    I had an unauthorized charged to my account on 1/3/23 for $213.57. I filed a dispute with my bank and they had to close the case due to never receiving the money back from them after they told me they sent it back. Ive been reaching out to the sellers and customer service to get the money reimbursed but customer service said I had to get approval from the sellers in order to refund the money. But the sellers are refusing to work with me and customer service keeps telling me that they sent the money back to PNC Bank but my bank has confirmed they never received. This was a fraudulent charge and never received any items from this place. This place sells replicas of **** shoes illegally and allows fraudulent charges to go through.

    my order number is **********,; I place my order on February 17 for Shoes. once my order said shipped, I tried to go get the status multiple times, and the tracking number is invalid. I reached out to the seller multiple times they didnt respond or attempting to get me to communicate through WhatsApp. I filed a claim through my bank and reached out to the ** they told me because I opened up my claim with my bank. They cant help me. I asked them if they can just respond to the claim since I am old and refund says the seller provided a fake tracking number still to this day. There is no update in the seller has not responded I close my claim with my bank because they stated they cannot issue me a refund with an open clean so I close my claim and now theyre still not giving me a refund.

    Order #********** Date of Transaction: January 30, 2023 Paid: $106.59 Business: They have agreed to do a return for a refund, but when mentioned the price of return was too high I got no answer.Hello I had trouble with this order because I receivedan item that was not as described and wanted to return. The problem with the return is that it costs $200 to return back to *****, that is an insane amount of money seeing how I didn't even pay that much for that item. I would love some help on this please! I have no problem returningfor a refund but only if the return label could be paid for or something. Please help thank you!

    I ordered a dress that was green and purple. Placed order on 2/14/23 and received it on 3/22/23. They sent an awful dress with colors that did not match at all. The dress is nothing like what I ordered. Paid $228.95 Then seller tells me that the colors and make cant match because they cant make dress like picture. It does not make sense. Seller tells me that I shouldnt send it back because it would be expensive. This is a scam.I have attached sellers response which is ridiculous. How can you sell something you cant make. DHGate should not be able to continue to allow these kind of scams.

    I ordered 4 packages from this site coming from *****. I received 3 of my orders. The 4th order never showed up. I contacted DHGATE and they did not help me. DHGATE clearly doesn't care enough about their customers.

    I ordered two pairs of sneakers on 4 March 2023 and I paid a total of $52.26 U.S. Dollars for them. I never got an email or anything saying the shoes were delivered. I finally went back to the website and did track my order. I was told they were delivered to the ************ I went to the *********** and they informed me that they did not receive a package and that I needed to contact the company. I contacted the company and they told me in order for me to get a refund I needed to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and I was told to wait 48 hours for response. It has been 72 hours and I still haven't received a response or my money back. I want my money back. $52.26

    I ordered over two months ago, and the seller is now not responding, there is no way to contact customer service, and the tracking number the seller provided is fake.

    I placed an order and the seller gave me a tracking number that did not belong to my address. I contacted the ************* post office and they confirmed it was not sent to my address. They emailed me this information. I gave the info to Dh gate and they sided with the seller because they have a tracking log that says delivered but does not show my address. This package was not sent to me and I lost my money and they did not deliver the goods to me.
