This company advertises an app that is used for some of their products. STITCH by Monoprice App. It is not available anywhere. However, they continue to sell/advertise their app and products that need the app to function. I communicated with tech support and now get no answers when the app will be available. This is the worst experience I have had with an online company. I purchased a Monoprice guitar, which was supposed to be a deluxe model, set up professionally by luthier before shipmentit was not. The cardboard box it was shipped in looked like it had been dragged behind the truck for days. The box was falling apart, and the guitar inside the gig bag was falling out the bottom of the box. On arrival I opened it and saw a 2 inch dent in the side of the guitar. I reached out to their customer service and was offered $15 as a refund to keep it, what a joke for something that cost me C$400. I sent it back to Monoprice and even though they had the guitar for a week I had to keep bugging them with three separate emails and finally got my refund. Save your money and buy a Fender Telecaster instead. Thats what I did and I couldnt be happier.Monoprice, Inc.

I gave this outfit one star for one simple reason: they outsourced their fraud analysis to a third party, No Fraud, and this step may add up to 2 or 3 additional days to their already lengthy 1 -3 processing time. No mention of this is made at the time of ordering. No fraud claims they didn't have my correct email address and after I acknowledged I made the order, I was informed it would go to an "analyst" for review.Monoprice, Inc.

1 starPurchased a subwoofer, front central speaker, and two rear speakers. 2 of the four speakers failed at 2.5 years post purchase. That's no coincidence and likely due to poor design or manufacturing. That's half a grand cash wasted for two years of audio. My prior subwoofer lasted 10 years. I ordered a HDMI cable off the Monoprice website that supposedly was in stock. I paid extra for expedited delivery. Nearly two weeks later my cable still had not arrived and I needed it for a new TV installation, so I purchased one locally at a higher cost. I requested a refund for the undelivered cable. Their website says an agent will contact me within 1 business day, which never happened. Over the next few weeks, the cable eventually arrived and I submitted a return request several more times with no response. It was only after I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge that Monoprice eventually emailed me an RMA shipping label and I sent the unopened package back. My credit card company ruled in my favor and I received my money back but I'm sure I would still be dealing with this headache if it had not been for them. I used to buy from Monoprice over the years but never again.Monoprice, Inc.

As I said in my original complaint, I did try to contact Monoprice multiple times over several weeks for a refund and then an RMA but you kept ignoring me. That is, until my credit card company intervened and I was eventually sent an *** shipping label and I returned the very late arrival product in its unopened package. Bought a Monolith by Monoprice M-15 V2 15in THX from them. It turned out to be defective (blinking red light). Monoprice support provided the bill of lading and scheduled a pick up. ***** freight picked up the package. Once month has passed and I receive the following:"Thank you for contacting Monoprice. I apologize; we called ***** again to confirm if the package was picked up; however, they said that the scheduled pick-up on November 17 was canceled as you do not have a box for the item, and the pick-up was rescheduled on November 18, 2023; however, the pick-up was canceled.I apologize; we are unable to process a refund for this order as the returned item was not already received."This is totally ridiculous. I've been a customer for 9 years and now they are blaming me in trying to scam them.Monoprice, Inc.

I asked for proof of ***** pick-up and return of the defective item because according to *****, the first pick up attempt was unsuccessful because you did not have a box, and the second pick up was canceled. You offered to provide a recording of the pick up, and I asked you to send it as that would be very helpful to place a claim with *****, and refund you immediately. Place an order with mono price Received item and it is inoperable in the ** as it came with European ac adapters. I contacted them to see if they would send me correct ac adapter and they want me to purchase them myself. This is how they want to resolve issue 5 days after I contacted them. 1 starI PURCHASED A 6 ZONE PASSIVE AUDIO CONTROLLER SYSTEM IN ADVANCE OF THE COMPLETION OF MY NEWLY BUILT HOME. I CONTACTED MONOPRICE AND THEY TRIED TO REPLACE ANOTHER **** FROM THE RECEIPT. I INFORMED THEM THAT THE **** WITH THE PROBLEM WAS THE 6 ZONE SYSTEM, THEN THEY SAID THAT IT WAS DISCONTINUED. I SAID THAT THEY CAN SEND ME COMPARABLE **** THAT IS IN STOCK. ******* SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME IN TWO DAYS. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO, WITH SEVERAL EMAILS TO THEM WITHOUT ANY RETURN EMAILS. I ordered a ******** on 09/15 and after a week it still hasn't been shipped out. So I sent a message to their customer service on 09/22 about the shipment, they sent a shipping label to ***** immediately and told me the item is being shipped. Today is 10/06 and the item still hasn't been shipped. Monoprice is totally a scam, do not buy anything from this website.Monoprice, Inc.
