again informed, "All orders declared as "delivered" by the transport companies are considered as delivered. dresslily cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in this case." and offered a refund of half of my purchase price, "as a commercial gesture." Given that I purchased their shipping insurance, their terms here are misleading as in their FAQ they state that "*Note: Customers who bought the insurance can get a free reshipment in the event of confirmed loss or damaged delivery." I have made a claim with my bank for the full refund but that may take up to 30 days, would like either a full refund of what I paid, or a reshipment of my original purchase.

      I ordered 5 tops on January 28, 2022. Last time tracking was updated was February 2, 2022. I ordered these for a trip that I am now home from. I have emailed and no response and called and no answer. I really just want my merchandise or my money back.

      I ordered about 2,000 usd of wedding dresses through an online website, they will not arrive by the date stated at time of purchase. They are canceling my order but refuse to give me a refund on my purchase. Even though I attempted to cancel after they reached out and told me they would not send all my dresses or give me a full refund even though they have not even startee to work on my order.

      ordered items on 11/23/21. Stated 7-10 day delivery time. On 12/10 no product and told 12/12-12/19/21 delivery time. Asked for a refund because there was no tracking. Was denied refund and they stated they would re eval if it was not delivered by 12/19/21. On 12/19/21 received message that it should be delivered by 1/27/22 if not they would eval options. They will not give a refund. I want my money back from this fraudulent company.
